We hired them for many services and the best service was wedding planning and day of coordination. I thought that I didn’t need a wedding planner but I learned so much and saved so much money. We selected Dynamic Weddings for our photography and photobooth services on our wedding. The experience was excellent. Dennis consulted with us at each step from the beginning, was very involved, and seemed genuinely interested in us as clients. Photography: We selected the Platinum Package which included 12 hours with 2 photographers, 2 hour engagement shoot, 20-page photo album, and a 16x20 framed canvas print. This value was ideal for us as we really liked all the extras it included (not just the wedding photography). Our photographers were Fab and his wife, who both were very easy going, yet professional. They worked well with one another, communicated well with our guests who didn't speak English, and was able to get guests to laugh. Our photos turned out fantastic and we had a great number of selections. Fab also shot our engagement shoot on his own, which was a good experience as well. Dennis coordinated everything smoothly with Fab, even when we changed our engagement shoot date due to the weather. Photobooth: The attendant was punctual, friendly, and gave clear directions to guests. It was a big hit during our reception dinner. I was glad to have the option to design my own custom photo booth template in Photoshop, which people loved. It fit our theme perfectly. Even the mature/senior guests enjoyed using the photobooth and used the diverse amount of funny props provided. We took home a USB stick of all the digital photobooth photos and individual high resolution images to look back at. Planning: We did not select to have a planning or coordination package with Dynamic Weddings, however Dennis gave us plenty of resources to help us plan the schedule of the wedding day. With a detailed agenda document template, we were able to map everything out to make it an ease for our photographer to follow. This was a great starting point and we reformatted it ourselves from that point on. At each consultation meeting, Dennis also smoothed out the details with us along the way. We had 4 face-to-face meetings in total with plenty of email communication. Summary: Excellent experience with Dennis as he coordinated with Fab (photographer) during our engagement and wedding day shoot. Our package came with a full day of 2 photographers, engagement shoot, photo album, and canvas print. We also had a photobooth, which was a big hit. Dennis helped outline our wedding day agenda in a very detailed manner so that everything was organized, structured well, and ran smoothly. Dynamic Weddings had great value, included everything we needed, with considerate customer service.

Dynamic Weddings, and DJ Dennis in particular, were absolutely fantastic! We had a tough job for him, as our main goal in hiring a DJ was to keep the dance floor full all night, yet our two families have very different musical tastes. One side is Chilean and loves latin classics, and the other side is from small-town Canada and are primarily country/two-step fans. Dennis knocked the request out of the park in playing a mix of country, latin, and just overall well-known songs that kept everyone going from start to finish. We had Chileans learning how to two-step and chicken dance, and Canadians dancing to their first Cumbia. He started the night off with an ingenious game which got literally every single guest moving and on the floor, and kept it going from there. We also hired him as an MC, and having him perform both roles worked seamlessly. He has a great sense of humour and is able to improvise jokes on the spot based on our guests and the toasts they gave. There were some Chilean wedding traditions we incorporated such as a father/daughter waltz, and a dance with all the parents, and he was excellent at letting the Canadians know what was happening and why, so everyone could appreciate the traditions. Throughout our whole wedding planning process, Dennis was a key resource in helping us put together the itinerary of the day and providing advice and ideas on everything based on his vast experience. His communication was always quick and helped to reduce a lot of stress. We received a ton of comments from our guests that it was one of the funnest weddings they had ever attended, and the most they had ever danced in a night. That is solely due to Dennis' understanding and reading of the crowd and skill at choosing songs that will keep everyone happy. Can't recommend him enough!

We are very happy with Dynamic Weddings and all of the services that they provided us! We worked with Dennis directly as our day-of-coordinator to put together our itineraries, and his experience in coordinating weddings was evident from his attention to detail with all of the little quirks we wanted for our wedding. He also was our MC, which helped with keeping the day on track because he was already so familiar with our itinerary and it relieved us of a lot of stress. He really took the time to get to know us during our meetings and it showed whenever he was on the mic, because he spoke in a way that reflected what we wanted in our wedding day - to embrace all of the love and special moments of the day. It's great that he was able to take on both roles for us! His photographers and videographer were awesome and we had a great time having them shoot for us. Lara, who did our engagement shoot at Lighthouse Park, was quick to find all the right spots with beautiful lighting. We loved our engagement photos! You could tell that she understood some couples can feel awkward during these shoots, but she made our time together feel light and comfortable. During our shoot along River District before the reception, she even got into the water to capture the perfect angle - commitment! When we had our photoshoot with our bridal party, Rafael knew exactly what kind of shots we were looking for and was able to capture them perfectly. When we had trouble trying to get into some poses we wanted, he stepped in to guide us. We wouldn't have looked as good without his guidance. Lastly, Doug did an amazing job capturing video footage of the whole day. He somehow managed to maneuver around everybody and everything to get really cool footage that we enjoyed watching in our wedding videos. It's clear that Doug is skilled in his craft and will do what it takes to capture memories with the same impact as when they first happened. All in all, Dynamic Weddings truly helped us to have some of the most unforgettable moments of our lives, and we're so thankful for that!

We started the wedding planning in very uncertain times (beginning of pandemic), and the time Dennis spent with us planning for different scenarios and making adjustments according to complicated public health guidelines was absolutely invaluable. As our wedding planner, Dennis took the time to listen to all of our concerns and helped us to balance our budget considerations with our desires for the best wedding event possible. We really felt that Dennis had our best interests at heart throughout the entire planning period - Dennis offered incredibly helpful recommendations on details in the planning process that we would have never thought of on our own. It was also really helpful to have Dennis help to interpret the COVID rules so that we could have a compliant wedding and Dennis always took the time to hear all of our input and answered all of our questions patiently and thoroughly. With all of the stress expected from wedding planning, we felt that we were always in good hands and Dennis made the process manageable and even enjoyable. The master plan / itinerary that Dennis helped us create was really helpful, and we are thankful to have had him as our Day-of-Coordinator (DOC) - he made the day run smoothly, down to the small details, and also accommodated the last minute changes (the Provincial guidelines changed 1 DAY (!) before the wedding). Having Dennis as our DOC was invaluable - we were able to enjoy our time being present with our family for our special day and we knew everything would go smoothly in the hands of Dennis and his team. The music set up was on-point, and we were very happy with the sound quality- a special thanks for perfectly capturing the audio of our vows and speeches in the ceremony. Dennis played music for the wedding ceremony, first dance, cake cutting, and set up the microphone for the ceremony so that our guests joining remotely could hear the audio clearly and be a part of our wedding day. Lara (photo) and Devin (video) from Dynamic Weddings team went above and beyond to capture all the precious moments of our wedding day. We were so excited to see the photos and share them with our friends and family. The quality of the video production is straight from Hollywood - the highlights video has everything we hoped for and more, absolutely top notch, amazing work. The photoshoots were also a breeze thanks to Lara's pointers and easy-going, yet professional attitude. Lara even climbed a tree to be able to get the perfect shot for our engagement photos. Lara and Devin made us feel at ease throughout the process and we’re so grateful to have worked with them to create the photos and video that will help us to remember our day forever. We loved the photos so much we decided to get a guestbook album and a large canvas print. The photo guestbook that Dennis created was also more beautiful than we could have ever designed it on our own. We did our Wedding at the Sheraton Guildford Hotel. We learned from their events team that they recommend Dynamic Weddings. We looked at their website and reviews and got even more excited to contact them. I spoke with Dennis, the owner, about how we heard about them and our needs. Dennis was super detailed about the work they'd do and provided his time to go over our requirements. As a result, we hired them to provide photography services for our Wedding. Dennis sent emails from time to time before our Wedding to prepare us. He also arranged a virtual meeting to set up the itinerary for the day. He provided his recommendations to make sure we had a smooth day with everything planned out properly. On the Wedding day, we met Oli from his photography team, who showed up right on time and captured amazing pictures of our guests throughout the event and us. We also asked Oli for an outdoor shoot since our Wedding was indoor. The photographs he took in a nearby public park were stunning! He is a super humble, polite and highly skilled professional. We got all of our pictures within two days when we expected them to be unavailable for two months! We loved all of them. We highly recommend Oli, Dennis and their team for their photography services! They went above and beyond in all of their work, delivered everything above expectations, and kept their promises.

My wife and I used Dynamic as our videographer and we are very, very pleased with how the end-product turned out. Dynamic gives you an abundance of resources and tools to ensure that you walk away with exactly what you want, so make sure to use them and you will not be disappointed! Another positive thing was that they're typically very quick to respond to our emails. We liked that our questions were addressed immediately so that we could go on to focus on other things. Our only feedback is that we were never introduced to our videographer directly. The first and only time we met/spoke with him was at our wedding. Although it would have been nice to communicate with our shooter directly, we were still happy with the overall end result - a true testament to how well this company runs! In terms of the cost, they're more than worth it and we would recommend them to any other couples for their wedding. Thanks Dynamic!

We were blown away by the quality of service we had from Dynamic weddings. Dennis is incredibly organized and keeps you on-top and on track throughout your entire wedding planning process with plenty of opportunity for face-to-face meetings. The itinerary he helps you create is incredibly detailed and colour coded for quick reference. In addition, Dennis has wedding day timing down to a TEE! Our wedding day went off with a hitch and it is truly due to his itinerary. What I am most grateful for was the hidden times to stop, breath, and appreciate the day because we were typically ahead of schedule. Our DJ provided a beautiful atmosphere for our ceremony with seamless transitions between songs, and fantastic fade outs when music was no longer needed. We were also incredibly impressed with how quickly our DJ was able to transition from our outside ceremony site to our indoor cocktail hour/reception. Finally, our DJ had our dance floor PACKED from the moment we finished our combined mother-son, daddy-daughter dance to our last song. We had a number of friends and family comment on how fun and upbeat the wedding was! The DJ helped create the perfect setting for wedding and made it a night we will truly remember for the rest of our lives. Dennis matched us with a perfect photographer who truly captured us as a couple. We absolutely loved her from the second we met her at our engagement shoot. Having never had a mass amount of pictures taken of us, our photographer made us feel comfortable and made the experience fun and easy. This continued at our first look pictures and throughout the wedding. Dennis also puts in an amazing amount of effort when editing pictures, and the quality is outstanding. What’s even better is that you are given the full quality pictures to print as you please- this was a MUST when we were looking for photographers.

So many compliments on the photographers! They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. The guests all commented on how kind and accommodating they were. We loved working with Erick and Lawrence, and they were so professional and absolutely amazing. Every time we asked them to take a photo of us with certain people, they were more than happy to. He gave wonderful tips, helped us with our itinerary, and made sure we thought of everything. Not one bad thing to say about this company. My wedding day was perfect!

Our photographers Jack and Kevin were a pleasure to work with. They made my husband and I feel very comfortable when we did our engagement shoot. We were both kind of shy having our photos taken in such a public setting but Jack was easy to talk to and he is really easy going which made us more comfortable. He cracked jokes which made the process so enjoyable. He also knew the perfect places in gastown to shoot so the photos turned out beautiful. We are both very happy with the way our photo album turned out! The album itself is top quality. The pages of the album are thick and the album is specifically made for photos because there is not the usual crease at the centre of the book where it gets binded. This makes it so the pages lay flat when the album is open making the photos near the centre of the album visable. Working with Dennis from Dynamic Weddings was such a great experience! He is quick to respond to any emails sent his way and whenever we had meetings with him, he always took the time to answer any questions we had. He was very helpful especially when it came to our wedding day itinerary. In one of our meetings we showed him our rough draft and he took the time to help us flesh out the itinerary. He has many years experience in the wedding business which showed when he literally helped plan our wedding down to the minutes of the day. Dynamic Weddings was very convenient and easy to work with. We hire Dynamic Weddings for DJ, MC, videography, and photobooth. Hiring Dynamic made our big day less stress and easier while planning (less vendors to work with therefore less headache). Dennis, the owner, was a great person to work with; very professional and cared about our wedding. We didn’t hire a wedding planner, but he gave us an itinerary and helped us figure out the timing of each event. He also suggested things to change. He didn’t have to do that for us, but he wanted to make sure our wedding would be successful. He was also very flexible with our meeting times since we lived out of town. He was also very prompt with his emails. DJ: We requested 90’s music to be played while we ate dinner which DJ Parm did a great job with; we got compliments from our guests. DJ Parm was also our MC; he spoke clearly when he was speaking. The most important was he got our guests dancing and played all the requested songs which was a very broad variety of music. He even got guests that normally don’t dance, dancing! He was also easy to work with; we had last minute schedule switches which he dealt with professionally. Videography: Steve did an amazing job! When we first met him, we asked what the best footage is; he told us it’s when no realizes he’s there, so he can capture a person’s real emotions. He achieved it; no one knew he was there and my husband and I forgot he was there. He got amazing footage and put our video together very well. Our full video turned out to be 1.5 hours long which I thought was going to be slightly boring, but he made the video very fun the watch. He did a good job picking up what our personalities are like but making the video fun instead of the typical serious wedding video. Our video is full of energy and entertaining (we laughed a lot) but at the same time brought back the emotions from that day. Since he knew we liked 90’s music, he made part of our video into a boy band music video which was very clever and creative; we enjoyed it very much! The quality of video amazed us; I have watched it several times. Photobooth was very fun, all our guests enjoyed it! The quality of pictures was great! I would highly recommend Dynamic Weddings to other couples.

My husband-to-be was thrilled to have found a team of wedding professionals under one umbrella as he saw a huge benefit in coordination and communication, but I was hesitant to hire an entire team of professionals without meeting everyone individually ahead of time and solely based on the company’s amazing online reviews. In the end, we hired the team and didn’t look back. Dennis and his team were fabulous! They helped take a lot of the stress out of the preparations and wedding day. Dennis was very well organized and understands weddings to a “T”!! He was flexible and relaxed which helped reduce our worries beforehand. The detailed wedding planning helped us a great deal in being organized and forced us to envision the entire day ahead of time and plan every detail. The result is that our special day was a lot of fun and it went truly without a hitch! Ruben our photographer was first class. He went above and beyond catching us and our guests and celebrations in all sorts of interesting and fun moments, not all of them choreographed. He had his own set of great photo shots as well as responding very well to some which we had planned for. Justin was our MC and DJ. Did very well on all accounts providing introductions etc. when required as well as coordinating our background and dance music. Good consultation ahead of time along with a good understanding of the various genres as well as being responsive to the crowd helped make the party!! We were hesitant at first about hiring a wedding planner and day of coordinator but were very happy that we did. The well-organized itinerary kept things on track and helped identify things that we hadn’t thought of ahead of time. It was also very helpful on the wedding day to have Millie, the coordinator, there for the bride to call on when ever she needed something. All in all Dynamic Weddings come highly recommended!

We enjoyed how professional they were when preparing for the dance and the service that was provided during the dance. The print outs were great and they were able to provide one print out for each youth in the photo booth instead of just the standard 1 or 2. We hired Dynamic Weddings to do our wedding photography and videography. Dennis, the owner, was very involved throughout the process of our wedding planning. Frequently he would offer his words of advice or share what he thought would be most beneficial for us to do given the multitude of weddings that he has been a part of. We loved their personalities and they made us feel so warm and comfortable. The photos were even better. They covered each and every element of our day perfectly. The photos and videos were so full of life and energy. I was so happy to see us smiling with many candid photos. Even the posed family photos were great. The photographer showed us many poses to do. The videographer that worked with us was absolutely amazing. He was not in our way at all and it was like he wasn’t even there but he covered each and every element of our day perfectly. We received two videos. The short one had all the fun and special moments from our wedding day in one little cute video. It is good for the guests that don’t want to see the whole video so that was good. The longer one had way more detail than I imagined and helped remind us of the day. There were so many little things we would have forgotten and it was like we were a guest watching it over again. The videographer edited all the little parts before each section of the day with nice music to break it up. Really well done. Thanks for going extra and even adding lots of dancing video which we requested. We had a cultural wedding which required special music. The DJ was very open to playing those special songs that we requested and we were very happy. My son is actually a DJ in Toronto and I’m happy that the Dynamic DJ was good for my wedding. Everyone including the young and old were dancing. I don’t dance a lot but danced a lot on my wedding day. Many people think anyone can DJ but a real good DJ takes so much more. I’m glad we went with the best. They played the North American music as well as our cultural music perfectly. Our person of contact was Dennis, the owner and he was very helpful. We were very busy and needed help and direction in planning our wedding so Dennis immediately stepped in and was really helpful. He created our day of schedule which had lots of information. It had different colors for all the different professionals and was so easy to follow. All of our cultural elements were included and our instructions were even put in there so it was not missed.
