Nicole is a DREAM to work with. We hired Nicole to design and set-up/take down all aspects of our wedding in Kelowna and I cannot say enough good things about working with her. WE LOVE DREAMY! My husband and I were married on September 8th and easily one of the best choices we made during the whole wedding planning process was deciding to work with Nicole. We decided to go with the "day of coordination" option and it was absolutely worth it. I would recommend to any couple getting married that they at least have a day of coordinator if they aren't going to have someone plan their whole wedding. She was absolutely amazing - went above and beyond and put out so many little fires for us so we could enjoy our day. From the beginning she really wanted to help me realize my very nontraditional wedding theme of “Jurassic Park/ Dinosaurs”, and was so supportive, which was especially critical as I live so far away from the wedding site/vendors. In all, she was crucial to making our day such a success and was some of the best money I spent for my wedding. We hired Nicole as our “day of” coordinator for our wedding this past August, and it was one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process! When crunch time rolled around, she took over the communication with our other vendors and made sure everything was accounted for. Nicole is EXCELLENT. I wasn't sure I needed a day of coordinator because my large wedding was at a high end hotel who had a coordinator but I am so glad I hired her! The hotel was on point with their end of the bargain and Nicole made my personal wedding touches and timeline shine. I'm a type A personality who is super organized and Nicole was one step ahead of me during the entire wedding process! After each meeting I was happier and more comfortable about the big event. Nicole is on time, organized, ready to help, logical, completely understands wedding day and hotel logistics inside and out. She made my wedding day run on time, with action points executed perfectly. She went above and beyond to meet close to my home instead of me having to drive to her. If you are looking for a wedding coordinator, like I was, you don't have to look any further. I would tell my best friends and family to hire Nicole! I was recently a bridesmaid at another high budget wedding that didn't have a day of coordinator and there was a big difference in the flow and ease of the day. I would never think of running a wedding and being the bride at the same time.

Nicole is incredible. We hired her for partial planning services and month of coordination for our Sept 2018 wedding in the Okanagan, and I don't know what we would have done without her! We live in London, UK and so organizing a wedding from the other side of the world seemed impossible, but Nicole made sure the entire thing went off without a hitch. She has a great design sensibility, is lovely and positive to work with, yet had not problem coordinating a million vendors and details. Only regret is not hiring her for full planning services.

Had a wonderful experience with Nicole. Weddings can be hard to plan, and when you're not sure what you want, where to start or how to get there it's life saving having someone calm, cool and collected. I met with Nicole and had to bring my 1yr old. I was so nervous that she would see this stressed, young, soon-to-be bride and be "not interested." Total opposite!! She was so patient and pleasant, even tried to entertain the little one so we could talk like adults. She could tell I was hesitant and was very reassuring and delightful. Everything I had questions about she answered and made sure that I understood what she was talking about too. She knew what she was talking about, very professional and relaxed. I felt no pressure and I too started to relax. She understood instantly how important my dream day was even though I honestly had so many variables and am hard to nail down to one specific thing. She was willing to put up with that- no questions asked with a smile on her face. Nicole knows her stuff, I sent her contracts to review, and she did her homework on the business and the contract to make sure there was no scam or way that my day could get ruined. She explains everything! Her contract and packages were very appealing and we had a tough time deciding right away what we wanted. She customized a package that worked for all of us and what it looked like -again with NO pressure! Any time I needed advice, she was my shoulder I could lean on to get the answers. Nicole is fabulous and I would- and do- recommend her to everyone I know or see looking for an wedding planner.
