Nicole and her team are incredible. Having Details on board to help with coordinating and decorating our wedding was absolutely the best decision we could have made in regards to our wedding. Nicole is knowledgeable, professional, organized and so friendly. Our wedding went so smoothly, both my husband I are were able to enjoy our wedding day because of Nicole. She made sure everything ran on time and ran smoothly, I've honestly never seen an event run as smoothly and as on schedule as our wedding did and that is 100% because of Nicole. Our wedding also looked incredible because of her team. I walked into our reception and was speechless at how she had transformed the room. I cannot recommend Nicole more- she is truly amazing. If you want to enjoy your wedding, want it to be beautiful, and want your friends and family to enjoy your wedding then you need to hire Nicole, she is worth her weight in gold!

We brought Nicole and the Details team on board about a year ago for our October 2019 wedding. From the very beginning, Nicole was amazing! We had a very busy couple of months - moving cities, graduating, starting new jobs - and Nicole took care of EVERYTHING for us when it came to the wedding. It relieved so much of our stress! She was always just an email or phone call away to answer my questions or offer advice. On the day of our wedding, we didn't have to lift a finger! She took care of absolutely everything - running around faster than seemed possible, with her cute little fanny pack, making sure everything ran smoothly. She was also SUPER thoughtful, making sure I was hydrated (it's really the little things!). Whenever I get asked for wedding planning advice, my first response is "Hire a wedding planner!", and if the bride lives in Victoria, I urge her to check out Details. I don’t think there are words that can express the gratitude my husband and I feel towards Nicole & Kira. By far they were the best and most worthwhile vendor we hired for our wedding. They were organized, resourceful, experienced, and had a great eye for setting up the space, and kept the entire day on track and on schedule. Wow, Details! What can I say!? Nicole, Brittany, and their team were hands down amazing! Their team does gorgeous work, they are super easy to connect with, friendly, flexible, professional, fun. From the first feeler meeting they were able to connect the dots on what we were looking for (we are not creative folks so it was hard for us to describe the look we like), and they translated this into a beyond beautiful set up that blew us and our guests away! They also made it so incredibly easy! They would show us example pictures, invite us to the site to view centerpieces, propose option after option being super flexible the whole time! The Details Team coordinated with the venue to bring everything to the site, they set it all up, then took it all down afterwards, and took it all away. We also never felt pressured into adding pieces or guilty for removing pieces when plans changed. I could never say enough wonderful things about Details!

We recently won such an amazing and thoughtful giveaway that Nicole organized with a group of wonderful and talented vendors. We never really thought of hiring a planner even for our original wedding that was cancelled due to covid but boy were we ever wrong. Nicole did such an amazing job helping us out with all the details and made everything stress free especially with the challenge of long-distance planning since we are from Alberta. She was so friendly and accommodating right from the start and made everything come to life on the day. We hired Details for our wedding at Sea Cider in 2018. Nicole and her team are absolutely incredible. From the first meeting we had they were kind, professional, and upfront and honest about what we could expect for the budget we gave them. On the day of the wedding I remember walking into the reception and my jaw dropped - they had beyond exceeded my expectations and I felt like I was walking into a magazine. If you’re debating whether or not to have a Day of Coordinator, 10/10 recommend!! After all the hard work of planning the wedding, it felt amazing leaving the day of (and some items the month before the wedding) in the hands of these amazing ladies for our August 2021 wedding, to actually be able to relax and enjoy the day! Set up and takedown was included, and they even added their magic touch and made our set up look way better than expected. Worked with both Nicole and Emma, they were kind, knowledgeable, and dependable. Everything you would want and need from a Day of Coordinator! They also wore these very classy black masks with their company name on them, which didn’t stand out in pictures, and looked very professional. Would highly recommend!

As a newly engaged couple who are based in the UK, we really wanted to have the wedding back in my birthplace of Canada but were naturally hesitant about organising a wedding located some 5,000 miles away - luckily we found Nicole! It definitely is not easy planning a wedding during the pandemic but Jade went above and beyond to make sure everything happened exactly how we wanted it. We had to postpone the wedding and she really took it upon herself to ensure all our vendors were updated and we could push the date whilst being a rock for me as I was a ball of emotions. Because of the distance my daughter and her now husband made all the decisions with Nicoles guidance from afar.
