Kimberly was nothing short of a lifesaver on our wedding day. Her constant communication put me at ease – she was always checking in to see how we were doing throughout the process. In the frantic weeks leading up to it we had a meeting with Kimberly, where I left completely relieved of all my prior stress and I knew we were in good hands. I knew that if anything happened she would handle it – and that is saying a lot for someone who is an overplanner and did not let very many people help with the planning!! On the day she set up our venue for us, and when I went in it was absolutely STUNNING. She had done everything we had talked about. Not only that, she went above and beyond when we ran out of time to add a special touch to the tables and we were about to scrap it, and without hesitation she went way out of her way to make it happen. Leading up the ceremony, I swear she was the only thing that kept me sane. She made the entire day run so smoothly, she was a true professional and I am so so thankful that we had her there on our day. I would highly recommend Kim and Borrowed and Blue Events for any sort of event planning or coordination.

Kimberly was a godsend! I live in Oregon and had a lot anxiety about whether my vision for my dream day (in Victoria) would come to fruition, since I live so far away. Kimberly helped me plan my wedding, saw my vision, and made it a reality! Every single one of my clients falls in love with kim and her services. For a very good reason. Kim wears her heart on her sleeve. She's the planner that goes above and beyond for every single couple she takes on. She works SO hard to ensure her brides have a beautiful day beyond their wildest dreams. I can't tell you how many times I've seen brides in happy tears when they see what she's created or heard shout out's during speeches to Kim because as they say " Kim, we couldn't have done this without you, you made all of this happen." She is strong but so kind, everything a planner should be. I've seen her diffuse anything that is thrown her way like an absolute pro in the smoothest of ways without her brides even knowing a thing. A couple who the fiancé was diagnosed with 3 months left to live. I asked her if she would donate her time with me and put together the wedding of their dreams as it was his final wish to marry the love of his life. In the middle of her busiest season Kim took over the planning half way through and made the most incredible wedding happen for this couple. She donated more hours then I could even count and many sleepless nights to make it all happen in 12 days. She works tirelessly to find her brides the best of the best within their budget and creates the most stunning events. She takes away all the stress of planning a wedding and makes it a fun and enjoyable thing for her clients. She's beyond talented and really loves what she does. She gives her clients a friend to lean on when they need it the most and a person in their corner if anything were to go astray. She takes care of absolutely everything so that her brides and grooms can relax and enjoy one of the most important days of their lives. If you want a girl with all the connections, the sweetest soul. Someone who's professional, who care's about your day and wants to make all your wildest dreams come true it's kim. I could go on and on about this girl and her hard working team but her work, portfolio and all these beautiful reviews speak for itself.

I often chat with couples we both work with at events and they are always gushing over the "Above and beyond" things Kim has done for them. I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Kim from Borrowed and Blue. We hired her for the setup and takedown decor of our Wedding, but she was SO MUCH MORE than this. She met with me multiple times before the wedding to help plan/design and make sure the day went smoothly. We had to completely change our design setup the day before the wedding due to weather change and she absolutely killed it! We hired Kim as our planner/coordinator after 1 year of engagement… my husband and I are not planners and we had booked nothing at the time, and she was the first step towards our perfect wedding. I swear I contacted Kim every day for the first month, and she was always available to answer questions and provide vendor suggestions and ideas that fit our style and budget. Even in the “lull” between booking the major vendors and the few months leading up to the wedding, Kim always seemed to check-in just when I needed her to. Each meeting was productive, with her either answering my questions on the spot or getting back to me within the day with answers, ideas, or contacts for everything.
