Our wedding was in August 2019 in my parents backyard. I rented the pieces in December 2018. All items were in stock. Make sure you book early in the year. Responsiveness in Decemeber was great. Keep in mind if you need to change things closer to summer wedding season their will be a slight delay as they are super busy. I ended up calling and speaking with someone to make the changes in early summer. The change was from pick-up to deliver goods to location and also have them install the chandeliers in tent. I love the chandeliers, goblets and their cloth drapery. They require a non-refundable charge for ware and tare and that was not at all flexible in removing the cost. I accepted it as no other place I found carried the style of items I wanted. I found the entire process smooth. The only thing is if you are ordering the metal pieces for hanging drapery I would recommend consulting them for how many you would need as I did the math wrong and had an extra piece. Goodluck to future renters. I would definitely use this company again for any of my future events. I just need to save money as its not cheap the pieces I like but I have expensive taste lol Check out @nestingdesign on instagram she executed my vision and made our signs for the wedding

My husband and I had originally hired Cahoots Creative Happenings for our August 2020 wedding, but Cahoots Creative merged with Bespoke Decor in March 2020 to our surprise (we found out about the change through social media!). After this transition occurred, we became clients of Bespoke Decor. Bespoke Decor has a beautiful rental collection and I'd highly recommend their beautiful + distinct accent pieces and furniture. However, we felt like we experienced a few challenges when it came to communication during the planning process, as well as the finalization of our wedding design details. It was a pleasure and absolute joy to work with the team at Bespoke Decor as a vendor partner for a wedding in November of 2019. Their unique and beautiful rentals are what drew us to their page initially, and each item brought on site was nothing short of what I had envisioned for our client. They were carefully wrapped, delivered, and in impeccable condition. You can see their entire team takes pride in their individuality, and that is encouraged to shine through. Their team arrived on site on time, and each of them were well presented. They completed their set up ahead of time, and Jess personally offered and stayed to assist with setting out taper candles that were brought in separately from their brass candle holders, without hesitation. At the end of the evening, their tear down team waited patiently for my go ahead to come in to the ballroom and begin their teardown. They understood that guests were still enjoying themselves, and worked like shadows - never interrupting guests conversations to remove candle holders or similar items. They waited until the room was clear to begin moving the larger furniture pieces and bring in the ladder to tear down lighting. I jokingly asked several times if they would consider making the trip to Calgary so we could work together more often - it truly was a joy! When we are back in the Surrey/Langley/Vancouver area again, I would not hesitate to call upon Bespoke for any of our clients' needs.

We rented several lawn games, a ceremony arch, the wine barrel bar, and had their team do calligraphy for our welcome sign and seating chart. Throughout the wedding planning process, Lois was very responsive and helpful. All of the Bespoke pieces were beautiful - adding character to and enhancing our garden-themed wedding. Bespoke also set up all of the items on the day of and ensure everything was perfect. The calligraphy bar sign we ordered was accidentally forgotten but Lois had emailed me with a sincere apology and had already refunded me the cost of the sign before I even realise it was missing. Highly recommend renting with Bespoke!

We had our May 2018 wedding at Vandusen Gardens. Initially we were thinking of having an outdoor ceremony and an indoor lunch reception. But to avoid having to deal with the chance of rain, we decided to hold both indoors, in the same room. This was perfect because Bespoke Décor was able to do a room swap for us from ceremony to lunch reception. I was more of a hands-off bride that wasn’t particularly keen in being involved in all the details. I left all the creativity up to Jas and Ashton. We only had three meetings in total before the wedding. One was the initial introduction, second was a site visit and third to go over a few final details. For us, we wanted everything to be a surprise to be revealed the day of the wedding. I walked into the room in awe at the amount of detail and care they took to placing every piece of furniture, decoration, etc. They went above and beyond, and even did more than they were obligated to do. And with much speed and efficiency, they swapped the room for lunch. Walking in seeing the head table, I was so happy. I couldn’t believe that this was my wedding! It was like something that you would only see in wedding magazines, Instagram or Pinterest. Thank you for making Roy and I feel so special. Thank you for doing more than you needed to.

Bespoke Décor provided décor management for a film tourism initiative promoting Vancouver and Vancouver Island as it appears in Disney's recently released movie Descendants 3. We were going for two drastically different event spaces: an Enchanted Garden, whimsical and light, in an outdoor elevated park; and the Isle of the Lost, a moody and dramatically dark setting in an expansive screening room. Bespoke's design concept hit it out of the park, and execution was even better than I had anticipated. Having Bespoke Decor design our wedding has been a dream come true. We had planned our wedding 2 years ago but with Covid, we had to postpone and change our vision multiple times. Camila is our designer and she just had been so patient and accommodating with all of our requests and really just making sure that everything detail is perfect for us! Communication is always clear and in a timely manner and planning a wedding with her has really been so much fun rather than stressful! We ended up having a 10 people ceremony and an intimate dinner with just me and my husband and it was perfect! It was everything we dreamed of and more! To say that Bespoke delivered for our wedding would be an understatement. We were confident that Bespoke could execute the moody/Bohemian wedding look, we were not as sure that they could handle our 1930s Shanghai theme because they had never done anything like that before. Mariko absolutely killed it and we were blown away. The lounge, signage, menus, etc. were all on theme and they executed all the way down to the very last detail. My husband and I got married two months ago and we did the full package from Bespoke Decor. From the start, the team was amazing. We did a questionnaire with them at the beginning, so they saw what styles and tastes we like, what kind of people we were, what our hobbies and interests are, etc. Then we let Bespoke handle all the details - and they really handled ALL the details. Every candleholder, string light, fabric type for table linen, etc were all meticulously selected and set up & taken down. Their specialty team put together a design that managed to nail my husband and I to the T - Their in-house calligrapher even designed a cute logo for our names for the menus. They worked with our florist and created visual masterpieces all around the venue. I hear they had decorated the washrooms as well but I didn't get a chance to see that myself! We were so relaxed on our wedding day, as Bespoke handled everything to make a large open venue feel like a welcome, relaxed, cozy and yet 'professionally tailored' wedding (if you prefer a different style, I'm sure Bespoke can manage that too), but also managed to clean up and clear everything out by the venue's end time. They were an amazing team to work with - very professional, with open communication, and so dependable that we left the decor side of things completely up to them.

Bespoke decor was such an awesome choice for decor! We decided to rent items a la carte and had two calligraphy signs made for our romantic wedding and I’ve never had so many comments on how cool the wedding decor was! We had opted for a lounge (two chaises, settee, coffee table, and a carpet) and it was one of the most photo-op’ed places in our wedding! People absolutely loved how it made our large scale wedding/venue a little more cozy despite the 240 people. We also rented extra bulb lights and gold candle votives to create more dimension and romance - people kept commenting on how unique our geometric candle votives were! We also had two beautiful calligraphy signs for our buffet menu and guest seating chart - which people also admired! I would highly suggest Bespoke for any unique, vintagesque quirky decor and calligraphy! Thank you for adding an extra touch to our wedding at the Pipe Shop!
