Worst experience to date !!! originally scheduled to meet @11 for decorations. While we patiently waited @ the Hall, their Every “be there in 20 minutes” lead to 3 hours later. At 2:30 was told they needed another “hour”. My party was supposed to start @ 6pm. We had to set up head & guests tables and personally add party favours to the tables. Plus head back home to get ready so we could arrive before our guests did. Maybe shouldn’t commit to more than 1 event If you don’t have the capacity to finish work on time. Cancelled their service and rented our own last minute details from a different vendor. Hope the owner & his team work on their professionalism.

Value If you want to have the most beautiful wedding, you have to go with asian wedding decoration and flowers were beyond amazing, and the entire setup and theme was flawless. In terms of planning,penny is closely connected with all the vendors to make all the details of your dream wedding come true. Highly recommended!!!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE PEOPLE!!! These people parked on my street right outside my house and starting throwing out their garbage onto my yard!! I understand you specialize in "Asian" weddings, but we do not live in Asia, and here we do not litter, especially in broad daylight where I can clearly see you opening your window and throwing trash against my fence! I would never pursue in their services based on their behaviour. How would you feel if I threw my garbage against your office door right outside? If these people cannot complete a simple task of throwing out their garbage in a sensible manner, how would they decorate an entire wedding? Based on what I saw, these people have NO SHAME. And it may be a small issue, but it definitely speaks to the type of characters they have working there. If they do not respect your property or the environment, they will not respect your wedding. Disgusting!

If your looking for unprofessional work and decoration not set up on time for big events these are the people to call. They are unreliable and extremely rude with any confrontation . Our party starts at 6pm at a hall, they where suppose to arrive at 4pm for decoration. The decorator ended up arriving at 5:50 starting the decoration while guest were coming in at 6pm. So decoration material left everywhere, place was a mess while guest where arriving. They finally finished the decoration while the party already started happening. They owner is extremely rude and did not take any accountability with their mistake. For all of you out there if your looking to do a small party for ur dog or cat or even ur fish I would totally recommend them. Not for your grandpa 80th bday with over 200 guest attending .
