Hiring Hayley and the team at Plan It Right Events was the best decision I could have ever made. From day one of working together she made things easy and organized. The day of my wedding I did not have to worry once as the team was SO Organized and on the ball. My family & bridal party all told me after the wedding that things would just not have been possible if it weren't for Plan it Right as they just took over and ran the day. Hayley and team went ABOVE and BEYOND! I am SOO happy with the service provided and would highly highly recommend to every single bride planning a wedding or looking for a day of coordinator.

Hayley was an absolute pleasure to work with. Our wedding was booked only a couple months prior to the wedding date. I was overwhelmed booking all the vendors and Hayley gave excellent reccomendations for hair and makeup. She contacted all our vendors and provided an itinerary for the day. She also coordinated everything so smoothly on the day of, during a COVID pandemic and for the first wedding at this venue. Hayley went above and beyond, she played all the music for the ceremony, fading the music when needed. The ceremony room was flipped into the dinner reception room, which she coordinated seamlessly. She jumped in and helped with the decoration set-up and tear down at the end of the night. The wedding day was a stress free experience, the groom and I truely got to enjoy the magic of the day thanks to Hayley.

Hayley helped us navigate through many last minute hurdles including 4 venue changes, one being the day before our wedding and without her help and expertise our wedding day would not have gone as smooth as it did. Her communication with vendors was professional and exceptionally prompt. She was responsive to all of our needs and helped us with many aspects including the set up, delivery and ensuring everything ran smoothly. We faced many instances where Hayley could have easily thrown her hands up and said this is beyond my scope of work, but at no time did Hayley give up or complain, she was there for us when we needed her most and continued to go above and beyond. For the longest time I was unsure about hiring a wedding planner, but after the 3rd date change due to COVID, I decided to bring in help. I decided to hire Hayley for month/day of coordination since I had mostly booked all of my vendors already. Oh my gosh, Hayley was so helpful in alleviating stress! I think I told my husband a million times that "omg, i love her". She was super helpful in answering all of my questions and was always super quick to respond. Hayley also thought of things that I didn't even think of for the month of the wedding (and I thought I had thought of it all)! Hayley helped us move over all of our vendors from our previous date to our new date as well as helped us a TON the day of. Honestly, I don't know what I would have done without her. She was extremely helpful with setting up my reception and ceremony decor (floral arch, welcome/seating chart signs, receiving table, dessert table, candles and table cloths on the tables etc). For anyone on the edge on hiring a wedding planner or not, let me tell you, IT IS WORTH IT! She really helped me enjoy our day fully, and not have to worry about the little things. Things always go wrong on the day of, but it is such a huge help to have someone there to help you. Thank you Hayley! You did an amazing job!

Hayley was such a blessing for our wedding day. From the moment I contacted her, all the way to the end of the big day, she was exactly what I needed to help organize the day exactly how I wanted. Hayley was prompt in replying to all of my questions and helped me to create a seamless schedule for the day of the wedding. Before the big day, Hayley came to the rehearsal and was a crucial part in making sure that the wedding party and family members knew exactly what they needed to know for the ceremony and reception. Hayley has been a lifesaver since day one! We hired her back in 2018 when we first got engaged! Through the pandemic and all of our rebooking's she was so accommodating and flexible! I contacted Hayley because I was unsure whether I required a day-of coordinator or a vendor to set up my decor for my wedding. After discussing my needs, Hayley was quite upfront in advising me that based on my venue package and wedding details, I actually didn’t need a day-of coordinator and that decor set up would suffice. I found her honesty to be so refreshing and she understood my needs and my vision so well that I knew after our initial call she would be a good fit for me. So, I hired Hayley to set up my decor. Her communication with me was always prompt and professional. She is so organized and kept in contact with me to ensure everything was on track. She even provided some excellent florist referrals, one of whom I ended up hiring! I will admit though, I was a bit nervous when she told me a few days before my wedding that her new colleague Daniela would be the one setting up my wedding but Hayley assured me that Daniela came with industry experience and was well aware of our plan. Well, I needn’t have worried because everything went exactly to plan and if there were any issues on the day of, I didn’t know about them! My decor looked exactly as I had envisioned. 10/10 would (and will) recommend Plan It Right Events. My wedding felt like a dream! Thank you Hayley :)

With all of the constantly changing restrictions due to covid 19 there was no way we could have kept up and planned the wedding without her! There aren’t enough words to describe how amazing Hayley was as our wedding planner and how grateful we are to have chosen her to organize and run our big day. She reached out to all our vendors well before the wedding to organize a vendor timeline, and kept everyone on track the day of. She set up a lot of our smaller decor pieces and finishing touches, and stayed until the end of the night to make sure everything was taken down and stored away properly. We had a last minute change in weather on our wedding day (from pouring rain to sunny half an hour before the ceremony), and Hayley helped organize a complete ceremony flip from inside to outside, which was nothing short of miraculous!
