I cannot begin to express how incredibly thankful and impressed I am to have worked with Fresh Look Design! I hosted a boho chic themed party for my 30th birthday and had a very specific style in mind. All the rental items from Fresh Look Design were so beautiful and I was so happy with how the setup looked. All my girlfriends were so in love with all of it! I worked with Rich who provided incredible customer service. My party was nothing big at all - only 8 people in fact - but Rich always made me feel like my event was deeply valued and that he truly wanted everything to turn out well. He was understanding of my budget and did whatever he could to assist. I sent him so many emails with so many questions and he was always very quick to reply, while being extremely detailed and providing invaluable advice. I never felt pressured, but felt like I was consulting with a true friend. Rich, I cannot thank you enough for the amazing service you’ve provided to me. Your kindness, helpfulness, generosity, and genuine care for the success of my tiny little birthday party has been so incredible. I will always keep you in mind for future events of my own or anyone around me. I work with an events and hospitality company in Toronto and we really pride ourselves in excellent customer service, and I can truly say that yours has been one of the best I’ve experienced in the hospitality industry. Absolutely amazing working with Fresh Look Design for my wedding. I had no reservations working with Ainsley and the team. My experience with them was such a joy, they were very well organized, and they make you feel taken care of. They captured the vision perfectly, while adding their professional touches. When I saw it all come together on the day of, it was better than I could ever dream of. We kept receiving compliments throughout the day. Our wedding logistically was challenging with multiple locations that they've never done before. However, that was not an issue at all. We did all the floral, decor, and rentals with Fresh Look which included bouquets, centrepieces, charger plates, table numbers, votives, pillars, backdrop, cross-back chairs, chalkboard seating chart, and some other items. Ainsley and her team are amazing and put together such beautiful pieces. They made the arch for my wedding ceremony, backdrop for the reception and the bouquets for the bridal party. I was BEYOND happy with my everything. The one thing I will say is that I think they are a bit unorganized. I showed up for my final meeting and they hadn't written down my appointment so I was met by surprised faces when I showed up. Also, the head table back drop was not what we discussed, while I was still extremely happy with it, it was just not what we had drawn up and agreed upon.

Fresh has a beautiful eye for design. When we met, we had a vision in mind. They elevated our vision and brought it to the next level. We took a very plain space and made it shine. Each and every guest who arrived was just blown away. Some guests who had been to the venue multiple times for events, said “We’ve been here a lot and have never seen this space look so beautiful”. We agree. It looked amazing. Fresh actually built us custom bar tables that looked unbelievable in the space. They sourced items that fit perfect with the theme. A huge plus when working with Fresh is that they are a one-stop shop. Not huge in to floral, we were unsure of adding too much. After seeing how gorgeous and perfect our floral arrangements and the bouquets were, we wish we added more! The bridal bouquet was a stunner and incorporated family heirlooms perfectly. Set-up and tear-down were easy. The staff were so happy when they arrived at 1am on a Saturday to move-out. It takes the pressure off when you have such great vendors coming in to take care of things. If you are looking for someone to make your wedding design come to life, look no further. I’m more than happy with the way my wedding day unfolded and it’s thanks due to the staff at Freshlook Design. Amber in particular, our wedding planner did an excellent job with the details and had organized the day perfectly. Planning a wedding is a lot of work. Not once did I have a worry or concern about the vendors or the details. The ceremony transitioned seamlessly into cocktail hour, which transitioned into dinner service and when it was time for the dancing to start, another seamless transition. Planning a wedding (20 people) in 3 weeks during the pandemic wasn't fun so when I was looking for multiple services, Fresh Look Design (FLD) was able to deliver! They brought in all the rentals/floral and helped me understand some design components of our wedding day! I asked about 900 questions and never felt like I was annoying Ainsley and her team. I loved the way they came in and took over the space without stressing me out as the bride. I felt confident that the vision/inspo we created could come to life and it totally exceeded my expectations. I still dream about the table scape and had flowers in my house for weeks after the event to enjoy! Where do I start without writing a Novel about FLD? In a nutshell, they are amazing. I was one of the "lucky" brides who had their wedding during COVID and for anyone who has planned a wedding, knows its stressful to plan without an added pandemic - but FLD was behind me every step of the way. Ainsley is incredibly knowledgeable, communicative, and a visionary expert (literally - I showed her about a thousand Pinterest photos of my dream wedding and she managed to know exactly what I was going for). I highly recommend hiring FLD if you want your dream wedding put to life, incredible looking flowers, and to overall decrease your stress. You wont regret spending a little extra money (although, they are also willing to work within your budget, reasonably!). Thank you FLD, for curbing my stress and being a dream vendor to work with.

The responses were always quick - Emilie was able to answer all my questions regarding floral, gift boxes & rentals - including finding last minute napkins! I have had the pleasure of experiencing what Fresh Look can do! It is hard for me to put into words because it was above and beyond what I expected. Leading up to our wedding day, stress was a bit high and Ainsley and her team were there to answer any questions and at anytime of the day. They were professional and made sure the t's were crossed and the i's were dotted. Day of, my mind was blown. Ainsley went above and beyond when it came to furniture rental and the INSANE FLORAL!! Not only that but the night before they were at the venue until 10:00 PM! Back to the day of, Ainsley was running around the entire day making sure every single second, item and floral was perfect. The day of I also realized I had forgotten to pick up toiletries for the guest restrooms and she went out and made sure everything was there. I cant express how thankful I am for her and her team. Ainsley and her team helped me put together a wedding just 3 weeks before it was set to take place. With COVID I had already planned 2 previous weddings that had to be changed and so I turned to Ainsley for help in assembling a wedding that took place on the front lawn at my grandparents' house. The day turned out a little snowier than expected, but Ainsley and Nicole did a fantastic job soldiering through a blizzard to put together amazing flowers, set up chairs and keep things running relatively smoothly during the ceremony. My daughter and I were thrilled to discover Fresh Look Design when we were scrambling to finalize details for her wedding after the venue she booked closed abruptly and with only 12 weeks until the wedding and everything we had planned for a year having to be changed, we didn’t really know where to look. The vision was vintage elegant with an outdoor ceremony and barn reception – a lot of DIY! Ainsley at Fresh Look was great – we had looked everywhere in our area for linens that were not just your standard plain colors, satin or matte and I couldn’t find anything. My daughter was struggling with how to put what she wanted together and Ainsley came to the rescue with suggestions that we hadn’t even though of. We were happy we could pick up the rentals the day before we had the venue to decorate. There had been an issue with some of the linens we rented not being returned/damaged but Ainsley contacted us immediately, offered a solution and I do believe it turned out better than the original plan. We wound up renting more than just the linens and the extra décor pieces made my daughter’s vision for her wedding come together. I am a huge fan of the rental idea for DIY – we had scoured vintage stores, antique malls, etc. and found a lot of items to fit the theme so we could fill in the gaps with the rentals which was great. Today, I had a lot of muscle pain from recent surgery and was scrounging around as to what to do with it. Found the balm and tried that. Wowser!! It worked and quickly. The muscle pain was gone.
