MNP staff quoted me $500 for services that I requested, and then charged me $250 dollars extra. When I sent them an email asking why, I received no response for over a week. They did however, immediately cash my cheque when I sent it. Avoid this agency at all costs.

Working with Trish and company has made a difficult situation a breeze. After a bad breakup, they helped me fix the mess I was in, reduce my debt significantly, adjust my payments when I lost half my income due to Covid, and still keep my dignity intact. No judgement or shaming, which wasn’t true at the competitor down the road. The only reason I don’t give five stars is because the front desk receptionist is not terribly professional — cold and unfriendly at the best of times. Not a good look for the first contact when you’re at an extremely low point. But in terms of getting it done well, top notch.
