I have had the privilege to work with Madeline's a couple of times during the past 5 years. Knowing my couples are in their hands, always puts me at ease when it comes to helping my couples plan for the big day. I absolutely love working with them and highly recommend their services.
We hired Madeline's Weddings & Events to take care of all of wedding day needs. Its was by far the best choice we made! They made us feel like we were the only couple they were planning for and were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Their day of coordinators were with us right from the start and we were blown away by how AMAZING the reception looked!! Our head table was gorgeous and our candy buffet left guests wanting more. Having Madeline's with us on our wedding day made the day run smoothly and we couldn't have done it without them.

I cannot recommend Madeline's enough. Our space ended up looking very pretty. I had the pleasure of getting to meet and work with Jamie, whom in my opinion is such a wonderful person. She was always on top of everything, and was always there to answer any question we had. We had Tina, and Kaitlin as our coordinators, I can't say enough great things about them. They were so helpful and fun to be around. If you needed something they were on it. They thought of things that I would have never thought about. We were so sad to see them leave, they really felt like family. We will remember them for years to come. Thank you for making not the greatest experience amazing.
I've been fortunate enough to be able to work with Madeline's Weddings twice. They had done the decor for my 18th birthday many years ago so when the time came to find a decorator for our wedding, there was no doubt in my mind that I had to book them again. Jamie, their lead planner, was super nice and helpful in the initial stages of planning. She was very professional and easy to talk to. Their team is dedicated and has a keen eye for details. Many of our guests loved the way our venue was decorated and even asked us who did the decor. We also received many compliments regarding how organized the ceremony and party was. It was thanks to their coordinators, Kaitlyn and Monica, who did a fantastic job staying on top of our program and arranging what was next on the list. Working with Carly for our personalized stationary was a breeze. She was able to get the design we wanted after only seeing a few examples and given few details. You have an amazing team and it was so much fun to work and plan our special day with them. They are very professional and knowledgable; ready to offer advice. My husband and I were VERY happy and pleased with all our décor. It was exactly as promised it would be. It was set up perfectly (no work or stress for us) and it was taken down promptly at the end of the night (again no work or stress for us). Everything look very elegant (not cheap) however the price was really good. Very competitive. Service was delivered exactly as told it would be. I highly recommend.
My husband and I were unsure of coordination services at first - we're pretty organized people and we do a lot of planning ourselves - but we thought it would be worth it to us to have someone else take over running things so we could enjoy our special day. Our first meeting with our coordinator, Jamie, went very well, so we decided to go ahead and engage their services for Day-Of Coordination. Now, after everything, we would recommend them again and again to anyone who's even remotely interested. It's to the point where I wish I could just hire Jamie and Tina to run my life, really. In the overwhelming flurry leading up to our ceremony, Jamie and Tina had everyone sorted out and provided calm reassurance to me, a frazzled bride who desperately needed it. They were so easy to rely on and made sure I only had to worry about myself. After the ceremony, they had our reception venue set up beautifully! They put our DIY centerpieces, programs, and favours out exactly as we wished, and even set up our guestbook table nicely, though we hadn't thought about it much at all. Our Head Tables and backdrop, which were all from Madeline's, were also gorgeous and felt really luxe to be sitting at. During reception, we were able to be guests at our own wedding as we desired, as Jamie and Tina took care of any issues that arose and kept the program running smoothly in tandem with dinner. They even helped fixed my hair that was very stubbornly unraveling! Jamie and Tina were both so friendly and professional, and with all the expenses that come with a wedding, we feel that their work was an integral part of our happy experience that we value greatly.
Madeline's wedding and events was spectacular at my wedding on February 16th. The decor was beautiful! Jamie and Carly were super professional, very attentive to your needs and your wants for your venue. All my guests were blown away with how gorgeous my wedding looked. Thank you ladies! We used Madeline's Weddings & Events to help us with "day of" coordination for parents' 50th Anniversary Party in Gimli, MB ... Jamie was amazing! She helped us to determine the things we had not considered, provided timelines and checklists and followed up with vendors, to ensure everything was happening, as expected. Words can not describe how incredibly grateful we are to Madeline and her amazing team for helping to give us the most beautiful day imaginable! We knew that we wanted beautiful decor for our reception and what we received out-shone our wildest expectations. Right from the get go her lead coordinator, Jamie, was there to help us! She listened to our ideas and vision, and when it was time for us to come in to see samples of the decor, she had the most amazing arrangements set up... and not easy to do as our main colours were ivory, yellow, green and black (due to husband's family tartan). And from there they just continued to give us the best! Their design team were incredible and they used a sample copy of our tartan to design the most beautiful reception stationary. And to top the night off, the had such a wonderful candy bar! When we arrived, the doors were closed and were opened just to us before any guests arrived so we could take it all in. I must admit, it took my breath away, and was left speechless with how beautiful it was. Pictures just do not do it justice! We received compliments the whole night from the guests and we could not have been more happy. I will ALWAYS recommend Madeline's Weddings & Events to any future brides, as they truly are the best! I'm lucky to work with Madeline's both as a vendor (I run a catering company) but also now as a bride. They've taken all of the stress off my back for planning the small details of my wedding and I have complete trust in their team. They respond quickly to emails and think of things I never would have. I highly recommend them! UPDATE after our wedding: When we got engaged there was no question who we would book for our decor and month-of coordination. Madeline's Weddings and Events took our ideas and input and worked with our wedding vendors to pull off a seamless day! We used their beautiful linens, head table back drop and centrepieces. Everything was beautiful. But most importantly, they helped us enjoy the wedding planning process by taking the stress of final details off of our shoulders. When the weather turned rainy, Jamie quickly coordinated changes at our venue and made sure everyone (extended family included) felt comfortable with the new ceremony plan. just food for thought before booking, I had a stroke 4 months prior to our wedding, husband had to take leave of absence from work to watch our child and while barely making ends meet, Madelines would not refund our 5k deposit, not even half. Wedding day passed and I was still in rehab. can't comment on quality of service but didn't have a great experience.

Madelines did such a great job with everything that I needed done! We had our wedding on my brother in laws dairy farm, and made a boring farm shop into a wonderful wedding venue. They listened to every concern I had & answered any questions I had. Jamie was an absolute delight to work with.

From beginning to end.... Jamie was absolutely fantastic. From answering all my millions of questions, an assisting with ALL of my changes. From the organization the day before the actual wedding to the incredible fluidity on the actual day. Including getting the flowers to the groomsmen, organization of the music, making the cutest paper snowflakes for my flower girl to throw, making a make-shift garter for my groom to toss and that's just to name a few things. We had an amazing experience with Jamie, Tina and Joel for our wedding preparation and day. I would highly recommend this crew of wedding planners as they are confident, friendly, fun, and flexible wedding planners that will do everything they can to provide you an amazing experience before and during your wedding day. They are also great communicators and have a keen eye with paying attention to the little details. The first time I met Jamie I knew this was going to be a great company to work with. Even though we had the package "Day of Services" Jamie would answer any questions I had and provide little reminders leading up to the day of the wedding! She provided us with amazing wedding planners Joel and Tina for the actual days. They communicated with my husband and I all day/night and asked if there is anything we need or would like to change to the day/evening. My husband and I really got to experience everything through our entire wedding and enjoy spending time with our family and friends. I would 100% trust them for any events that I would possibly want to plan in the future. I was so sad when the night was finished and I had to say goodbye to Joel and Tina! They did an amazing job with the ballroom/foyer, it was absolutely stunning! We used the company's linens and charger plates, in which they have a wide selection to choose from. With using their own items, they created a beautiful sweet heart table with backdrop and created wonderful centerpieces for the tables and foyer area, using the decor we provided. However, if I remember correctly they have their own decor as well to choose from. I would call this company and all inclusive experience! This past weekend myself & my family hosted a baby shower for my Brother & his Wife. We knew we wanted Madeline & her team to assist us in the planning! We were introduced to them as their decor services were included through our venue (Best Western Plus on Wellington) and after our first meeting with Jamie, we knew we had to hire her for day of coordination as well. Not only did she have exceptional knowledge and service when helping us pick our decor, she was also incredibly organized and professional and kept us and all of our vendors on track leading up to our big day. We met Jamie from Madeline’s at the wonderful wedding show and booked after attending their open house. Such an amazing price, everything we needed was included. Jamie and Madeline were so accommodating to my constant change of mind; very easy to reach at all times of the day. They put together a room I couldn’t of dreamt up on my own. The stationary was also great, very convenient to get everything done at one place. I was married October 2015 and They still keeps in touch which I find so sweet. I have recommended them to many other brides! I was in two weddings last summer, both also used Madeline’s per my recommendation. Madeline's helped me with an event called Circus for Circus. It was a circus-themed fundraiser for a group that puts on circus camps for at-risk kids. While the proceeds were going to kids the target audience for the event was adults. With Madeline's help I was able to hold true to a circus theme while keeping the feel modern and sophisticated. We went with an aqua and red palette which was both fun and fabulous. Madeline's consultants helped me choose the perfect combination of accent and neutral colours. I highly recommend working with Madeline's for any event. Her team had a great handle on what I was looking for and the room looked amazing!
We attended Madeline's open house when we were looking for linen rentals and day-of coordination for our wedding, ended up going with one of their special open house decor packages, and it was the best decision. Madeline's is well-priced, has a ton of selection, and they are SO easy to communicate with. Our main contact was Jamie, who was also our day-of coordinator (along with Tina, an assistant), and I can't express how helpful and wonderful they were the day of and through the entire planning process! Even though we didn't hire them for wedding planning, Jamie was more than happy to answer any questions and give suggestions for vendors, or simply give wedding planning advice. Madeline's was so accommodating with me changing my mind about linens and I appreciated that they are so easy to communicate with. The day of, Jamie and Tina constantly made sure that my husband and I wanted for nothing and took care of the small details so that we could just enjoy the day. Hey! We can’t thank you enough for everything you did for us this past weekend! Everything looked amazing after it was all set up. We had lots of compliments on how nice everything looked. We had a great experience not only during set up with you, but throughout the planning process as well. You were prompt in answering all my questions and getting me a quote right from the beginning. Going down and meeting with Jaime to pick out the linens was easy and not stressful at all. Spinning the wheel was a fun twist you added in as well, where I got the crystal columns added to my order for free. (which looked AMAZING). Thank you for those! Jaime kept in contact with me throughout and answered any questions I had along the way including a last minute color change to the head table. During set up, stress levels were high as we had lots to do, and you guys were so helpful and amazing in helping us get through. A misunderstanding occurred on our order for some candles and again THANK YOU for those! They looked great on the tables and helped bring everything together. Returning items were easy peasy, and packaging things up were written out nicely to help us get everything back correctly. YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME, and we couldn’t have pulled it all off without you. We hired Madeline's Wedding and Events as we booked our venue, Club Regent Event Center. I am so glad that we had Jamie to help us through the whole thing and I couldn't have done it without her. We had her and Tina for the day of coordination which meant I did not have to stress about a single organisational detail on the day of our wedding. This is exactly what happened! My husband I were able to focus on ourselves during our couple/entourage photo shoot after ceremony, enjoy as much of the dinner as we possibly can, appreciate how beautiful our venue turned out and most importantly we were able to take in all the love that was surrounding us. At the end of the night Jamie and Tina did not feel like our coordinators but they felt like family. They are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! We highly recommend their services! That element was support tailored to our preferences and they ensured that our preferences were reflected in the services they provided. Madeline's helped plan our baby shower and it was SO AMAZING!! There were so many perfect little details…I loved it all! From the color scheme, to the dessert table, the pink lemonade, the gorgeous pin tuck linens, the awesome wish tree, centerpieces, stationary, personal touches, chair covers, flowers…it was all PERFECT!!! The day of coordination services provided by Jamie and the team from Madeline's Weddings was the best investment we made into our wedding. Jamie ensured the event flowed seamlessly and any time I thought of something that could need attention, I would look over and see the Madeline's team was three steps ahead of me. The day of coordination services allowed us to enjoy the day with less stress, knowing all the details were taken care of. We were introduced by my brother, and decided he should officiate the ceremony. I used Madeline's for some decor for my sisters wedding, and they were absolutely perfect. I love going to the showroom, I've been there a couple times and everytime it is so inviting, welcoming and beautiful. I had also ordered a personalized cutting board and napkins from the wedding shop they also have, and it was great quality and adorable. I absolutely loved working with Madeline and her team, they are the absolute best. I hope to work with them again in the future.

I just wanted to say thank-you again for the wonderful job you and your team did helping Warren and I plan our wedding. From helping us choose our vendors, answering our every question (I know there were a ton of emails!) and decorating our ballroom you have been there every step of the way! On the night of the wedding our guests and of course Warren and I included were blown away by how gorgeous The Gates ballroom looked, I am still receiving compliments today (even Joel Ross was impressed)! The ivory satin chair covers, table cloths and napkins along with the champagne overlays really helped convey the simple and elegant look we were trying to achieve. Of course all the other details you included such as the draped fabric from the ceiling, the stationery designed to match our wedding colours and the gorgeous head table were incredible! Jay and I were married in the beautiful month of July 3 years ago at the St. Charles Golf and Country Club. Madeline’s team assisted with all of the decor, the beautiful blue and white accents, gorgeous table overlays and a hint of pink for the lights. These were the most beautiful decorations dripping with elegance and beauty. No suggestion or idea was ever a challenge to create. We had so many compliments! The best investment ever! Not only does Madeline’s team provide the most outstanding coordination for your special day - the team also thinks outside the box. Our day started out beautiful, sun was shining, we said our vows outside on the terrace and after our amazing dinner a massive thunderstorm hit with torrents of rain, then the lights went out- how are we ever going to have our “forever “ first dance? Madeline’s team- Nikki and Sara came to our rescue, they gathered the guests together on the dance floor and all turned on their flashlights on their phones and stood in a circle to sway to our song played on a cell phone. So sentimental that to this day gives me shivers. I had a great experience working with Jamie from Madeline's Weddings & Events. I was introduced to them at the wedding show by being a lucky winner on their prize wheel. I won the free rental of 4 pedestals that worked perfectly in our decorations at our reception. I also rented our beautiful center pieces and all the linen's, candles, vases and flower petals for our head table as well to have down our ceremony aisle. We booked Madeline's for our wedding that was to take place on September 5, 2020 in a venue. When COVID-19 hit, we had to change our plans to a backyard wedding and seriously alter our day. Jamie and Sara were such a big help in planning and executing our vision, we definitely couldn't have done it without them. They took care of absolutely everything! All I had to do was appreciate the moment and get married! When my husband and I walked into the ballroom for our reception, we were blown away at the glam, richness and beauty. We used Madeline’s for the full deal: linens, invitations, ceiling drapery, “day of” wedding coordinators, etc. and they were amazing each step of the way! There was a little hiccup at the printers for the invitations and they went above and beyond to rectify the situation and make sure that we were absolutely happy with everything, and even threw in some major bonuses for the trouble! All of the girls were amazing to work with and the wedding coordinators were totally worth the stress free day so that we could be in the moment. We would definitely recommend Madeline’s to anyone wanting all of their wedding dreams to come true!
Jamie and the entire team at Madeline’s were absolutely amazing! Any time we had questions throughout the planning process we would email Jamie and would have a response within hours (sometimes less) regardless of the day of the week. We hired Madeline’s for day of coordination as well as room décor and stationary at our reception, and couldn’t believe how smoothly everything went because of them. When everyone was about to walk down the aisle for our ceremony, our DJ started playing the incorrect song and my only thoughts were “shoot, I’m the only one who knows this.” then without me saying anything, Jamie was off making sure the DJ switched the song before anyone started walking down the aisle. I was completely amazed at the fact that she remembered that small of detail right when everything was about to begin. Jamie and the entire Madeline’s team’s attention to detail was absolutely phenomenal. Our reception room looked amazing and we are still receiving compliments at how well everything went. Both my husband and I agree that if we did it all over again, we would hire Madeline’s in a heartbeat! Having Jamie as our day of coordinator was the best thing we could have done for our wedding day. We cannot recommend them enough!
On June 23rd when the new restrictions were announced, we knew that we couldn’t pass up more than doubling our guest list. To say that I was stressed about re-planning almost our entire day was an understatement, but Jamie was such a great help! She also made sure to check in that we weren’t being pushed to make all of these changes by others, and that we were making the choices that we wanted, not what others were looking for us to do. We ended up needing to change venues and décor a few times throughout our planning process, and she was super accommodating to our ever-changing needs. The day itself was beautiful, so much care and detail went into our ceremony setup and making sure that everything went off without a hitch!

For my wedding just over 4 years ago, Madeline's Weddings & Events was in charge my wedding decor. I was blown away from my first meeting with Jamie and my vision became reality on my wedding day. I couldn't have asked for more! And moving forward to 2018, I was the MOH for my bestfriend's wedding. During the planning of her wedding, I highly recommended Madeline's and when my best friend met with Jamie at their open house, she felt at ease. Regarding the decor... from the chair covers to the elegant table cloths to the chandeliers, my bestfriend had her fairytale of a wedding that she truly deserved! Jamie was also hired to help with the wedding coordination. I cannot say enough good things about Madeline’s. Jamie was such a breeze to work with, she’s always on top of things. They made my venue go from 0-100 everything looked so good and I would recommend to anyone ! Primo just primo *italian chef kiss*
Jamie and her team are everything you would want for the day of or month of coordination. Thank you so much everything. Honestly without you guys; the wedding day would have been chaos. You guys allowed me to have a stress free day and get ready without having to worry about anything. Yes there were hiccups that were unforeseen, however we were able to deal with them together and without any trouble. You guys made our day the best day we could’ve asked for and without you guys it would not have been as enjoyable!! Thank you for allowing us to just have a day for ourselves.
Jamie from Madeline’s Wedding is fantastic! Hands down the best! She is super patient and kind! Always reassured us that everything will workout perfectly for our wedding! She was always so accommodating with everything, especially with the changes during Covid. Always has answers for everything! We had her as our wedding day coordinator. She made sure that our day ran smoothly!! Always made sure Jordan and I were good before continuing with the next activity on the schedule. Made sure our wedding party knew their part for the ceremony and reception. We really couldn’t have asked for a better person to help us with our wedding!
We could not have been happier with Madeline's!! Our venue at FortWhyte looked stunning and we received so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful everything looked. The colours looked incredible together and the stationary looked amazing as well!! Madeline and her team were super responsive to all of my emails and they were very accommodating. I decided very last minute (night before) that I wanted a backdrop and they were able to provide one for me no problem! I would highly recommend them! Thank you!

Over the past 7/8 years I have had the great fortune to work with Jamie on many occasions in my role as Marriage Commissioner. During this time I have appreciated Jamie's exacting attention to detail, her calm & calming demeanor and her ability to work co-operatically with vendors. My husband and I used Madelines Weddings for the decor at our wedding as well as to coordinate our big day! First, it was absolutely GORGEOUS. We received so many compliments on how great everything looked - our guests were definitely impressed! Secondly, looking back, I can honestly say that I didn't have to worry about a thing on the day of - it was completely stress free! All of my girls commented on what a difference a coordinator makes to their "job" as bridesmaids, having been in previous bridal parties, because they were actually able to relax and enjoy the ceremony and reception just as much as I did! It was amazing to know that my friends and family didn't have to worry about ANYTHING on the day of because Madeline's did it all, including all of the set up and tear down, cuing all of the music, introductions and speeches for the ceremony and reception and a long list of other items. If we needed anything at all, it was quickly done for us! Madeline's offered a ton of advice during the planning process and suggested great ideas that I hadn't even thought of! They also have a fantastic showroom where they will set up an "example" table with the colored linens that you are interested in - it made my decision even easier being able to see everything in real life. The ladies we worked with during the entire planning process were extremely friendly and professional and I can't imagine not having used Madeline's for our wedding - completely worth it in every way!!
The decor, linens and stationary were all amazing, even moreso than I expected! The room was absolutely gorgeous and SO many guests told us how much they loved it and we got a few "this is the most beautiful wedding i've been to, and i've been to alot of them!". Madeline's was so helpful through everything and always answered my questions same day, I will be highly recommending them to any of my friends getting married in the future. I can't thank them enough for making our day so perfect, and perfectly capturing the envision I had from the beginning.
Madeline's did an amazing job of both our wedding stationary and our reception decor. I worked with Jamie who was professional, always quick to respond and helped bring our vision together. They brought our vision together perfectly it definitely took our breathe away when we walked into our reception. Thank you for all of your hard work!!
I don't even know where to begin thanking Jamie and her team for everything she did for us on our Wedding Day. Everything was perfect. I'm not sure I have ever seen a more beautifully decorated reception hall. I love that she brought my husband and I in to see it before our guests. We are still getting compliments on how everything looked like a fairy tale. Day of Coordination - This is the part not everyone gets to see and is what really pulled our day together. Her attention to detail (remembering my bridal party's names, fulfilling my requests, creating my timeline, coordinating my rehearsal, answering my emails promptly, etc.) was more than I could ask for. I felt like I've known her for years, and I didn't have a single care that day because I knew she you would handle it - this was the best feeling. My husband agrees that we could not have pulled off the wedding we did (300 people) without Jamie and her team. He was so proud to tell all his friends and family what a stress free day we had. "We didn't have to do anything! No set up, no tear down, nothing!" There is absolutely nothing I would change. Madeline's Weddings are amazing at what they do. They put their heart and souls into their work - and it really shows. My husband and I will be forever grateful for everything they did for us to make our Wedding the most memorable day.
Our wedding was 4 years ago and I still can't stop raving about Madeline's Weddings & Events! The team was so warm and inviting and they had no problem incorporating the comic theme we wanted. I love that there is always something new and exciting with their décor which leaves me breathless at times! You definitely become a "family member" no matter how long ago your wedding was. It makes me think about throwing another celebration just so I can work with them again! If you have a chance, book with this wonderful team, you won't be disappointed!
