I had to leave 2 voicemails before I even got a phone call back. It wasn't even from the person I requested to talk to. Instead it was there "business partner". Than when arranging a meeting this young guy asks "if you don't mind, I may have a team member join us?". Well unless it's the person I originally requested to talk to with than yes. But if your training a new person, I don't want my profile to be there first assignments. I also have had to wait for days before I hear back. I just don't feel they listen to the customer(s) all the time.
