Having accessible Indoor parking was great. The King suite I was in smelled wonderful the moment I walked in and throughout my stay. The bed was extremely comfortable. Will stay again!

Room was ok, bathroom updated but the rest was tired and needs updates which i think are coming. Pool was nice, the attached room to the pool deck was worth it. Had a couple issues with the front desk, but that is a personnel issue and does not interfere with the rating od the hotel and room

Great place to stay with family. Pool area is very welcoming. Sound transfer is almost nonexisting so sleep is uninterrupted. Staff is very friendly and professional even when there are lots of people waiting to check in.

I liked this hotel the pool was great and fair price. Having a pool side room was convenient but of course a lot more noise especially with the vacuum after the pool had closed. I loved the tables and chairs in the pool area so we could eat and socialize out there.

I knew the hotel when it was under the Royal Oak name, the only thing that has changed is the restaurant/bar area. Otherwise it's the same. It was comfortable and the kids loved the waterslide. It was a good value for our money.

Hotel was super clean, pool area was spacious with lots of tables- was one of the best pool areas we’ve stayed at. Perfect for our hockey team tournament trip. Definitely would go back for a staycation! Kids loved it and adults had great time relaxing because kids were busy.

Checked in for three nights on a Thursday night for a hockey tourney Check in was good and room was great. We had poolside room with new bathroom. Poolside rooms could use more cooling and airflow. The staff were all great except the one guy who has a man bun for a hair do He is a pool attendant that is so strict that he cleared out a packed pool When u can't have fun in the pool or slide why be there. He would shut slide down for 1 hr periods if people didn't listen. Adults were pretty upset about the power hungry worker. Very nice facility and trying to do upgrades right now. Excellent dining experience, awesome food and service. We stayed in the top, far corner of the hotel so wifi was a bit weak. Only complaint was that we couldn't get the Jets to work on the tub which was no big deal. Would definitely go back.

I was VERY impressed! It was a last minute decision to stay over and the only hotel left available on Hotwire! The room was spotless & impeccable. It could have been the first guest since renovated! I felt safe to take off my shoes on the very clean new carpet! The bed was one of the best, fairly firm which I like! I would definitely go out if my way to try and stay here again if ever in the area. When I drove up, it doesn’t look like much from the outside, but rooms are great! Great place to stay overall. A couple of minor negatives as stated

Very clean, pool is great for all ages, has hot tub, big slide and rooms are decent size. Great for families. Room service is normally amazing from the echo restaurant. However over the thanksgiving weekend our order took over 1h 15 minutes. Figured after 1hr 15m they must have been extremely busy but when we walked into the restaurant to check up on order they were dead. Food was cold and old. We had a bill near $100 so to pay that much for cold food was a big disappointment. I’m not going to rate the hotel for the food this time as we have got great service from them before. We have stayed in few different rooms. The rooms on this review are of the family room with bunk beds and the executive king room. The executive king room was average. The price wasn’t that different to a standard room. There was lots of space and a jet tub. Bed was in great shape and clean. I felt that the room was so far away from everything in the hotel. We were staying with other guests so venturing in hotel to go to pool or other rooms was quite a journey. The family Room had a great little layout. Not the biggest room but everything fit nicely. Great colours for kids, 2 TVs, bunk beds and a couch. Room had a balcony with view of pool with patio table and chairs. It was a short walk to pool.

The Clarion in Brandon is a clean and modern hotel with excellent restaurant, lounge, and food services as well as a pool. I travel to Brandon regularly on business and stay here all the time. I would recommend this hotel to business or family's. An excellent place to stay.

I attended a event here, and the conference center was massive and still had room to expand if needed, or to be reduced if it were a smaller event. Very convenient. The staff was all very friendly and attentive.

The cleanlieness of my room was sub par. I was charged an additional fee for cleaning my dirty room. After a few complaints, I finally spoke with a manager who understood, and was able to help me with my complaint. Two days later another manager overrode the decision made by the previous manager, and charged me a second fee. After bringing my complaint to management, I thought for sure I would be contacted again if they had changed their minds that i would be contacted again. I was not, i was recharged without being contacted. Currently my room has a clogged sink, the towel rack was broken when i checked in, as well, there is a large unfinished patch on the drywall in my room as well. I am hoping to be contacted by the management of the Clarion to have my concerns rectified, however experience tells me, the Clarion doesn't care about my concerns. I have stayed at this hotel for 3 weeks in the last two months trying to get these concerns dealt with. This will be my last week long stay at the Clarion if I am not contacted.

The hotel guest room and meeting room facilities were very good. Staff was friendly and attentive. Billing was accurate as quoted. Climate controls vents in the guest room needed upgrade so air flow could be adjusted to not blow directly on you. The continual draft was uncomfortable.

I had a lovely stay. I enjoy this hotel very much. Expect only one staff member seems like Droopy, sad unhappy person with her facial expressions. Made me feel like I didn't really have a room there and did act like my kids where trying to scam to swim...she needs to have a talk with manager about her SAD SAKE ATTITUDE....I come here every year after year after year and feel like she ruined my stay. I was going to complain to the manager like a Karen but decided to make a bad review instead..... The beds are comfy ????????????

Hotel looks old on the outside, but the inside is new and fantastic! Up to date modern showers and bathrooms.

We have stayed here about three times and each time was great service and friendly atmosphere. Out last stay was June 2019 and Joshua the assistant bar manager at Echo Restaurant and gave us awesome customer service. Since then I called about a charge on my credit card and he went above and beyond to get me that receipt. He had put the meaning into customer service....well done!
