Natalie and Jen were phenomenal on my wedding day. They took care of every detail and made sure our day was stress free and went as smoothly as possible. Natalie was so easy going and provided as many suggestions as possible in the weeks leading up to our wedding to make our day perfect. They both went above and beyond and went out of their way to do things for us. We couldn’t more happy with them both and will definitely recommend Serendipity to others who are getting married. Where do i begin! Bernadette provided me with some amazinng ideas and support for my wedding. Walking into my hall i was blown away because it was everything my husband and i could have imagined and more. She has such an amazing personality ans spirit that made us feel like we have known her for years. Her assistants Rute and Anita were both amazing and did such an amaing job! In the midst of a pandemic and having to postpone our weding once, my now husband and I were finally married on October 9, 2021. During the final month leading up to the wedding, everyone around me told me to brace myself for the week before the wedding because it is the most stressful and anxiety riding time. I can honestly say, the week leading up to the wedding I was the calmest I had ever been and was able to enjoy some quality time with my little family. I owe that all to my incredibly amazing wedding planner, Bernadette. Bernadette was a dream to work with. She took our vision of what we wanted our celebration of love to look like and brought it to life. To say our wedding was magical is a severe understatement and does not do justice for all the hard work and dedication Bernadette put into our wedding. Bernadette made our wedding journey personal to her - and truly gave us the fairytale we were hoping for. Throughout our planning journey, we grew such an incredible bond that she even officiated our wedding. Having Bernadette officiate our wedding and be the first to officially announce us husband and wife was the greatest gift we could have recieved and my husband and I are so incredibly thankful for the wonderful memories she has marked our hearts with. On the day of our wedding, Sarah from Bernadette’s team spent the morning with us. This was my first time working directly with her. I don’t easily warm up to people but Sarah with her kind and calming nature just made it so easy! I was dealing with a lot the morning of the wedding and she was able to seamlessly calm me down - as if I’ve known her for years! Sarah assisted with all the finer details so that I could really savour the moments leading up to our ceremony and reception. I was that bride with the wardrobe malfcution - I snapped off one of my sleeves and there she was, every single time it snapped off to pin it back in its place. Even stabbing her self a few times because of the placement of the sleeve, she went above and beyond to make sure I could at minimum get married with an intact dress, which is what I wanted. This is the type of service you get with Serendipity, a group of women who are truly devoted to your desires. Not once did an ounce of frustration show on Sarah’s face. My husband and I are so incredibly thankful to have experienced this journey with Serendipity! Not to mention, we had most of our guests call us afterwards to tell us that our wedding was the best wedding they had ever been too. Our wedding was a real life fairytale and we owe that to the serendipity team and their talents! For the best possible wedding experience and the absolute best in the business - take it from me, the bride who didn’t know the first thing about planning a wedding and the bride with the wardrobe malfunction - you need Serendipity on your side, to date the best decision I made!

Bernadette and her team at Serendipity & Co. are absolutely phenomenal. I met with Bernadette 2 months before my wedding this past summer with a long list of incomplete tasks. With my wedding fast approaching she created a custom partial planning/extended month of coordinating package for me. Even with a short timeline, she set me up with great vendors I was still missing, ran around the city with me for finalization appointments and even assembled all our wedding favours. The day of the wedding was a breeze, as she and her team took care of everything so I could enjoy the day. From packing things up after getting ready at the hotel, to keeping us on schedule during our photos at a second location and to handling all surprises that came up throughout the night. She and her team went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Bernadette is truly such a hardworking and positive person and she really took the stress away when I was feeling overwhelmed with my extensive to do list. My only wish was that I had met her sooner, as she made wedding planning so much better.

We were complimented by guests at how smoothly the day went, but also from the bridal party who advised they felt it was the most stress free wedding they attended. During our entire planning process Bernadette was there to answer every single question we had. The months leading up to the wedding she kicked into fairy god mother mode and took care of absolutely everything from reminders of various vendor payments, decor options she found while she was out and about that day, to last minute details hours before the wedding We feel like we blinked and it ended. Bernadette, Sarah, Meagan, and team, Our wedding on October 16,2021 was amazing and Serendipity & Co helped pull it all together to make everything go as smooth as possible! I had seen Bernadette work her magic at my cousins wedding a few years ago, and that’s when I knew that when it was my turn I needed Bernadette by my side. Planning a wedding during a pandemic can be stressful, but because of Bernadette and her team, I was so calm and stress free. On our wedding day, I am so glad I had Sarah with me and my bridal party. Through last minute wardrobe sewing, pinning some fly away hairs back, holding my flowers, holding my dress, and everything else in between she was so helpful and helped me relax to enjoy my day. Highly recommend hiring a wedding planner for your big day! My wife and I back in 2018 hired Bernadette for our wedding in June 2020 but unfortunately with all the covid restrictions we weren't able to have the wedding in 2020. Bernadette the moment we hired her was there by our side from day one. She has been super supportive from us postponing from June 2020 to April 2021. We decided to go ahead and get married and we are still planning on having a reception next year April 2021 and we are looking forward to having Bernadette and the team by our sides once again for our reception/wedding renewal. Our wedding was incredible. Bernadette and her team were amazing. The details, the service, the creativity, even the fact they were ready for it all. My little belt broke off from my dress and Bernadette sewed it back, Natalie gave me water during the ceremony cuz I was thirsty...she even had water for the photographer! She had blotting paper when I said my face looked sweaty and held my purse and sunglasses during photos. Dominique lifted my dress while I walked and then Bernadette put my shoes on. The 3 of them were just incredible. Bernadette took all the stress away from us and we were able to just enjoy the evening. I highly recommend Serendipity. Very happy customers over here.

Highly recommend! Bernadette helped me plan my daughters Baptism. Right from the moment I messaged her she made an effort to meet me half way (I live in the Niagara region) she went out of her way to meet with me.
