At the last minute we decided to put together a party for my husband's 35th birthday. I found Full Circle Event Solutions on Kijiji. Edward connected with me the same evening that I sent him an inquiry. As we were planning this last minute, I was a little flustered but Edward was awesome and helped coordinate the bar & cruiser table rentals and a bartender for the evening. On the day of our party, the set up and pick up of the bar and cruiser tables was smooth, Ranjeet was so friendly! Anika was our bartender and everyone loved her, she was so sweet and did a fantastic job! I wish we had booked her for a longer period. Working with Full Circle was a wonderful experience, the team is professional and friendly. I look forward to working with them again! Thanks guys!! ❤

Kathy was our bartender for the evening and she was amazing. I was able to get in touch with her prior to say to discuss some details about the event and she ensured my evening would go smoothly. Kathy was very friendly with all the guests and did a fantastic job making a variety of drinks. The LED bar looked stunning and was a great focal point at the party. The set up of the bar also went well and he provided an extra cooler. Thank you for making my event unforgettable! I highly recommended this company for your events!

I have hosted many parties in my time, but this social event company blew my mind . I hosted a 2021 graduation for my daughter, and at the last minute I decided to have an open bar at her celebration. Due to the pandemic the secondary schools could not have a traditional graduation as done in the past . So I decided to have a intimate celebration for a few graduates and parents .I reached out to Full Circle Event Solutions and they came through for me . They made any type of drinks that my guests requested . Our Bartender Edward was amazing , my guest really enjoyed the evening . Their set up and pull down was seamless .I will be using this service again because I was just so impressed . Full Circle Solution is the best you can get . Our Bartender was Sam. She was amazing!! She was punctual, very well prepared, extremely friendly with all of our guests, made sure to offer everyone a new drink as soon as they got low. She not only kept her workspace clean but other areas as well. She helped with washing the dishes and even went out to buy ice for us when we ran out. She really went above and beyond! Great service!! 5 stars!! We would recommend this business to anyone and will definitely be using them again!!

The service provided by the staff at Full Circle was amazing! Edward was my go-to contact over the phone. Although I called less than 24 hrs before hosting a family wedding at our home in Toronto, he was very flexible and managed to accommodate my needs, allowing me to focus on other parts of the event. Saiesha came to bartend for 2 days. She arrived perfectly on time and was set up exactly when we needed her. When we had to move our set up due to weather, she helped us. She was personable and professional and our guests absolutely loved her! For any other important family weddings or events, I will be sure to only use Full circle Event Solutions once again.

I hired Full Circle Event Solutions for my sister's Bachelorette party. I thought to do something different yet fun for her and all the guests given the crazy year we had. We got exactly what I was envisioning. Our bartender, Dezie was right on time to set up. Right off the start, she was friendly and professional. She made great drinks for everyone. Many tried new drink mixes that Dezie suggested so I was happy the guests were enjoying her services. More importantly, my sister loved it. All the guests loved Dezie, she fit right into the party. Ed was very helpful and responsive from the very beginning and ensured that the bar planning for our backyard wedding, along with the event itself went perfectly. Unfortunately, our bartender was in a car accident on the way to our event. Communication on this incident was clear and professional, and luckily she was okay - which was the most important thing. My husband and I got married on august 14th 2021. Due to covid we had a small 50 people backyard wedding. We used Full Circle Event Solutions for our bar rental and bartender for the day/night. The white bar they supplied was absolutely perfect, and compact for the backyard. The bartender was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond for all of our guests, was quick to serve, without anyone having to wait for drinks. Not only that, but she even improvised a few drinks that guests would enjoy. There were a few drinks that some guests wanted, but we didn’t have certain alcohol for, she again improvised and made do with whatever we had, and it was a hit. We would use them again and again, and would 100% recommend to anyone throwing any event in the future. So happy :)

I recently held a backyard celebration for my wife’s 50th. Usually I act as bartender and wanted to come out from behind the bar to fully enjoy the party. From our first contact, I knew my event was in good hands. The focus was immediately on learning as much as possible about the style of the event, guests preferences, previous successes and building a fitting cocktail menu. Edward, our event contact, was professional, dedicated to a great outcome and quickly responded to all enquires and suggestions. We used their bar, which I would recommend. Bartenders work and look best behind an actual bar and the lighting in the bar added nicely to the atmosphere. On the day, due to Edward’s preparations everything went completely smoothly . I wish we could give 6 stars. We had an incredible experience working with Edward since first talking to him until after the party. He was always responsive and I could just tell his priority was us having a memorable event. Edward worked with me in creating the perfect menu and provided great recommendations and suggestions. Our bartender, Aggie, was also a huge hit at our party! Our guests were so surprised by the bartender and they loved her. Aggie even made cocktails that we didn't have on our list, and all the drinks were delicious! It was definitely one of the highlights of our party and I can't recommend Edward and his team enough. I reached out to Full Circle when I was looking for some help at an event I was hosting at my home. Edward was amazing from the start. Answered my emails same day. Called me before the event to discuss details. Edward wanted to provide the service but truly cared about the event right to the very last detail. I held an event with almost 75 people (the day Ontario got the green light of gatherings outdoor of 100 people was permitted). My guests were excited to have some togetherness. My event was filled with so much food and deserts. A lot of preparation and work had to be put in.The two servers that came were respectful, gracious and professional. They handled all the food preparations smoothly. They arranged platters for family serves and provided French serve as well. Linda and Amrita (sorry about spelling) provided beverages, clean up and anything I needed along the way. It was a lot of pressure with all the food that needed to be organized and it went beautifully. When the evening ended Full Circle checked in to make sure I was happy. No other vendors at my event did that. I highly recommend Full Circle. They really do complete the full circle from beginning to end with their exceptional services. Thanks guys you were awesome! We got married last weekend (60 people, backyard reception) after having postponed for almost a year due to COVID. Even with that much time to plan, it was July and we still didn't have a bartender! My mom found Edward for us online and he got back to us right away and was luckily available for our big day. Edward was a pleasure to plan with, always answering our questions kindly and quickly, and he even came up with a specialty cocktail to serve our guests that was delicious and fit us as a couple. It was a super hot day and the bar was busy, but people always got their drinks fast and made right! We had many compliments on the day and afterwards about how friendly and professional his service was. As the Bride, I pretty much never had to ask for a drink as Edward was always watching to make sure I had one in my hand! He would either bring me one himself or send someone to bring it to me! We also had some "helpers" who were by no means professional, and there were some bumps in coordinating with them on the day, but Edward handled them so smoothly and made sure everyone got the drinks they were asking for (even searching people out later to bring them something they'd requested if he needed to find some ingredients!) Edward made sure everyone was having just the right amount of fun, the price was fair, the light up bar was a neat addition to our tent decor, and the gentlemen who came to set up/take down was quick, and polite! All in all a wonderful experience, and would highly recommend for any other events!
