We first met Raj in 2017 when we had our engagement party at Chandni banquet hall. It was a small and intimate party with just close family and friends, but the decor Raj put together, made the entire venue look like a royal affair. The decor was the talk of the night, and the number one thing every kept asking was, "How will you guys top this for the wedding now? Raj did just that! We decided to get married on my parents' property in Sudbury, Ontario and Raj brought our vision to life AGAIN. We had outdoor events because of COVID and I wasn't too excited about it, because I didn't think our decor vision would be possible in a tent, but Raj and his amazing team surpassed all our expectations! The Sangeet tent's decor took everyone back to India with colour and traditional statement pieces. The second we walked into the Anand Kharaj tent, I was in awe. Florals, florals, and more florals. The clean linens, and draping of the tent was impeccable and precise. The grand finale of the reception was worth the wait... it was exactly how I had pictured our reception to look like. His team worked tirelessly all day and night to make our decor dreams come to life. I would highly recommend Dream Party Decor for not just weddings, but probably all of your future events that require decor. I cannot say enough positive things about Dream Party. Too bad, I can't give this amazing team more than 5 stars!!!!! Where do I even begin with my GORGEOUS mandap for my hindu wedding ceremony?! The entire thing was designed by Raj from scratch. When it came to my wedding, I have ALWAYS known that I was going to go with Dream Party Decor (DPD). There was never a doubt in my mind about that. I had attended other functions, where DPD had done the decor, and from the level of detail that goes into their work - I knew I wanted them for my big day. When I had met with Raj, I was very adamant on having a very unique and different mandap. I wanted my guests to literally have their jaw drop in amazement when they walked through the hall doors- and he did exactly just that! He was very patient, in coordinating with the hall to change the orientation of where the mandap will be set up. To this day, I still continue to receive comments about how amazing my decor was. I absolutely LOVED working with Raj, and I cannot emphasize this enough. He took in all my crazy ideas, and understood where I was coming from. Above all, he was incredibly patient. He was honest with his opinions and truly cared. Being in the decor business, it's easy to fall into the mentality that this is just another wedding, another couple. But, I can wholeheartedly say, this is not the case with Raj. He treated my wedding as if it were his very own family function. He was always available via phone, always ready to meet and provided me with frequent updates on the progress of my mandap- even without me asking. From my first point of contact (Bhavneet) at DPD to the final product, my experience with this team has been nothing short of AMAZING! Dan from Dream Party Decor was a dream to work with! Decor was an element of our wedding events that was incredibly important for us. I had a very particular vision in mind and there wasn’t anybody better to create it than Dream Party decor. We enquired with them in April, 3 months before our wedding date and Dan was very helpful from the get-go! They have a specific process on how they strategically plan with their clients and due to their many years in the industry, we trusted them with their timing and processes. I am from the UK and so having to communicate from thousands of miles away was always going to be an issue when working with vendors, however Dan always ensured that meetings worked well with my timezone and we had Skype meetings regularly to brainstorm and moodboard our decor visions for our 3 events. Dan is very knowledgable when it comes to the different venues and what works well in them. He kindly guided us through the design process and the final product was honestly northing short of AMAZING! Every couple has a budget and Dan worked so hard with us, to cut down and chop and change our order so that not only did we adhere to our budget but that we still had beautiful set-up at the same time. Dan was most definitely more interested in ensuring the place looked beautiful than making a quick buck - and this is so refreshing to see in the wedding industry and also very kind. One of our venues was a bit tricky in terms of decor and unfortunately on the day of the event, the scheduled decor was unable to take place as planned. Dan still worked hard with our wedding coordinator on the day to ensure it was as pretty as possible but he went ABOVE AND BEYOND the next day, at our reception to make up for the unfortunate circumstances that took place the day before (that wasn’t even his fault) - the hall looked absolutely breathtaking and was honestly more than we could have ever imagined. I have had a vision of my reception for many, many years now and Dan picked up on it straight away and replicated it perfectly. We are so thankful to Dan and Dream Party Decor for their creativity and expertise - our wedding events looked beautiful and we are still receiving compliments to this day about the decor. WOW where do I honestly begin… from my first consultation with Raj I was completely blown away with his creativity, passion and dedication! My experience with Dream Party Décor has been beyond words could describe. I had always dreamt of my wedding since I was a little girl and it was so important that I had the right team to make my dreams come true. I wanted to make sure I had not just another décor company, but one that was passionate with out-of-the-box ideas. It’s very easy to replicate a design, but to creatively thinking of a new breath-taking design requires a lot of effort and attention. Dream Party Décor did just that for me! I had created a wedding binder, which had clip outs of inspirational pictures and ideas which I took to my meetings and Dream Party Décor really worked with those ideas and pushed the envelope in terms of the final design. They speak volumes with the quality of work. Wedding planning requires a lot of time, I recall one particular meeting we had and after 6 hours with Raj we came up with the idea of the rotating stage for our grand entrance –which was such a great feature at our grand reception. If you go with Dream Party for your wedding or reception decor, rest assured, you can set your heart and mind at ease! I had a theme in mind for a "peacock garden" reception and Dan brought this to life! My mother worked closely with Dan and met Raj on occasions. Through her interactions, she mentioned both individuals are super friendly, respectful and committed to providing excellent service, which ultimately convinced her to choose them for my event. Although I had minimal involvement in the planning process (being long distance), the Dream Party team were able to accommodate all the ideas I passed onto my mother. Some of these included specialized peacock structures with flowers, a flower board backdrop and fountains (the best part)! I was pleasantly surprised that a decor company was able to work with all my requests. The stage setup was a dream come true when I saw it for the first time as I stepped into the banquet hall on the day of my event. “Wow” and “Beautiful” are two words we kept hearing the whole weekend. Raj, Bhavneet, Dan and the rest of Dream Party Decor team did a remarkable job at both of our events. Our first event took our guests by surprise. We had some of our guests tell us “OMG, your Sangeet decor looks beautiful, it looks like it’s out of a Bollywood movie!!!” Our response was very simple but tasteful, “This is the pre-wedding event. If you think this looks beautiful, just wait until you see the reception.” Our response could not have been anymore true. Raj and his team made our reception look like it was a million dollar event. Our guests were in shock as they walked in when the doors opened. Our reception looked flawless, classy and very elegant. We had a total of 3 informative meetings which were meant for brainstorming our ideas, putting them into an action plan and lastly, reviewing the final designs. We articulated to Raj our colour choices and ideas which we had in mind for our events. Raj listened our ideas and explored deeper into what we had envisioned. He shared his expertise with us, including details that we had over-looked such as how the lighting in the hall would reflect over the center pieces, how certain materials would give different effects, and how a minor change such as a 40 inch wide table versus a 36 inch wide table would create a grander effect. Our experience with Raj was absolutely outstanding. He is caring, humble and very patient. His passion was very visible from our initial meeting. He was very understanding about our budget and worked with what we had. Bhavneet is a pleasure to work with. She is kind, pleasant, and took the time and effort to explain items that we had questions about. Bhavneet took the time out of her schedule to call us regarding a particular detail item that was discussed in our initial meeting, just as a follow up. We asked her for some further information to which she was able to provide us with immediate answers. Without this, we would have forgotten about this item, and we would have been scrambling at the last minute to come to a solution. In addition, while booking meetings, she was very accommodating towards our tough work schedules and worked around our schedules. Dan spent days working on our artwork for our seating chart and banner. These two items may not seem like much, but Dan took the time to make the subtle changes that we requested. We had some errors on our formatting of the seating chart which we didn’t think was a big deal, but Dan took the time to explain why he needed it in a specific format. Once we saw our chart printed out, we completely understood why. Also, there were some last minute changes to our seating chart which we had to communicate to Dan a day before the reception, however Dan was very accommodating and catered towards that. Three weeks into our marriage life, we are still getting compliments about our decor. If anybody ever asks for a decor company, Dream Party Decor will be the ONLY decor company on our list. Not only were the final products absolutely spectacular, but the customer service, the professionalism, and the attention to detail is something that you can’t find too often. Looking for a decor company was one of the most exciting parts of wedding planning! There are tons of decor companies out there that esentially all do the same thing but working with Dream Party Decor was an experience in itself. I don’t even know where to begin. When me and my wife started wedding preparations we started with dream party decor and we immediately knew that we didn’t need to go anywhere else. Even the first meeting was beyond our expectations. We still looked at other decor companies so that we make the right choice but absolutely nothing came close to Raj’s magical ideas and creations. I wanted dramatic theme with big structures (for example game of thrones theme) for our reception and my wife likes subtle colors without big structures. Raj told us not to look at his previous work and he wanted us to make a list of what we like so he could work with our vision and create something from scratch if needed. This is when you knew that we are in right hands. Finally me and my wife both agreed on romeo and juliet theme which has structures which are not big but has elegant colors rather than dramatic but we wanted something indian in this theme. And by the 3rd meeting Raj realized, through our conversations, that we are fond of sanjay leela bansali style (who isn’t), and we wanted indian palace theme but with warmer colors. In the next meeting Raj showed us the sketch of indian palace he was going to built and it looked amazing on paper itself and we were so excited to see the end product eventually. And then Raj created something absolutely magnificent - “ Bajirao Mastani palace” and it looked absolutely stunning and gorgeous. Every single person who came to reception commend on decor and loved what they saw and even the Banquet hall owner told me that it was the most beautiful decor he has ever seen (and they have been in the business for long time). From floor to centre pieces to charger plates, everything just looked beautiful and glorious. Raj also helped us with other vendor shopping as well. He helped us put whole Bajirao Mastani theme together for reception - hall entrance, theme based photo booth, theme based DJ screens and dancer performance by professionals on bajirao theme. At this point Raj’s involvement was beyond just decor. Raj also did our jagoo/sangeet decor and it was nothing less than extravagant. My cinematographer told me that the sangeet decor was the best one he has seen. We just got our wedding pictures and we have no words to explain how beautiful and phenomenal everything looks in the pictures. Raj is an amazing person, a true artist with exquisite vision. Also his team is great as well and everyone is very helpful, a special mention of Bhavneet. God bless this team!!!

As a Moroccan living in Toronto, it’s really difficult to find someone who can create a Moroccan henna night (the traditional Moroccan wedding night) in Toronto. The people you do find have already been used by everyone else and constantly create the exact same thing over and over again. Which has created a problem. Either no one ends up doing it because its not fun or creative like a wedding. Or, no one wants to go because its like riding a roller coaster for the 1000th time. It had become a dying tradition. Thankfully, we found Dan Ganesh from Dream Party Décor. Hands down THE BEST CUSTOMER AND SERVICE EXPERIENCE possible. When I saw the final product, I genuinely cried from happiness. That never happens. I didn’t even do that at my wedding. He created the most beautiful Henna I have ever seen (not just because it was mine). It was genuinely like being in a cross between a Moroccan bazaar and club-lounge. To keep it simple, here are just some of the reasons why we chose them: From the beginning Dan was honest and transparent and told us he hadn’t done a Henna before. Other companies had said they had but clearly had no idea what it was. He really listened to what we were looking for, he didn’t try to guess or tell us what we wanted. Rather than telling us what he was thinking or offering, He showed us pictures and videos of previous work he’d done to help guide each other along what the final goal would look like. A super valuable component when I (the groom) am extremely visual. He was incredibly positive throughout the entire process. Nothing was ever an issue. Everything was a possibility. He was always available or got back to us in very timely manner. His creativity was complementary. He would take an idea we suggested and make it 100x better. Most importantly for me, he knew when to say no or suggest a different route. Simply because it would hinder the overall feel or flow of the event. During our onsite visit, his passion really showed. His imagination blew up and the ideas really came to life. He suggested little touches around the room that, in the end, made a MASSIVE difference. And yes. He is extremely fair in his pricing. Never at any point did we feel like we were being charged the “wedding premium” that everyone else charges. I not only highly recommend him but advise that not going with him is a big mistake. He has without question brought back a dying tradition...with the fun an flare it was always meant to have. I hope everyone gets to experience the Henna we got to have. I CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH Dan!! You really did make a dream come true!!

We had him decorate two events for us, a wedding ceremony and wedding reception. Words cannot describe how amazingly beautiful the decor was! We worked with Dan who was our Creative Designer and he was an absolute joy to work with. He always has a smile on his face and is super quick when replying to texts and emails. As a bride, I appreciated this a lot because it helped make the whole wedding planning process a lot easier. A huge thanks to Dream Party Decor for truly making my wedding day perfect! I'm still getting compliments from people of how gorgeous the room looked. From day one, Dan mentioned the staff was like one big family. He has so much admiration for the team members and I also had the pleasure of meeting them during my initial consultation. Dear Raj, My husband and I really wanted to Thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We loved our decor for our wedding reception. We walked in before guests arrived to do a photoshoot and it was soo incredible. We didn’t know what the backdrop was supposed to look like but we knew we wanted it to have a very royal and regal ambiance; without having us show you exactly what we wanted you were able to understand the exact theme we were going for. Not only that, you went above and beyond what we thought we were getting. We had soo many real candles, every single candle was lit; it created the most beautiful lighting for all of our pictures. The canopies over the food stalls were so awesome to look at, sadly neither of us ate so we didn’t get a chance to see the chandeliers hanging on the inside, but everyone commented on what a cool idea it was. Since the wedding, every single person that spoke to us about the wedding has commented on the decor and how breath taking they thought it was. One guest said "we work as photographers on the side and we have seen a lot of weddings but your decor was definitely something unique,we haven’t seen anyone go all out like this". From our first meeting my husband and I recognized how much passion you have for designing and creating beautiful wedding decor. From the pearls on our cake table to the pin lighting, every single thing was on point and added to the overall ambiance; it was extremely incredible how much detail went into our recpetion decor. I had hired DPD to decorate the venue for my wedding ceremony and reception. I heard some great things about Dream Party Decor from the artist who created my wedding cake (Zehra from Fine Cakes by Zehra) who highly recommended Raj and his team. I had the opportunity to meet with Raj several times. To be honest, I was hesitant after our second meeting. We hadn't drafted a sketch for the decor yet so I had no idea what it would look like and I wasn't sure if it would live up to my expectation. However, Raj blew my mind! I am beyond pleased to say that Raj and the DPD team absolutely smashed the final product at my wedding! The reception decor was stunning! It fit perfectly into my Cinderella theme with balconies draped in greenery! Raj also set up the backdrop at my wedding ceremony. He created such an elegant backdrop which completed the angelic ambiance of my event! All of my guests were dumbfounded with how sophisticated the decorations were. I don't have professional pictures yet but I'll be sure to share them with all once received!

This review is a month late, but I wanted to make sure that I took my time and gave a full and honest review. First off, please do not hesitate booking Dream Party Decor. Raj, Dan and Bhavneet were incredible during our planning process and made our planning experience so easy! We are still getting compliments every day since the wedding. Appointments - We worked with Raj and it was an absolute pleasure. Raj - thank you for all your hard work and all the promises you fulfilled. We really appreciate it. When making appointments Bhavneet was so pleasant and always ensured that my messages were received. Raj accommodated us for every single appointment, we work late evenings and were able to get appointments that fit in with our schedules even at the last minute sometimes. Raj took his time with each appointment and got a good idea of our style. Truthfully, a lot of what he has done (and can do) is so beautiful its hard to decide what direction to go in. I am an indecisive person and he knew this so to help me make decisions he took us into his warehouse several times so we could select what items we liked. It was great to see the pieces in person before hand so we could know what we were getting. The Ceremony: I was absolutely floored walking into my venue seeing my ceremony decor. The aisle, the Mandap, our Ganesh table - it was beautiful. Everything we asked for, we got! The Reception: We had a short time in between our ceremony and reception, however, everything got done in time. We gave Raj 2 hours to completely transition the space. In that time frame Dream Party Decor removed all religious items off the stage, removed heavy articles and brought new ones in and changed the lighting to transform the stage. It was beautifully done and we loved it! The day after our wedding Raj called me to congratulate us, it was so nice of him. If I could do it all over again I would with Dream Party Decor. Amazing customer service and the quality of work is impeccable. Thank you Raj and all the staff at Dream Party Decor that had a hand in making our day as special as it was.
