Frankly, our wedding was perfect despite the many uncertainties of having a wedding during COVID and in a torrential downpour. This feeling of perfection can almost entirely be attributed to Emily at Feast and Festivities. She was professional, quick to respond to obstacles, and an added an incredible amount of value to our day. She mitigated our stress before we were even able to feel it, and allowed us to truly enjoy our day without worrying about details. We told her exactly what services we needed, and she not only delivered, but far exceeded our expectations. I can’t say enough positive things about our experience with Feast and Festivities, and you would be doing yourself a tremendous favour to hiring them to plan and coordinate your wedding. TRUST ME, I know weddings are expensive but Feast & Festivities was worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY. We almost didn’t hire a coordinator and I cannot imagine that chaos that might have ensued if we didn’t! Do yourself a favour and save the headache.

We hired Feast & Festivities for design and wedding coordination for our outdoor, woodsy summer camp themed wedding this summer in Northwestern Ontario. We came across F&F's Instagram page and were immediately impressed by Emily's eye for design and timeless, unique style. We cannot say enough about how amazing she & her team are! They are professional, skilled and creative and truly made our wedding the best day ever. With respect to design, Emily took our ideas and created something we could never have imagined ourselves! She went above and beyond and offered great suggestions and details that were executed with care. From our guest favours (engraved camp mugs), personalized flag, unique felt flag table numbers, invitation suite, guest table etc (the list goes on and on) F&F put their personal creative touch on so many aspects of the wedding. These details created a magical atmosphere that we and our guests will never forget. Thank you Emily (and Sue)! We would highly recommend hiring the F&F team for your event if you are looking for a unique, timeless and creative affair that will no doubt be planned and executed with personalized details & care. I am so happy that my husband and I had Emily there for us on our wedding day! Emily also met with me a few times in the 3 months leading up to the wedding to check in, make sure I was organized, and kept me organized! She helped me with anything I missed planning along the way. I wanted to plan the majority of the wedding on my own, and Emily put all the finishing touches on the day. She ran our rehearsal at the venue, set up our wedding, and made sure the day went smoothly. Anything that came up on the wedding day she handled and made even more perfect! Our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding this August was a joyful and carefree celebration thanks to Emily! We could not have done it without her knowledge and expertise. Let’s face it- - every event needs a captain,. Ideally, someone with experience, leadership skills and attention to detail. Emily possessed all these qualities and more!! She calmly ran the wedding rehearsal like a pro, and when we left the venue on rehearsal day, we all knew exactly what to expect and how to do it because she explained everything in full! Emily was poised and self-assured with every separate activity on wedding day. We smoothly transitioned from the outdoor service to nibbling and sipping indoors, to speeches, special dances and everything in between. She answered all questions and anticipated each possible outcome. Every time I looked over at Emily, she was lovingly preparing the next thing that needed readying: desserts arranged appealingly, parting gifts on display well in advance, DJ cued for announcements, five minute warning to speeches. She even remembered to pull two chairs front and centre for the bride and groom so they would be comfortable and enjoy listening to the speeches to the fullest extent! Emily was always visible — doing her job and doing it diligently. And the very best part? On wedding day, the bride was relaxed and so very, very happy! Mother-of -the-bride and Mother-of-the-groom could enjoy every moment and just celebrate what we know is undoubtedly the most elaborate and important party we would ever throw. Thank goodness our bride had the very good sense to hire Emily Jansen!! She was worth EVERY penny and I would recommend that anyone planning a wedding hires her to make sure it goes off without a hitch!

I was fortunate to be invited to an event curated by Feast & Festivities. I didn't really know what to expect, but I had anticipated a lovely evening. I could never have imagined the detail and thought that would have been put into that event. The atmosphere was perfection and the meal was delicious and timely all evening long. My husband and I left basically speechless, and he's been to many events for his career. Needless to say, we will be jumping at the next chance to experience this again!

Emily did an amazing job planning and executing my daughter’s 3rd birthday party. I didn’t really have a plan just knew that it had to involve bunnies (as requested by my child). Emily came up with the concept and every single detail was presented so I could see the vision and approve the budget. Her creative ideas are so beautifully executed and everything was taken care of before the party so the family could just enjoy the day. Emily is super organized, pays careful attention to every detail, and has an uncanny ability to roll with the punches so it was easy for us to have complete trust in her.
