From the BRIDE: Where do I even start. Words cannot even begin to express our gratitude and love for Claudia and Chris! From our very first phone call with them prior to meeting, we knew we found very special people to help guide us through our special day. Chris and Claudia were very professional and friendly with us and so very organized! No text ever went unanswered nor did any questions that I had about the wedding. These two individuals possess traits of kindness and genuine love for what they do, and it shows in the way they interact and treat their clients, as well as our wedding guests and the entire bridal party. On our big day, they both arrived on time and ready to assist in any way we needed. Any small hiccups along the way for unforeseen circumstances, was handled within minutes. They were there throughout the wedding and made sure everything went smoothly. Now when I say they will be there for you in every aspect you didn't even think of,I mean every single word! Claudia and Chris never missed a beat! so many little details in our wedding was well taken care of, which in turn made it the best day ever! For example, Chris helped my 3 year old niece cross the street with her Mom, so she wouldn't miss any of our bridal photos.Just to offer that extra protection for her in such a small way, was a huge impactful gesture. Claudia was there for me to put on my veil, help me with my dress, she even took the most beautiful candid shots of our wedding. She handed me her phone without hesitation so I could take a selfie with my new Husband! Claudia was with me to calm my nerves, as I prepared for my first look. Her calm demeanour made it easy for me to transition from one event in my wedding to the next. She was organized, patient and efficient at both our planning meetings and made sure to ask us about all our little details. Claudia thank you from the bottom of my heart for all you have done for us. There is no doubt in my mind that our Wedding Day would not have gone so smoothly, without these two beautiful souls. We started planning our wedding in the summer of 2019, originally for a September 2020 wedding. Along with the rest of the world, we had absolutely no idea of what was coming our way in March 2020. And when the pandemic hit- we had even less of an idea how to pivot and keep our initial vision for our wedding day intact. Claudia kept in close contact with us and let us know she would be ready and happy to help once we were ready to make some decisions. We decided our best option was postpone to Sept 2021 and hope for the best in terms of vaccinations and restrictions. Claudia, calm and collected - took care of everything we needed to do to postpone the wedding. From contacting the venue and our vendors to get new dates, to requesting new contracts and sending invoices and countersigned copies (as well as keeping her own record, again – so organized!). I can wholeheartedly say Claudia made the postponement a breeze, and though I’d never want to do it again, if I had, to I know she would make just as easy. Pandemic related issues aside, she never failed to exceed every expectation we had for wedding planning. She helped source vendors for my bridal shower and found an amazing wedding videographer at the 11th hour when I decided last minute, we needed to have one. She helped us find wonderful chocolate truffles for our favors that everyone loved and devoured. She fixed my shoe when the gem broke off during our first dance. She connected us with a venue for the rehearsal dinner when we were having a hard time finding availability. She flawlessly co-originated a day-of prank I was planning for our first look with my husband. She worked with our vendors seamlessly did so many other things I’ll never be able to thank her for because she is that amazing of a planner and person. And outside of everything she did for us, her most admirable quality is her genuine character and overall moral fiber as a person. She is always happy to go the extra mile for her clients and aims to make everything perfect. It is important for her to not only share her expertise and help her clients, but she also makes a sincere effort to uplift her colleagues in the industry, which is always important, but now more so than ever. Every vendor Claudia recommended was 10/10, every guest at our wedding had amazing things to say about her and the fabulous work she did for us. Her assistant on the day of Steph B, was an absolute angel and I was blown away by her professionalism and attentiveness as well. Outside of getting married, gaining a new friend in Claudia was one of the best parts of wedding planning, though it won’t be another wedding ????, I hope I get the chance to request her services again in the future. Tl;dr : Claudia is patient, kind, understanding, talented and has a wonderful eye for detail and knack for organization. Above all she is an absolute professional with a huge heart and genuine compassion for her clients. She is THE best wedding planner in Ontario and most likely all of Canada. You’re doing yourself, your partner, and your family a disservice if you don’t hire her for your wedding or event.

Simply put, our wedding day could not have as smoothly without Claudia, Chris & Jeremie’s help. We found them on GTA Wedding Marketplace via facebook and we definitely made an amazing choice! When we first met them, a year prior to our wedding, they were extremely kind, organized and helpful with various vendor recommendations. We had extensive correspondence between Chris and Claudia. They have all the answers to our questions. I love the checklist in Claudia’s online wedding planner. It was different from all the popular ones. I love how organized and detailed the tasks were. They also made a thorough timeline for the day of. There was even a set time when I would wake up. LOL. We didn’t have to bother our family members to set up and check on the venue on the day of. They were there to make sure everything have been delivered and the decors placed right according to the floor plan. Claudia and Jeremie were also present during our reveal. I was so touched when Claudia wiped my tears. She ensured that no smudge would ruin our wedding photos. We also consulted them with the stationeries (welcome sign, seating chart, menu and place cards) They did everything from design to print. We were very happy when we saw the outcome on the wedding. They were perfect! We were a bit saddened by the news that Chris would not be able to help out during our wedding since he needed to help out with another wedding on the same day. Jeremie was his replacement and he was the perfect man for the job! Later on into our wedding, we had an amazing surprise when Chris showed up to have a brief, but much appreciated, celebration with us! We felt honoured that Chris would make his way over to the wedding even though he had just finished up at another wedding. This just goes to show how much Claudia Cole events cares about their clients! Do yourself a favour and book with them now!!

To all future brides - a piece of advice, you need Claudia & Chris! I hired Claudia for my day of coordinator, and it was one of the BEST decisions I made. Claudia worked through absolutely everything with me leading up to the day, she answered every single email promptly and gave her input and advice (she knows what she’s talking about!) She was not only organized and professional she also knew the right questions or ask and helped to keep everything on track. She contacted all the vendors and made sure everything went smoothly and there was absolutely nothing for me to worry or stress about. Claudia also knew that I like to be very involved and know what was going on, she would give me all of the details as soon as she got it so that I was up to date with everything and I had nothing to worry about. Her attention to detail and patience makes her an amazing wedding coordinator and I was lucky to have worked with her. Claudia’s partner Chris is nothing short of amazing as well, together they make the ultimate dream team!! Chris has such a fun, easy going personality he is easy to work with and so knowledgeable. Claudia and Chris were absolutely amazing and our wedding would not have gone as smoothly as it did without them. We reached out to them a couple of months before our wedding, when we started to feel like we needed help with month of coordination. They were super responsive, organized and overall just lovely people to work with. Leading up to the wedding, they were always willing to help and provide guidance whenever we needed it with things such as our day of itinerary and organizing all our vendors. On the day of the wedding, Claudia and Chris made sure everything went smoothly. I felt like the day was perfect and nothing went wrong. I'm sure that things probably did go wrong but Claudia and Chris just dealt with things and made sure that my husband and I had no stress on the day. They also brought all of our decor to our hotel the night of the wedding, so it was ready for us to take home the morning after. Claudia and Chris are absolutely amazing at what they do and I would highly recommend them to anyone!! We are so happy that we found them and brought them on when we did. My husband and I got married in September 2020 in downtown Toronto and Claudia went above and beyond for our wedding. She was professional, very responsive, and extremely experienced. Due to the pandemic, we had to make several adjustments to accommodate the COVID restrictions. Claudia was in regular contact with us and our vendors leading up to our wedding day to ensure our wedding was able to proceed smoothly while respecting the COVID restrictions. On our wedding day, Claudia and her team, Jennifer and Stephanie, were amazing and so attentive. Not only did they take care of everything on the wedding day they were there for all the little things I wouldn’t have even thought about. Claudia and Chris are an absolute DREAM TEAM! Claudia is so calm and organized and completely saved me from my coordinator fiasco. After going through all the stress of realizing my first coordinator wasn’t reliable, it was so nice to be able to have someone that eased all my worries. We found Claudia Cole Events through an internet search and had no prior recommendations, but, from my first chat with her we clicked. I wanted someone who could get along with all of our VIPs, manage the stresses of the day, not tell me about things that went wrong behind the scenes and who understood our West Indian/Caribbean culture. Claudia and her team did all of the above! Although we hired her for month of coordination, she was available by email from the moment we signed our contract. She kept on top of many, many emails and made sure that all of our desires were met. At one point, when we thought we might have to switch venues within 3 weeks of our date – she took initiative and was ready to pivot. Fortunately, we didn’t have to do that but she still remained on top of all the major details and made sure that our day flowed smoothly. Her assistant Vicky was also amazing. She carried my veil around for me during our portraits, checked on me repeatedly and was available to help with anything that came. As a somewhat anxious bride, she really calmed be down and always assured me we would work together to try to find a solution. In the last few weeks before our wedding, she made sure to take over direct communication with vendors and encouraged us to just enjoy all the moments leading up to and the day of. We had the perfect day thanks to Claudia and Vicky!

Claudia and her assistant Chris not only helped us, a couple living in Vancouver, have a lovely wedding across the country in Toronto, but they showed grace under pressure when life threw us for a loop (to put it lightly) the week of the wedding. Weddings can be difficult to navigate. Life, in general, can be difficult to navigate. I've now seen that wedding coordinators deal with all the craziness where life and weddings intersect. A great one like Claudia Cole Events is invaluable. The week of our wedding, my groom's dear father passed away. We had planned this wedding in Toronto so that he could attend. We had crossed every t and dotted every i. This wasn't something we could have or really wanted to plan for. We felt supported in our decision to move forward with our wedding. And move forward we did. We had a day of love and laughter. The decor we had decided on with A Lavish Affair was gorgeous. As a bride living across the country, I won't lie and say it was easy having only seen things in pictures. We hadn't even tasted the food. We had a very intimate wedding in the event space of a condo building. I had made peace with this decision as it was what was best for my father in law at the time, given his health. But I never expected it to look nearly as beautiful as it ended up. We relied on Claudia's expertise 100%. But it made things that much more magical in a way, to see it all come together. I always felt included and up to speed on things. If I ever had questions, I asked, and Claudia answered in a very timely fashion. The website they use to support their clients was very helpful. But also, we just liked having them there at the wedding. Plus, Chris looks like a particular celebrity. I'll let you decided when you see him. Thank you so much, Claudia Cole Events. Please do yourself a favour and book Claudia Cole as your wedding coordinator! There are a lot of things you pay for before, during, and after the wedding process, and hiring Claudia was the best value of them all. Claudia was our day-of wedding coordinator, and provided additional management services 8 weeks prior to the wedding date (her package titles have changed slightly since we booked). Our wedding was Aug 2021, and with the constant changes in covid regulations and event supply/vendor issues, Claudia and her team were absolutely essential in making this wedding happen, and more than that, helping us get the wedding of our dreams. Most of our vendors seemed to know Claudia and any time an issue came up, they kept telling us things along the lines of “oh don’t worry, you’ve got Claudia, it’s all good.” Claudia was also able to give us crucial recommendations on vendors and decor and receive quotes for us, many with only weeks/days to go before the wedding. Notably, Claudia also has a number of rentals available (basics like table numbers, stationary, frames etc etc), and provides these at competitive prices. This made it easy to add last minute decor we hadn’t thought of or hadn’t the time to arrange. Also, AislePlanner, the site you get access to through Claudia to help plan, is fantastic and very detailed. For the actual wedding day, we got to enjoy every second of it knowing that it was in Claudia’s hands. We didn’t have any stress and got to cherish every moment. As far as we could tell, everything ran smoothly and effortlessly -- and our family and guests said the same. Claudia will make your wedding day that much easier to enjoy, we can’t recommend her enough!

As a luxury hotel social sales manager in Toronto, I had worked with Claudia many times over the last several years. She was always calm, creative, transparent and incredibly consistent time and time again. My brides and grooms loved her and so did our Hotel staff. When it came time to plan my wedding, I knew I had to look no further than Claudia to ensure my wedding was planned to perfection. However, living now in London England, this made it a little difficult! Claudia however, ever the professional, was delighted to help me plan my London wedding remotely. She would wake up early to be on London time with me, and joined in on conference calls with vendors. She spent weeks designing the most perfect wedding invitations and mailed them out to all my guests. She drafted the most detailed wedding agenda which all of my London vendors were incredibly impressed with. And she was available day of and was orchestrating the moving parts seamlessly - even while managing an already busy schedule which unfortunately didn’t permit her to be on-site. As seasoned as I am with weddings, I don’t know what I would do without Claudia. She truly brought my London wedding vision to life and was so proactive with every planning aspect. She was so available it was like she was right next to me! Hats off to Claudia for truly making a difference in people’s lives and for always going the extra mile - even when you are 3547 miles away!

I hate to start off with clichés, but where do we begin! Claudia and Chris, Thank you! Thank you so much for making our experience an even more wonderful journey!! Thank you for being there for us through it all. From beginning to end. We are absolutely blessed and honored to have had you guys by our side the entire way. Thank you for being part of our special day. With that being said, Claudia Cole Events is by far one of the best decisions we have made in our wedding planning process. We had seen them work their magic at our cousin’s wedding, and were so impressed, we had to have them do our special day. As a groom myself, I could not see my bride to be stressed, or worry on our special day. I wanted nothing but for her to sit back, relax, and know that everything was going to be taken care of. Claudia and Chris are super professional, fun, courteous, amusing, patient, troubleshooting gurus, and caring. From the moment we met them, they had us at “hello!” The amount of time, patience they had with us was very outstanding. Granted I hope we weren’t that difficult, and we were quite organized…. But then, Claudia and Chris even put that to shame! They had us all set up with their website, and helped us plan everything out, from payments to vendors, seating charts, song lists, photo list, Timeline you name it. They were also very attentive, and present at all events leading to the wedding. From the Church Rehearsals, and meeting us at café shops etc. We felt we were part of the family, and they were no longer just a vendor, but to us friends gained, and we were so honoured to have them with us at our wedding. I feel like I am missing a lot of information, but it truly was a magical bond, where you aren’t judged, and you are embraced. They are so open minded to all cultures, experiences, and embrace the entire event. When we had a few moments of potential panic, they were so calm and addressed and solved the issue without any hesitation. They even had vendors price match for the ones who backed out on us last minute. Truly an incredible and magical experience. We know a wedding is a once in a lifetime experience, but for any other future events, we will definitely contact Chris and Claudia, as they raised the bar so high, we will always want all events to follow suit. You can rely and be stress free knowing that they will take super care of you. I want to write more, but again, I think their actions and their high quality speaks for themselves. As my husband and I are extremely picky on vendors and wedding suppliers considering everyone has heard of the horror stories of getting ripped off when you say “wedding”. We were very hesitant to have a coordinator or planner since we felt like there was no one besides us that would put in the time and effort into our day. However, after consulting with Claudia and reading all of her amazing testimonials, we took a chance and hired her and her partner Chris. This was probably the biggest turn in our wedding planning process as they helped us finish off so many finer details which took a lot of stress away! We would VERY HIGHLY recommend everyone to trust Claudia and Chris as they dealt with all of the BS that can come up in the weeks approaching and especially on the day of. With over 200 guests, there were many things that could have gone wrong whether its timing, guests not cooperating, or other vendors not being on schedule. Claudia and Chris dealt with all of our potential problems and were proactive enough to prevent any possible complications. They ensured that everything went smoothly and on time, which is incredible. At one point I had a headache and needed crush-able pills, Chris brought them over immediately, then I needed pins for my dress before the first dance, Claudia came by 2 minutes later with a handful of them. Our parents and guests mentioned to us how incredible they were multiple times, and they were genuinely shocked at the amount of effort and care that was put in by Claudia & Chris. I cannot express how amazing they were throughout the entire process! Our wedding would not have been what it was if it wasn’t for these two running show. We found Claudia through our decor company A Lavish Affair back in July 2019. From our initial communication, she was extremely responsive which established a strong sense of trust for us. We hired Claudia for month of coordination however it felt like she was with us every step of the way. Our wedding was originally planned for August 2020 and was postponed to August 2021. Throughout this time, Claudia kept us very well organized with an app - she reviewed/uploaded all our vendor contracts, gave us checklists of to dos to keep us on track, kept track of our budget & more. During all the uncertainty, Claudia was very calm and was very reassuring even though pandemic planning was a first time for all of us. She is very personable and approachable, so I never hesitated to reach out whenever I had any questions. I would honestly now consider her a lifelong friend. It felt like I had known her for much longer! Claudia is diligent, has a strong work ethic and you can be assured that she will take care of you. When our wedding day finally came, we actually got to enjoy it. If there was a problem, we honestly had no clue as Claudia took care of everything. She is amazing at what she does and we would highly recommend her! Our wedding day was truly the best day ever and we cannot thank Claudia enough!

Before hiring Claudia Cole to help us with our December 2021 wedding, stress levels were high. We had a specific date that, for family reasons, could not be changed and we were down to just under a month to put together a wedding, amid a pandemic, that would serve as a memory we could all cherish. Another wedding planner we talked to said it couldn’t be done in the short time frame, but the minute we talked to Claudia, she reassured us that it most definitely could be done, and it would be everything we hoped for, and it was and so much more!! Claudia is unbelievably well organized and detail-oriented and she managed everything for us from sourcing venues, hotel rooms for guests, officiants, flowers, DJs, photographers and much more. She acted as an intermediary with all our vendors which made life much simpler for us and she kept us on track with submitting menu choices, paying vendors, submitting song choices and a million other things that could have quickly overwhelmed us without her guiding us through. Claudia had her colleague, Vicky, assisting with some things including being there on the actual wedding day and she too was awesome. All the way through, Claudia showed an incredible work ethic and was exceptionally responsive to all our emails, phone calls, texts and requests for virtual meetings. She was able to supply us with names of vendors she had personally worked with who she would recommend when we asked, but she left these decisions totally in our hands without trying to influence us one way or the other. We felt we had total freedom to go with other vendors of our choosing if we wanted to. We decided to go with vendors on her lists and they were all top quality and we were extremely pleased with every one of them. Claudia, from start to finish, displayed extensive knowledge and expertise in every part of the wedding planning process and was always professional, warm, easy to work with, hard-working, patient and trustworthy in every sense of the word. She went over and above anything we could have expected. Thanks to all her efforts, we had a beautiful wedding that exceeded all our expectations. Our friends and family still talk about it, many saying it was the best wedding they had ever attended and the most fun!! Trying to plan a wedding is difficult and stressful enough, but with the added complexity of trying to do so during a pandemic, we knew we needed to enlist the help of a day-of coordinator to make sure our wedding ran smoothly. Claudia and her team went above and beyond what we expected the day-of services to include. The process began months in advance, with Claudia collecting a ton of detailed information about us, our guests, our vision, etc. Given a million different pieces of the puzzle, she was able to map out every piece of the event quickly including vendor and contract management, sourcing, COVID safe solutions, and event timelines. She even provided us with an online tool to help collect guest and vendor info, manage budget, and map out our seating arrangement. I was blown away by the level of detail she collected! It was quickly clear that if we didn't have Claudia working with us, we would have forgot to plan a number of things! Best of all, she was incredibly encouraging and supportive throughout the rollercoaster of the past year. With restrictions tightening in the Spring and then lifting only weeks before our August 2021 wedding, Claudia always made sure she had the latest information and came to us with several different plans that we could quickly execute if things were to change suddenly. It was never a conversation around "we can't do this", instead she always lead in with "what we can try to do is..." or "let's plan a couple of options". Every coordinator will talk about how they bring an "emergency kit" with them but there's only so far that will go without quick thinking and a positive problem solving attitude. Claudia and Vicky sprung into action at the earliest sign of a hiccup on our wedding day and did so with no one noticing. Knowing they were on top of everything allowed us to enjoy our day stress-free. We can't thank Claudia, Vicky, and the team enough for their incredible professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to making sure our guests were comfortable and felt safe. The Claudia Cole Events team truly make magic happen and we are forever grateful!

Due to the pandemic, we had to make several adjustments to accommodate the COVID restrictions.
