Chic by Nicole helped me organize a personal event that took place over 2 days, at a private venue, attended by over 50 people. Nicole personally took control over every aspect of the event: from conceptual design, mood board presentation, coordination of rentals, floral planning, and catering. We discussed a budget and her recommendations were right on point and ended exactly where we thought we would be. During the event, Nicole watched over every aspect and jumped in whenever she saw improvements that needed attention. I appreciated her hustle, attention to detail, and responsiveness. She was an amazing partner and I was highly impressed with her professionalism and hands-on energy. She is an incredible resource and I would not hesitate to use her for my next private/corporate event. Highly recommended.

After being let down by our previous planner with only 2 months to go, Nicole not only rescued us but delivered the wedding of our dreams. Nothing is ever perfect, but this one was as close as it can be humanly possible! She worked quick and efficiently from day one to the following day of the wedding, replying to all of our questions and my wife asked a tons of them. She guided us towards the big day following our budget, our vision and a style that would fit us. We spend nights planning all the details with Nicole by our side, she was always there to tell us what she thought, giving us the good news and bad ones (decors items unavailable for our date for example). I HIGHLY recommend Nicole. When we hired her, I had already done a bunch of the planning for our wedding but I needed help figuring out the next steps and putting together the final touches. Nicole's personal style is not the same as my own but she never once tried to convince me to change my style to match her's. Instead, she simply understood my vision and was able to make small suggestions that helped tie in the whole concept perfectly, helping me achieve my vision for our wedding. Her finishing touches were things I would never have thought of and made a big difference for bringing everything together. She also made sure everything went smoothly on the day of and put everything together while we were getting ready and taking photos at a park. I didn't get to see the final set up until I was there and it was all done, but I never worried for a second with Nicole being in charge, and I was right not to worry. She did an AMAZING job. Way better than I would have been able to do had I been in charge of set-up and placement. It was incredibly beautiful and I could not be more grateful that we hired her. She is also extremely professional and friendly, a pleasure to work with. If you need some help with planning, or even just want someone there on the day of to make sure your vision is accomplished and everything runs smoothly, I highly recommend you hire Nicole. I promise you will not regret it!

My now husband and I hired Nicole for our wedding. I love her style, personality and work and knew it would be a perfect fit. Since having the first consultation, I knew it was a great fit and went straight to hiring her and the team. Unfortunately due to Covid and the many changes it had on not only my wedding but the wedding industry in general, we decided to cancel and have a much smaller and initiate ceremony. Although, I never got the chance to fully experience her work with my wedding, I will say that from the minute we spoke during my consultation to everything in between, planning and asking for advice, she was amazing! I don’t know what the future holds, but I truly hope to work with Chic by Nicole on future events!

We booked the "full shebang" because we had to plan our Montreal wedding reception from Vancouver. Nicole was always very responsive, professional and personable. Our venue was a bare shell, so we needed help with everything from decor, to wait staff, to a photographer, etc. Nicole truly went above and beyond to make our big day seamless. She dealt with all of the vendors, the gratuities, and our guests, whilst secretly putting out any fires in the background! Nicole kept us within our budget, and even surprised us with some very thoughtful accents on the day of. Weddings are often stressful and there are so many moving parts and decisions to be made. We can honestly say that of all the decisions we had to make, choosing and trusting Nicole to turn our Pinterest boards into real life was the best decision we made. Thank you so much, Nicole!

Nicole was very great from the beginning. Her service throughout the whole process was 5 star. She was quick on replies, always available to help. However unfortunately I have to change that service to 3 star. My wedding was scheduled for June 5th however unfortunately had to cancel due to covid-19. While every other vendor was kind enough to refund our deposits, Nicole was the only vendor who wasn’t, which was completely the opposite of what her cancellation policy stated. Super unhappy with the end result of our interaction.
