It has pretty much what you would need to throw a very specific themed party but it is wildly over priced. Go on Pinterest and make your own decorations if you can.

This store is very organized and has an incredible selection for party supplies. Depends on the day and staff if you get good customer service or not. Very helpful with costume selections for Halloween.

cool place!!! very pleasing on the eyes! such beautiful colors everywhere:) I hope they get some more Halloween and Christmas stuff later on in the year. Prices are a little high, but if I actually needed something very specific then it's great. Customer service was okay, no one greeted us or asked if we needed help. I didn't need help though, but if I did it might've been a little annoying because the only associate I seen was the cashier. She was nice. Anyway, Great store!!

Waited in line to check out while the only cashier blew up numerous helium balloons for another customer. A while later when the line was extending back through the store another employee arrived and opened another cash, only to start serving people in line behind me. Very poor customer service.

Got balloons for a party. Looked great. Cost about $20 for 9. Not too bad. Good service and loads more things. Go in with a budget cuz you could spend a lot. They deflated after 48 hours which I expected so buy them the day of.

The young girl with dark hair and glasses on the front desk of this shop is fantastic. She is helpful and always has a smile. I bought a lot more from this location because of her suggestions and good attitude. The manager also personally dropped off some items I left behind at the store. Talk about service!

Great selection of popular Disney and Nickelodeon kids character items. Not much in the way of Canadian cartoons (no "Justin Time" options, for example) hence the 4-star review. Anything disposable and party-related, and you'll find it here. Every item can be purchased in any colour, including plates, napkins, cups, cutlery, gift bags, table clothes, etc. Lots of variety of helium balloons in both regular stretchy and metallic.

Today I waited 10 minutes while the employees used their radios and texted trying to find their manager for a return. The team leader left the store knowing that I had a return and the manager was not in the store, completely unprofessional and unmanaged. Not the first time with poor customer service but definitely the last!!!!

Buyer Beware. We purchased a tank of helium and a bunch of balloons. When we went through the checkout I thought the total was high. We noticed extra charges on the bill. Turns out they charge to fill the balloons even if you don't get them filled. What's worse is they don't include the price to fill the balloons on the product tags. So they advertised one price, changed us a higher price for services we weren't getting, and the cashier didn't even mention it. The cashier just charged us for filling the balloons AND the tank if helium and never said a word. What a scam.

They really have everything to party. Even Halloween costumes...anything you'd see at Halloween stores they had it, and everything else you can think of to throw any type of party! They also have a wide selection of helium balloons and the helium on-site. Some prices are more expensive, but some are just as comparable as any other store.

Aisles were very messy and it was hard to find stuff. There was a very weak selection of halloween items when I visited. Customer service was good and the workers were knowledgable. Pricing was comparable to Wal-Mart but they have a larger costume and decor selection online.
