Chef Ralph catered our wedding and we can't say enough good things. Our guests loved all the food, and the servers were great. Ralph puts a unique and delicious twist on classic dishes. He was gracious and accommodating to us when our wedding was postponed multiple times due to COVID-19 lockdowns. We hope to work with CCD again in the future!

Chef Ralph organized the most amazing cooking class with my family on our cottage weekend. He was kind, friendly, and the food was spectacular. We made gnocchi from scratch together, and he organized having a sommelier come in to do a wine pairing for our 3 course meal. The food and wine were plenty, tasty, but more importantly Ralph and his team created a warm atmosphere and we had a great night! Would definitely recommend and will do this again!

We ordered a meal for a cottage party of 20 and were very happy with the dinner. The prime rib and accompanying sauce was fantastic. The roasted potatoes and veggies (especially the carrots!) were unbelievably tasty. Next time I would switch up the salads because, although the croutons on the caesar salad were soo tasty, the combination with the panzanella salad was too much bread. Still, a great meal and fantastic service. Thank you!

In time of uncertainty and concern for safety, planning a wedding can be difficult. My daughter chose a very small group with professional talent to make the day a memorable one. This is where Ralph comes in. From the first contact it was a peerless culinary experience. My daughter said it simply each creation had softness of taste while creating a masterpiece. This is without mentioning the art in the presentation. Having a sharp sense of taste made this so evident. Everything was a delight to the tongue. After the first bite everyone was mesmerized by the experience. Ralph and Warren were well, Awesome. Ralph you left a ramekin behind. We had a wonderful experience working with Chef Ralph of Creative Culinary Delights, who enabled us to order a surprise birthday treat from afar for a friend (which he delivered to her in Belleville) who we were unable to celebrate with due to COVID-19. Even though our phone-call and order were rather more last-minute than ideal, Chef Ralph was very open to working with us to find a solution. The festive treat (20 macarons in 3 delicious flavours of our choosing) was VERY enthusiastically received, and were declared to be incredibly tasty. Words cannot express what a pleasure it was to have Chef Ralph come in and cook for us. We has a total of 4 people and had a 7 course meal that left us completely satisfied. Chef Ralph was able to make all meals fully vegan - all the meat eaters in our group were amazed at how delicious every bite was. Chef Ralph arrived on time and took care of everything. I reached out to CCD to cater a private dinner for my parents anniversary/Christmas present. The responses were extremely fast and very polite. Ralph was able to cater to my specific needs for the dinner even though it was out of the regular for what he usually does. My parents had never had a private dinner before and they were extremely happy with their first experience! My Dad said it was a little weird having someone cook in his kitchen but was blown away by the flavour combinations and the overall experience. They said the food was excellent and the service was just as good. If you are looking for a local caterer in the area I highly recommend. I also just wanted to mention that we planned this in January but then the lockdown happened and Ralph was extremely responsive and kept me up to date on all the changes we had to make around the lockdown. Thank you again CCD for helping me gift this experience to my very deserving parents!
