Carriage Lane Elopments is absolutely AMAZING. If I could give them 100 stars I would. We eloped with just us and our four children. Craig and Lisa welcomed us all and made us feel so comfortable and right at home. They treated our children with such kind and loving enthusiasm. If you are looking to elope I cannot say enough about this place. It's absolutely STUNNING. The swans swimming in the lake is just one of the finishing touches to make it so serene and beautiful. The "wedding to go" package was perfect for us. We brought home the take home basket to enjoy with our kids after the ceremony. WELL WORTH IT! A beautiful day for us to remember forever.

Originally planned as a Wedding to go (Couple only), Lisa and Craig were so accommodating with everything, including having our best friends as the witnesses, daughter and two granddaughters coming too (at the last minute). ???? Incorporating a sand ceremony in to the flow made the evening even more magical. Would highly recommend - whether you’re eloping OR want a beautiful venue to hold your wedding, you must contact Lisa!

My husband and I had been planning a larger ceremony, but ended up postponing due to covid. We had decided we still wanted to get married on our original date with a small group and found Carriage Lane Elopements. They surpassed our expectations. Lisa was amazing, quick to respond, full of ideas and went above and beyond. On the day of the wedding we both showed up and everything was looked after and arranged so beautifully including the property, floral, decor, snacks, etc. Any idea we had wanted to incorporate they were very accommodating to personalize our day. Craig was so easy going and made us feel very comfortable while saying our vows. Courtney was so helpful with planning our week in PEC and was very catering the day of. We even had an issue where our taxi didn’t show up and not only did they let us stay longer, they arranged a new pickup for us when we were unable to find any available taxis. We would highly recommend them to anyone considering an elopement or small venue. We had the best day ever.

If I could describe our wedding day at Carriage Lane Elopements in one word, it would be: a dream. Our original wedding plans, like many, were impacted by the pandemic. In the end, it was all for the best because the day was nothing short of perfection. Lisa’s attention to detail, from my beautiful bouquet to the customized coasters to planning for us as newlyweds to have a little moment alone in the bridal suite to soak everything in, was more than we could have asked for. Having a small ceremony allowed us to focus on the intimacy and importance of the day, while sharing it with the people that matter the most to us. As our officiant, Craig did a great job of guiding us through the ceremony and his genuine words complemented our vows making it special and sweet. Without even having rehearsed it, the event was absolutely seamless. It truly exceeded our expectations and I would recommend Carriage Lane Elopements to any couple. The day felt, as it should be, about us. There was zero stress or worry. We felt completely relaxed and were able to enjoy and relish in every moment. Their lakefront property is a true gem in Prince Edward County. We loved having our ceremony in their gorgeous wedding studio with the backdrop of the lake behind us and then walking out to have our first dance under the pine tree. The dock also offered the perfect photo op with the swans gliding on the lake in the background. Our photographer for the day, Jenn, was also wonderful to work with. They really took care of everything. All we had to do was show up. We had an absolutely amazing experience with Carriage Lane Elopements. Lisa was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, was easy to reach, and made a lot of really amazing suggestions. Every vendor they recommended was professional and reliable, and everyone worked so well together. Pandemic, restrictions, rules changing day by day, and still I was not stressed because I knew they were looking out for me and keeping me up to date on what our options were. Day of- everything was so smooth, because Lisa and Craig took care of everything, I was just able to enjoy the day and my family and didn't have to worry about things going smooth- it was so easy. I also have to include a comment about the ceremony itself, Craig gives off a very kind and caring vibe, is really easy to talk to, and really listens to you. I was so touched by his words in our ceremony, how completely tailored they were to my husband, myself and our family... there were so many details he included that I had just mentioned in passing that really made the whole ceremony feel like us. I really felt they went completely above and beyond, from first contact inquiring about their services, to following up after the ceremony. It was a stress free, perfect day and I cannot thank them enough. There is not a single moment or detail about our ceremony I would change. Thank you so much for everything!

After some stressful changes to our 2020/21 wedding plans, we decided to change to a simple elopement. Lisa and Craig made our wedding day really special and were both incredibly lovely to work with. The ceremony location was beautiful, the "to go" gift basket was top notch, and they were also able to set us up with fantastic local photographer Allison Hadley for some professional photos. We had a great day and couldn't have asked for a better way to celebrate our relationship.

We got married in August at Carriage Lane and it was absolutely amazing!! The property is beautiful and Lisa put so much detail into everything she did for us. Everything carried out perfectly without any stress on us. She even made my last minute request of getting some pictures in their boat possible and I can’t thank her enough for those beautiful photos!! Craig is such a great officiant, during the ceremony he made my husband & I feel so relaxed. He also went from a suit to chest waders in record time to help make my boat pictures possible. We are so thankful we found Carriage Lane! We highly recommend to anyone looking to get married or renew your vows! We had the best day ever.

Lisa & Craig are the definition of a "dream team" when it comes to wedding planning. My husband and I started planning our wedding in March of this year while he was across the country, and I was here at home. Lisa has an incredible attention to detail, and we planned our entire wedding virtually via email. She was very responsive (sometimes even responding to a question at 9pm!). Lisa connected with all of our local vendors, so all we had to do was choose our selections and she took care of the rest! In six months, she put together the wedding of our dreams. Craig was our officiant, and our ceremony was laid out exactly as we wanted it to be. We wrote our own vows, and the combination of those with Craigs words made for our ideal "short & sweet" ceremony. He even took it a step farther and quite literally "rolled up his sleeves" (and pant legs!) to help us into a row boat at the end of our wedding photos. We highly recommend Lisa, Craig and Carriage Lane Elopements for anyone looking to take the stress out of wedding planning and have an intimate wedding ceremony and reception.

CARRIAGE LANE ELOPEMENTS IS EVERYTHING.. I could go on for days about how amazing Carriage Lane Elopements is. We had dreamed about a small intimate beautiful wedding where we could enjoy not only our guests but each other- we got exactly that. Lisa has the truest sole and genuinely wanted to see everything we dreamt of come true. She was so attentive to all of small details and small moments we wanted. We used Craig as our officiant and felt so confident and at home with him. My husband told Craig he was nervous when he met him at the dock ( UHM yes we got married on a dock!!!) and Craig put him right at ease! Courtney was my saviour day of!!! One of my straps broke on my dress moments before the ceremony and Courtney was right there with assorted safety pins of all sizes and colours to pin me back together. Like I said, I could go on for days. Our wedding day was nothing short of amazing and that is all thanks to Carriage Lane Elopements. Again, we thank you for everything. We already miss working with you guys !!!

Carriage Lane Elopements is the perfect venue for a small and intimate wedding. Lisa, Craig, Courtney and Alex ensured every detail was taken care of. They were warm and welcoming and it was nice getting to know them. From music, makeup and hair, to photography and flowers, every expectation was exceeded. Courtney even went to the trouble of putting together a list of open vineyards in the area for our wine tour! The food was delicious. We all went back for seconds! The venue is right off the water and the views were spectacular! We had our ceremony inside and it was gorgeous. Candles and flowers everywhere! Craig was a great officiant and we were completely at ease during our vows. We had the perfect day. Thank you Lisa, Craig, and the whole team!

Our experience with Carriage Lane was nothing short of spectacular. From the get go, Lisa has been very responsive to our questions and gave a lot of great recommendations. She was able to manage all our requests and even surpassed our expectations. Our booking was very last minute, we only had about two weeks before the ceremony for the preparations but we didn't feel a lot of pressure because the entire team handled everything for us. All we had to do was show up! The property was beautiful and the decors made by Lisa and Courtney made it even more magical. I got the intimate winter wedding of my dreams. The photographer and florist that they connected us with were also amazing. All our guests were gushing about how beautiful the place and the ceremony were! Lisa, Craig, Alex, and Courtney were all very lovely and genuine-- they made us feel so taken care of during the entire process. Highly recommended especially for those who feel lost and overwhelmed with the entire wedding process! The perfect place to get married! Carriage Lane is a magical place and with Lisa and Craig this truly became our dream wedding. The venue is stunning and we were completely blown away when we arrived. Lisa was patient and positive all the way thru, from answering the many emails to being so calm and helpful on the day and entertaining the kids. We wanted to incorporate the kids in the ceremony and she came up with the sand idea which was amazing, we loved it and it really brought us together. It was difficult for me to have my family and friends abroad on the day and I am so glad I had Lisa. Craig gave us a beautiful ceremony. It was emotional and everything said was perfect and relatable to the two of us and our family. He had the difficult job of making it special for those attending virtually via streaming and we have received so many comments about how fantastic he was (and we couldn't agree more!). We are so happy his energy came across and that "virtual" guests experienced the ceremony the same way we did. I wish everyone had a Craig to speak at their wedding. Dear Lisa & Craig, Bryce and I were able to create a beautiful and memorable one of a kind wedding anniversary. Your kindness, support, commitment and love made our tenth wedding anniversary special and romantic even with a global pandemic. Your generosity made it possible by offering us alone time on your property when you were away. Bryce and I light up when we speak of that amazing evening, walking along the back grounds, sitting on the dock listening to music playing in the background, sipping on a glass of our favourite wine, admiring the beautiful bouquet of flowers, personalized card along with the little bottle of sanitizer from you both. I had a dream to get Married in Prince Edward County - just a small romantic and simple elopement. I found Carriage Lane within minutes and reached out via email to enquire and see what they could offer and was so excited from that moment that Lisa replied I was truly beyond excited. Lisa knows exactly what she needs for making a special day, with only a few questions and details she was good to make my Dreams a reality. The Elopement was a Birthday Surprise and therefore I kept my communication via email. Lisa and I never once spoke, I realize that is not a normal thing but I trusted her from the minute she said “We can marry you” Then along came Craig - well he makes you feel so important. He has a way of delivering a ceremony that honestly had our Friends thinking he had known us for years. We only emailed many times in our communication - but he picked up on details and things and brought them with him to our special day. This was a simple as tell us what you would like from their amazing offerings, you show up with what you need for that special day and the Magic just happens. I felt like Cinderella and the rest was a fairytale dream, we had such an amazing time. The Flowers, Jen the Photographer from Every Angle, left us feeling like we were the 2 most special people on Earth. It was truly special. There truly aren’t enough positive things we can say about our experience with Carriage Lane. From the moment we met with Lisa and Craig - both so lovely, welcoming, and sincere - we knew we were in great hands. Planning to elope without friends and family was daunting, but Lisa guided us through the process and offered helpful insight along the way. Though the added pressure of planning during Covid times stressed us out, when we realized we had to reschedule the entire day was effortlessly rearranged six weeks later within a matter of hours. I got married at Carriage Lane Elopements in September, we highly recommend! The location on the water is absolutely beautiful. The home is also available for use for the bridal party, it’s a perfect space to get ready and take photos. Lisa did an amazing job setting up for the ceremony. She used flowers from her own garden to match our bouquets for decoration. Lisa also accommodated drink and food choices that matched our guests preferences. She took care of planning the little things which put us at ease. If you’re looking for a beautiful wedding venue on the water, we highly recommend carriage lane! We’re so thankful we found this place to celebrate our special day.
