Bowtied with Love's services were key to arranging a beautify December wedding in Kingston for our daughter and her husband. Heather was amazing in supporting the bride and groom to fulfill their vision for the day. She did an outstanding job decorating the reception hall and connected the bridal couple to fantastic local services such as: a band, calligrapher, florist, photographer, hair salon, and wedding favour supplier. She also spent the entire wedding day looking after details so that we were able to relax and enjoy the moment. As a Mother of the Bride I highly recommend using this company.

My husband I had one of those COVID wedding planning adventures where everything went wrong and we planned our wedding three times over. Heather was crazy enough to agree to be our day-of-coordinator one month before our wedding day. The second we booked her, we felt like we could breath. There is so much I can say about Heather and her assistant. I had to postpone my wedding two times. It was the most challenging time and Heather was there to help me through it all. When we finally got to do our wedding reception Heather made it to something we would never believe possible. It was exactly what we wanted. She was able to help us run with the punches. Bowtied With Love made our wedding dreams a reality! Heather is absolutely incredible and goes above and beyond for her couples. She is a wealth of knowledge for local vendors, with plenty of alternative options. She connected us with bands, photographers, salons, florists, limo services, and a calligrapher – and each of them was outstanding. She also arranged our wedding favours, created our centrepieces, and set up the décor at the venue for the reception. She listened to our vision and ensured our event was beyond beautiful. It exceeded our wildest dreams! Heather had our backs and advocated for us every step of the way. She was always responsive and flexible to our needs and looked out for our best interests (e.g. identifying when we received incorrect/misleading information). Her dedication to her couples and their desires is apparent and was extremely appreciated. Out of all the vendors and services we utilized for our wedding day, Heather/Bowtied had the greatest impact on the planning process, and her support was astounding and irreplaceable. We hired bowtied with love as our wedding coordinator for our small intimate wedding ceremony and dinner on August 22, 2021 Heather was fantastic! From the first zoom meeting where me and my now husband didn’t have much prepared besides an idea of what we wanted, no idea on venders or venue for that matter. Heather provided us with recommendations based on what we had told her for everything, which were amazing and exactly what we wanted. The day of the wedding went better than we could have ever expected, Heather created an amazing and beautiful space for our ceremony and dinner. Heather did so much beyond our expectations. Bowtie was absolutely the best thing that could have happened to us while planning our wedding. My now-husband and I are so fortunate to have found Heather. She was extremely attentive to us every step of the way, helping us calmly get through this stressful time. Whenever we started feeling overwhelmed or confused about wedding plans, we would send her a text, email, or phone call and she would promptly get back to us and ease our minds by answering our questions or following up with vendors on our behalf. In fact, she was often able to use her connections to get responses from vendors who weren't answering our emails. Plus, she was able to recommend great wedding vendors in Kingston (we live outside Kingston but our wedding took place in Kingston). We used several vendors on her recommendation, and every one of them was outstanding!! We were so impressed. But she was also willing and excited to work with new vendors who we brought forward. She also became the point of contact for all our vendors, following up with them, making sure we paid our invoices on time, etc. This was a life-saver. Even the best wedding vendors can be tricky to deal with, but Heather can figure them out and make it all work. She creates relationships with the people she works with, and it shows. When the day of the wedding came (and it comes up fast!), she went above and beyond to make the day right. She set up our entire tablescape, our lawn games, the bar (a handy add-on service she provided!), AND all the floral decorations, including our cake and a large backdrop piece on a large tree on the property. (In order to get it all right, she even visited our private venue several times before the wedding.) There was also a fireplace on the property, so her partner brought kindling and fire starting supplies to make sure it would be a success. Friendly to no end, everyone at our wedding loved dealing with Heather and her assistants, all of whom were extremely professional, kind and attentive. Heather truly wants you to have the best day possible, no matter what that is for you. We are truly thankful that we found her, and that we had the opportunity to work with her and her team. There is a care and honesty that shines in her work.

Heather and her team were incredible to work with leading up to our wedding and they BLEW US AWAY on our wedding day. There was nothing that wasn't thought of!
