This is an awesome place. Went there first time. They have huge area and so many pool tables, foosball etc. They have a separate members area if you want to be a member. The staff is really cool. The servers are always around you. Menu has decent options plus alcohol is available too. I think the tables the not optimally utilized and they can be arranged in a better way so that more tables can be used and still maintain social distancing. Overall Greta place for pool lovers and good to go with friends and family.

Used to love coming here with friends until a couple of men who helped our group were extremely rude. All we wanted to do was split our check and they said it was not possible even though we've done it many times before. When we brought that up, we were told to leave. Highly recommend the billiards place on 2nd avenue. A little bit of a drive but worth it for a nicer environment and nicer staff.

Great place to play pool. Very casual and relaxed atmosphere. Tables were very busy, so you may have to wait. They have a time play option, and the day we were there a food + pool option where if you spend money on food you could play until 5pm. Not sure if that's a regular deal or not. Definitely a good place. Low key vibe. Don't expect trendy ;)

Easily the nicest place to play pool in the city, price is reasonable and the tables and pool cues are of high quality. The food isn't the best in my opinion, but that's probably not why you're going there. There's a lot of space so you can on the busy nights you're not likely to be bumping elbows with anyone when playing.

They hire the most rude people in Saskatoon. Their bar is terrible and they offer low quality drinks in dirty cups. Don’t try to talk to their staff if you wanna leave without being upset. I don’t recommend anybody to go to this messy place.

Regular pub food, great pool tables, had a good time with our friends. However, when you first walk up, the tall girl is very unfriendly. Not a great greeting right at the start, not even "how's it going." She seems like an angry person. I wanted to go play VLTs but she stormed up to me asked for for my ID right away. I am fine showing you my ID but her approach and her tone was so angry. I showed her my ID and tells me to sign in at the front. Ok, that's fine but wow, take it down a notch. Don't you want people to feel welcome at this place?? I decided to go play some pool with my friends, and our server was great! there was a blonde girl and and Asian working. Both servers were happy and made my time and my friends time more enjoyable! Better than the tall chick at the front.

Classic pool haul. Bit of dark and dank, bit of happy and festive, cool marine fish tank. Zero wheelchair friendliness though. To enter you need to climb about 30 steps, so not what I'd call handicap friendly.

Says the health inspector says that is ok, when it is in fact not. EDIT AFTER OWNER RESPONSE: I mean that is just a blatant lie, I argue that you are the one spreading false information considering you have staff members writing reviews here, clear conflict of interest. We had our business Christmas party here this past year and they did a fantastic job of everything. Food was fantastic. The waitresses and hostess' did a great job making sure food , plates, drinks and everything was looked after. Would definitely consider doing a party here again in the future

I have been here with friends a few times and always have a blast. there's lots of pool tables here. Great place for an outing with friends. The place is well kept, staff are friendly and the price is pretty fair! They have a decent selection of drinks and pub like food. Love their burgers. Only downside is those darn stairs lol I trip almost every time. Will definitely come back soon. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a fun and relaxed hang out with friends.

When in on a Monday night. Had been playing for about 20 mins, nobody approached us for drinks. Went up to the bar and got drinks ourselves and continued playing and having a good time, server came by and made a sassy/negative comment and then proceed to not serve us the entirety of our stay. Kind of killed our buzz and we left earlier than we wanted. TL;DR - bad service and bad staff.

Edit: Increased my rating, have gone back and have had more positive experiences since. Recently moved back to the city after 2 years. Enjoyed the bar food and frequently took groups of friends to enjoy the evening. Called for takeout, staff on the phone was rude. Refused to take my order and told me to use skip the dishes. I explained that I had never used it before and asked how to do it. She Would not explain it to me. I asked if she would take my order to the kitchen for me instead. Said "That's not how we do things around here." She would not walk 15 steps to the kitchen with my order and my name (Just wanted Nachos). Either management doesn't care, staff doesn't care, or a combination of both. I will not bring my business nor introduce new customers to your business again.

Recently had al fix my pool table for me, I knew I could trust him to do an amazing job since all the tables in house are impeccable and he does them himself. I’m always impressed by the snooker shack and feel so welcome. Had a good talk with the manager who took time to answer all my questions and really knew what she was talking about . If you’re looking to get out of the house this is definitely the place to be, Covid regulations are strictly enforced which makes me feel safe in these uncertain times.

I love this place for pool. It has a great atmosphere, the staff are reasonably friendly and playing pool here is top quality. The drink selection is reasonable - could be better and the food probably needs improvement. This is however one of my favorite places in Saskatoon to go on a Friday night with friends to play pool or even go on Sunday's to play pool with my dad. Highly recommended.

Well to start off. This was the First time I ever came to eat here and I decided to bring my parents. Staff there wouldn’t let my Bf get drinks cause his ID was expired. Which makes 0 sense. Next the waitress never came to ask us once how we were doing and for drinks..Food was okay first time. I thought I’d try it out again. As soon as we walk in she asks us what we would like to order. And made us pay for everything up front. Like what?..we didn’t even sit down and look at the menu yet?...Lady seemed to recognize me and my bf and was quite rude and didn’t get us a table, food was worse than before, never asked us how we were doing, nor asked us for more drinks. Wanted to play pool but after that service we just walked out. Jeez never coming back after that.. Place needs an update that’s forsure

I put my mask down to have a drink of water any they kicked me out (even after I explained why It was down) There was another guy having entire conversations with the servers with his mask down and he didn't get kicked. I don't know if it was a racial thing or what but I definitely will not be going back. There's no way to give zero stars but trust this building isn't worth looking at for the terrible customer service they have. I'm not one to write reviews (good or bad) but tryst me dogs get better treatment than you at this place

Went here with a friend tonight. The guy working behind the bar was extremely unhelpful, seemed like he didn’t want to be there at all. I had ordered the Korean Dumpling Noodle Bowl which sounded very good until I actually saw it... it took about 25 minutes for me to receive what was literally just a bowl of ramen noodles with two dumplings. During my wait, i approached the guy working at the bar to ask how much longer my food would be and when he saw me standing at the counter he just asked me “What do you want?” in a condescending manner. Im disappointed that I had to pay for my meal before receiving it, no one did a quality check to see if my meal was alright, and when i tried to complain upon leaving, it fell on deaf ears. If i could leave zero stars i would. 0/10.

It's a great place to go with a group of friends or even one on one. Very reasonable rates for pool and the staff is always friendly and helpful.
