Room was messy, not cleaned very well at all. Especially since it’s covid season. Sunflower seeds behind night stand, dirt/dust and little bits of garbage everywhere. Burn marks in the sink. Stains on duvet covers. Bathrooms were not kept stocked with Toilet paper or enough towels. (Had a room booked for 2). Overly for the price it was ok.

Outdated rooms, very clean though. No elevator ☹️. Lots of maintenance required, and part of the third floor stinks of cigarettes. Yes they allow smoking in part of the third floor.

BED BUGS We had an unpleasant stay in this hotel. Wife woke up with bed bug bites on her face in the middle of the night. She phoned the front desk and he let us move to other room. She brought the mama bug to the front desk in a ziplock but don't know what happened. During our check out I asked the front desk if we could get refund but there was no refund since it was booked online he just gave us discount. To make the story short when we opened our luggage in our home there was a bed bug crawling out from our luggage.. How gross is that? Never again!!!

Nice recently renovated lobby but inside is still old. Room is clean but the AC was not strong enough, and usually we would get more bath towels than what we got during our stay. But it's ok for the price.

They offer park and fly which is amazing if you live far from the airport. The staff are friendly and there is a restaurant on site.

We went to a conference room for pictures. The rooms were clean and clearly labeled. I like how you access the hallway for them from outside instead of having to walk through the hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel twice, and got a room with no microwave or a mini fridge at both times . Place is not too welcoming too when you walk into the lobby. There is no place to sit while waiting for a cab or a ride in the lobby since they removed the chairs.

Small respectable hotel. Good restaurant, nice hot tub (but it broke on new year's Eve), the rooms are nice. Complimentary shampoo, conditioner, lotion, face soap, and body soap. Our one bed room also had a futon. Wifi here is great but gets disconnected as soon as you check out.

The front desk service was rude and not accommodating at all. We were put in a room with a TV that didn't work and was told there was nothing they could do. Will not be staying again.

We stayed at the Heritage Inn for two days while visiting my mom at the hospital and received a hospital rate. The front desk clerk was great, food and service excellent! The rooms were clean, beds very comfortable. There was a dining area and lounge that served excellent food! This is where we will be staying each time we have to come!

Door leading to outside did not close each time I left the hotel. It was left ajar and I had to push it closed each time. My room was located at the very end of the hall, on the main floor. This was helpful as I had an elderly dog with me …

This is our experience at the heritage inn, the room was dirty and by that I mean Kleenex under the sheet also a Tylenol pill on the floor, we called down to the desk and we were moved, we also asked for a cot and were refused after much complaining we had no choice but to sleep on the rug covered concrete, needless to say it was the worst experience ever and will never stay there again. The front desk would not budge in our request to move us to another room with a double bed even when we offered to pay for it we told them to have some common courtesy and treat your guests how you would like to be treated it was just ridiculous and awful
