They are prompt to return your emails, they show up on time, they are courteous, and they always go above and beyond. Every year we have had professional service, with the nicest bartenders you'll ever meet. They are knowledgeable, and make a delicious Old Fashioned. They make drinks quickly and efficiently, even when hosting a group of 150 people. They are always well stocked with the mixes and garnishes required to make an excellent drink. We had rented a few tables to hold an estate sale, then Covid 19 came along and we were no longer able to hold the event. Upon returning the tables, Lee asked about the sale and we told him our long sad story of not being able to move forward with the sale. In an unexpected gesture, he offered the tables to us at a later date at no charge. To say that we where impressed would be an understatement, I don't know many places that would take that extra step in customer service. We had rented from other places, but going forward any of our rentals needs will be fiĺed by Elite bartending. Thanks Lee for the exceptional service, it has not gone unnoticed.
