Gil is amazing! He brought the party for my wedding this year. The reason I love Danceland so much is because of the minimal effort it took on my behalf to have a rocking reception! Danceland did a couple of my friends weddings too. They can follow a specific list of songs or general music genres. Either way they read the crowd perfectly! I love them!

Gil was amazing to work with as we planned our wedding reception. He was very personal and within 5 minutes of meeting him, we knew that we would be using his services. He took time to get to know us first before suggesting packages for our event. When covid hit, he was great with rescheduling, the change of venue and even travelling to a different city. Gil reached out to our event coordinator to ensure that we would not have to be present for his set up and take down. It was such an easy process to get things organized as Gil was quick to respond through email and phone. During our event, he checked in with us throughout the night and adapted the music and photobooth as we requested. Our guests were extremely impressed with the audio and visual services provided. Our wedding planner recommended hiring Danceland DJs for our wedding, and we were so happy we listened to the recommendation. Gil provided both MC and DJ services for our wedding, and we also used Danceland for our photobooth. Gil is an absolute professional, and we really enjoyed working with him. You can tell he takes pride in his job, and it shows. He played great music all night, did a great and tasteful job as MC, and was helpful throughout the day. The photobooth was also great - Molly was friendly and helpful, there were great photos, and we received digital copies after only a few days. We absolutely recommend Gil and Danceland DJs, and will definitely hire Gil again if we ever host another big party. It was a great experience!

We used Danceland Saskatoon for our son's grade 8 farewell this year. They supplied the photo booth and the DJ. The kids had a blast! the photo booth was a huge hit. The kids kept going through and had lots of fun with the props that were supplied. While the kids did not dance much - they are in grade 8 after all- when I asked my son and some of his friends if they liked the music they said "Oh yeah!". I often saw the kids requesting songs throughout the night. Danceland was able to cover all their requests which was a great variety of 80s to most recent hits. Booking was also very easy and the cost was the most reasonable of all the DJs and Photo companies I contacted. Gil kept in contact all the way up to the event and after. It was a great pleasure working with him and his staff. I'd definitely recommend and book Danceland for our next event.

The dance was great! Everyone had a blast. We had a wide range of ages from kids to 70+. DJ Brad did an awesome job of keeping the dance floor full and keeping all ages involved. He played a great selection of classic 60's - 90's, country, new top 40, and fun participation songs. Once the older people got tired out, he turner the place into a dance club. It was perfect for our crowd. Our partiers wouldn't let him go and he played an extra 30 minutes. He was receptive to any of our needs for announcements and other things during the night and covered all of the songs we had requested. Danceland was very good to work with before our wedding. They communicated with us on a timely basis and were very accommodating. They more than delivered on everything they promised us. All in all... we have no hesitation in recommending Danceland DJ's.

Danceland was absolutely amazing. We had them do sound and music for our wedding ceremony and reception. And everything went perfectly. Gil was so great to work with leading up to the wedding. Especially navigating through all the covid regulations. We had to change our contract with them 3 times. They were so understanding each and every time. Brad came to our farm and set up well before the ceremony. Then after the ceremony he packed up all his gear and moved to the hall to set up for the reception. They made our day truly special and one we will never forget. I’d give them a 11 out of 10 if I could.

When we arrived at our reception Nicole was smiling and ready to entertain us even though she was not let into the facility with the appropriate amount of time to set up. The one thing we were the most nervous about leading up to our wedding was the dance...we had been to too many wedding dances where the DJ was so boring that everyone left early and the whole reception seemed dull. I had met with Gil in March and right from the start he set me at ease. He is so personable and friendly yet professional! When he was the DJ who showed up to our wedding on July 15, 2016 we were over the moon!! Gil was amazing! He played all of the songs we had listed on our must play sheet as well as the ones requested by our friends and family. We only had about 50 guests but the dancefloor was always full and people had a blast! Everyone from my 64 year old dad to my 22 year old brother said Gil was incredible and put on the best dance ever!
