0 Star. This business used COVID to benefit themselves and take money from their clients. Not only did the owner Sam take MULTIPLE days to reply to emails (usually late in the evenings when most people who work would not answer), she also would ask us to call and not pick up her phone or return voice-mail. She tended to provided one information about our total on the phone but than completely go back on it and provide a higher total over email. She told us during phone conversations a total amount that othee clients was losing out on vs. Us. We also tried swapping out items but apparently having basic items like linens is not on their list of decor. In sum, find a decor business that will work with you during this time and doesn't try steal your money.

Creative Touch has been awesome to work with. We walked in not really knowing what we wanted or what we could afford but they helped us decide on exactly what we need for the day of our wedding. They have been so accommodating and allowed us to borrow some sashes and things like that to test in our venue space. We have changed our original plans a few times but Brittney is always quick to return emails, answered our questions, and treated us with excellent customer service. They will be ordering some items for our decor that they didn't have and have sent pictures of what the mockups will look like. After we finalized what we really wanted Brittney put my mind at ease and I can't wait for our wedding day! Thank you!

Working with Creative Touch Regina was amazing and made planning our wedding so simple! Brittney was so great to work with, she was prompt, friendly and professional. It was great to work with professionals who had some great ideas about the decor for our wedding and were so patient whenever we made changes. The set-up and late night takedown service were completely worth it and honestly, our wedding would have likely been plain tablecloths and banquet chairs without them! I would highly recommend Creative Touch for any of your future events, they will not disappoint.
