Burkitts Flowers has been our stop for flowers for many years. We always like the friendly atmosphere when you walk in the door and the smell of fresh cut flowers is very pleasing. It's also nice to see the amazing collection of unique gifts they have as well. One day maybe the Santa sleigh will be for sale. Check them out you wont be disappointed.

Incredibly disappointed with quality and lack of customer service from Burkitt's late November. My sister and I wanted to send our sister a beautiful bouquet of flowers for her 30th birthday. We selected an attractive bouquet from the website (realizing we wouldn't receive the same bouquet and allowed for flower shortages due to covid, etc.). What she received for our $70 was EMBARRASSING. See the photos for yourself. We were expecting the same “value” of flowers that was reflected in the Citrus Kiss bouquet on your website. In the photo it shows at least 8 roses, among other stems. The delivered bouquet had 8 stems of flowers in total. Would you send your sister this bouquet on her special day? We could have picked something up from a grocery store that was nicer. We've both sent an email to the address provided on the website and Burkitt's has had over a month to reply. I will never trust this business to send flowers to anyone ever again, due to their lack of customer service. Unfortunately, they just don't care.

Burkitt's always goes above and beyond. It's not just the floral arrangements, which are gorgeous, but their customer service, delivery, and attention to detail are exceptional. There is no other florist I would deal with in Prince Albert.

Twice now I have ordered online. I paid for delivery and this last time same day delivery. Both times I was charged for delivery but the flowers were not delivered instead the recipient was called to come pick them up. Beautiful flowers but will not be a returning customer.

I ordered flowers from here online and the photo shown and the description of the flowers online were nothing like what actually showed up. Thankfully, the store went back and replaced them with flowers more similar to what I was looking for. I was impressed with the speed at which this was corrected. Would have been nice to be contacted beforehand about the flower substitutions. But it was handled well, thanks Burkitt’s.
