Unfortunately I had an unpleasant interaction with an employee. A drink I had ordered wasn't too my liking. I had brought this to the attention of the employee who served me to get it refunded or replaced. They were immediately offended, rude, and said I couldn't get a refund so I'd have to order something close to the price of my drink. I ended up losing money and no compensation or accommodation was made. I'd strongly encourage not giving this store your business as certain employees will try to intimadate you. I left feeling very unwelcome.

this was my first time in this location and it was far from a good experience. I waited much too long for my order to be taken and had to see the (I am assuming) the shift supervisor sarcastically discipline one of the staff not once but twice. her management skills were very below standard. The staff obviously were not trained enough to have so many mistakes in my one little visit there so whos fault actually was the bad service one might ask? I was given the wrong order after waiting and decided just to go through drivethru to get my original order only again to hear the manager again inappropriately get after the gent that made the mistake...not cool. I finally received my order after another 7-8 mins in drivethru and am sure the chicken burger I received was the same one they made for me prior to me getting in the drivethru lineup....ugh, it was cold and hard and not edible. I hope this store is looked at a bit closer and problems fixed.

Stopped here the other day & was definitely impressed! An extremely kind man @ drive thru (I believe his name tag said Jason) saw my bf & I driving through the parking lot checking to see if they were open around 6;30AM before our usual walk..sadly they were closed!..As we went to pull away, Jason actually waved us over from the drive thru window and told us he could get us whatever we needed, closed or not! Getting my morning coffee/Timbits along with his super considerate, kind & genuine attitude made my day!

The worst experience ever at a Tim Hortons. I had asked for an Iced capp which is what I normally just say. I never specify chocolate milk/shot. When asked I said "sorry I've never been asked, I'm not sure" to which the worker sighed and just glared at me. So I said, "chocolate milk then?" She turned around angry like, and made it. When I tried it, it wasn't what I wanted. So I could of been unhappy with my order and just thrown it away, but rightfully I told her it didn't taste like what I normally order. To which she then told me that I may as well take it because she will only throw it out. I paused for a second not knowing what to say. Then she turned her back on me and complained to her Coworker that she was meant to be on her break. Then got someone else to finish my order with the chocolate shot instead. 1) I never normally specified shot/milk so how was I meant to know? 2) I shouldn't of been humiliated like that especially in front of other customers 3) She was very rude and shouldn't of spoken to me in that way. Just because this review was bad doesn't mean all Tim hortons are like this. I just hope she doesn't still work here, as her customer service skills were appalling.

This has to be the worst most disrespectful staff I have ever encountered at a business I’m giving my money to! A lady with blonde hair and glasses messed up my order on drive-through And said “we will have to fix that at the window” then when I get to the window it was not fixed until I noticed on the debit machine that my order was more money than expected. The older gentlemen at the window scoffed and said “ well I was never told your order was messed up” like somehow that’s my fault? After I paid for my order my friend who was in the car went to pay for his order. The worker asked him if he wanted to use his tim’s rewards card. He said no as there was a sign up that said the cards weren’t working. The worker said no they are and go’s ahead and scans his card. When I ask if I can still scan mine he says no.... I ask why and said your card can only be used once every hour. I explain that it is a different card from a completely different order and he still says no! “The way we ring it in, in our system it’s still the same order”... are you kidding me! Me and my friend have used our different cards before! So obviously the staff are not being trained the same way! That’s like telling me “ oh the car in front of you used their rewards card. Sorry you can’t use yours” awful awful Tim’s! Will not be going back ever!

Changing my review. I used to love coming here. Now, everytime I come here, I get rudeness. 4 times out of 5, if it's not one of the managers in the drive thru, the workers can't stop talking and laughing with each other long enough to pay attention to the customer. Almost always a bad experience nowadays. I don't live in Bathurst anymore, so I don't visit this location often, but when I am in town visiting family, you would think the bad experiences would be exception and not the rule. I think management need to retrain their staff on customer service. Otherwise, lots of people in Bathurst looking for jobs.

If you want something that’s on the menu they don’t have it it’s only 12pm like seriously? How can you be out of it? Why is it on the menu? In addition ... she feels the pressure of the customers who pile up and rush the others (Staff). She seems to have a cold… she sniffs her snot and wipes the excess on her hand and that… is when she doesn't have her face in her cell phone… placed in front of her on the tablet… and takes time to answer /send messages. De plus… elle sent la pression des clients qui s’accumulent et bourasque les autres (Staff). Elle semble avoir le rhume… elle renifle sa morve et s’essuie l’excédent sur sa main et ça… c’est quand n’a pas la face dans son cellulaire… placé devant elle sur la tablette… et prend du temps pour répondre/envoyer des messages.

The reason I am rating this as a "1" is because the place always looks dirty, corners in the washroom piled with grime like they don't know how to clean a floor, garbage on floor around tables, napkin holder empty and tops of tables not wiped.

Took almost 30 minutes to get a meal and they still messed up, they were fully staffed and not incredibly busy so there was really no excuses. This tims should stick to coffee and donuts because clearly the staff can't handle anything more.
