We all love Staples. This staples seems to have skipped the training part on some of their employees. I'm young, and I can find no help from some of the staff. I could take their jobs easily. Remember also it's a small town, not to huge of a selection or stock. Worth the visit. Large and clean. Friendly.

What a day, I met a young man at Staples , what a friendly and helpful young man!!! In a conversation I found out how well educated he is and we open to many problems. I wish him all the best for his future and his carrier. By staples he advised me a new printer to buy and this was a super decision because I got rid of my old Kodak which made my angry for years. I tried to call the store to get info on some equipment. The automated phone system is terrible. After bouncing around on hold for 25 min @ long distance rates, it hung up on me. I called back 5 more times and never got through. Maybe nobody works there.

Didn't have to wait for too long for my orders to be ready for pickup. I had to make a second orderimmediately after as the wife notified me of additional items we needed for home schooling. The manager only brought out the first order, then took a moment to double check instead of letting me go then return if I ended up forgetting. Then he brought out my second order in a timely manner.

Quick and fairly polite, but was sent to wrong area with little explanation, then was helped by a semi-condecending young women who printed off my item only to THEN tell me had I gone to the other area (further down) I could have helped myself for a fraction of the price. Worst shopping experience ever! Went there to purchase labels. No customers in the store just a group of employees hanging out at the front. I was approached by the manager and told I need to wear a mask. I am exempt, I said. He continued to follow me around the store. When I asked him to stop, he said to just get what I needed and to get out! I have never had such a bad experience in my life. Luckily I can get anything I need online and will never again spend my money at this or any other staples location!

I have been going to this staples very often as this is the nearest location and everytime I go here, I always had horrible experience. Most of the staff is rude and their management is even more rude ignoring customers and never greets them.I went for printing my stuff and was really upset this time and wants to write this review so that they know.There were two girls Tamana and Neha denied to help me even though they were not even busy, they kept on saying extra money for helping me. I am going to complain to headoffice regarding this as their managers are not even much concerned and they make ignorant faces.

went to print of some documents, this location has the worlds slowest computers and charges an outrageous amount of money per minute to use. when asking staff for help they were very rude. I wouldn't recommend this location. I have been to UPS store and have been in and out within 5 minutes tops. staples it took 30 minutes.

I visited the store today for taking a print out. It was clearly written that it will be few cents for 1 minute ( don't remember exactly). My print was taken in a minute and they showed my system usage time for 8 minutes. I was not told that the receipt should be taken out from me. As per the staff around i should know all the rules which they have in staples. Over all really bad experience, worst service ever seen and will never visit again. Can not recommend even if someone is in urgency.

Horrible experience with staples and customer care.... No one keeps up to their word. Abhishek named employee doesn’t keep up to his word. Raj (Manager) super rude person. Worst customer service ever..... bad choice to go to this store. Extended warranty was purchased and when the printer didn’t work, came back to return it and lost money. Because I was told by the employee to wait for extended insurance to finish. I waited for warranty to finish and when came back to Staples, they told me we will give store credit but first phone claims. When I called called claims they told me that the value depreciated and printer was for $279 plus tax and I was only given $213 after taxes. I was so frustrated, and agreed on the settlement. I was told that I will be given the same printer under the settlement price that I was offered..... I agreed but when I went to Staples to pick up the printer and they told me please pay extra tax I said why am I paying more money. Because originally the printer was expensive and also bought extra warranty. The rude manager stepped in and said you have to pay extra tax. When I asked why,,,, he replied.. no discount for you. And took off. Very rude. London drugs is so much better than these guys. They go through every detail when charging for the item and when extra warranty is purchased. So people please don’t go this Store...if you want to then make sure about return policy and warranty u pay. These people are a Big lier. So be careful before shopping. Thank You.

I bought a desk a full month ago now. Back then it was late for arrival and would be coming soon. A few weeks later, Staples was called and the customer service guy was going to get back to me about where it is. Now it's been another two weeks, he never called back and we never got any reasoning for why this desk was so late. Now I'm thinking of refunding if this desk doesn't come soon. This experience has been truly abysmal. At this point I don't care if the desk is good or not, all I care about is if I'll ever get my desk. Mind you, this desk costed more than 300 dollars and I never got my money's worth. Very irritating. Edit: I refunded the desk and got a different one. This one was ready in a few days and is great for its price! Still doesn't really excuse the bad experience we had with the other desk.

Customer service here is horrible, the manager had a poor attitude in dealing with me and my dad. We called the store too see if the laptop was available for pickup the guy said yes and knew which laptop we where calling about we go there, they cant find the laptop anywhere and say its not there. I find out that the person who answers the phone for them is not even in store he is at school and they forward calls to him. So how is he supposed to know what's in store? The manager gave me no resolution to a problem other then waist more time to come back later. Really dissatisfied will never buy anything at this store again.

We use Staples for most of our small business supplies - Woodstock location has always had great service! Recently we were in a bit of a predicament as our Epson printer was failing, and we needed a replacement ASAP. (Due to the nature of our business, we can use PrecisionCore Print Head technology exclusive to some Epson printers). Unfortunately, there has been a worldwide shortage and, despite ordering numerous times online, failed to secure a printer. We had numerous orders we couldn't fulfil without a replacement Epson printer. After explaining our situation, Brad contacted numerous stores in hopes of finding a printer that could fulfil our needs. While he wasn't successful, he suggested we speak to Kayla, the supervisor, about purchasing the floor-model (apparently, they don't typically sell floor-models as head-office doesn't like empty shelves). Kayla was completely empathetic, understood how desperately we needed the printer, and was happy to help support local business. She said it was, "no problem" to sell us the floor-model! Both Brad and Kayla literally helped out us out a very dire situation. Top-notch customer service - thank-you Brad and Kayla!

It didn't have any of the electronics I needed. I was looking for a Bluetooth selfie stick that would also fit my Samsung galaxy s20fe. I also needed an adapter for a c-port to headphone jack and charger for the same phone. They did not carry these items. Also, they did not have dual color and black hp ink available. Floor associate and Cashier were friendly though.

I went into this location today to get some help on printing some labels for my wedding! The lady at the print and copy Center was extremely rude to me and kept saying she can't help me. At one point she was busy chatting on her cellphone instead of assisting me as a customer! I called the staples location in Langley and I spoke to a lady there who works in copy and print and she told me to come by and she will help me print the labels! That is what you call customer service! As a bride I already have so much to deal with and I don't appreciate bad customer service when I go in to a place and get refused service! I will never go back to this location!

Decent customer service. I had an issue using the scanner . an important paper of mine got jammed in the scanner and it got torn while removing . Store assisted me to remove but i had to remove it myself coz store employees did not want to risk removing it themselves. Unfortunately, i will hv to shell out 20$ to get my doc back. . my recommendation to the store is to advise users to use the flatbed scanner instead of d feeder for important docs coz it wuld b a big hassle if someone's visa nd immigration docs get stuck . the store may avoid some potential lawsuits

I went there to exchange/return a defective product. There was none in stock so I was given a refund. No problem. I was told I could go to a kiosk they had in the store and order online and have it delivered to the store. (Apparently staff are unable to do this.) I go to the kiosk and find myself standing in front of a LARGE monitor in the main aisle of the store. As I input the required personal information it is coming up on the monitor for anyone in the main aisle or even anyone outside looking in the window to see. Ironically there's a small icon on the screen that says my information is secure. lol I talked to a staff member that it should be mentioned to a manager to possibly relocate or somehow ensure privacy.( i.e. A small screen.) I was informed only head office could make this decision. So, I came home and ordered it online which means I can't get it delivered to Staples only to my home address. The good news is that if I'm having to order online anyway, I'm not limited to shopping at Staples although I prefer to spend my money locally.

Recently the Summerside staff went above and beyond the call of duty. A large printing order was required for a funeral. Stormy weather prevented the delivery truck from having the order received on time. Staples' employee personally made arrangements in Dartmouth, NS to have the order re-printed over night and a family member picked it up. Employee could have apologized and said "Sorry for your loss of a loved one. But Staples cannot control the weather. Here's your refund." But instead, she made multiple phone calls to Halifax making alternate arrangements and the re-printed brochures were available for the funeral. Thanks very much!!

I went into staples 2 mornings in a row to get assistance with color copying. The young lady at the copy desk informed me that if I didn't know How to run their machines I could not use them. She also informed me that she could not show me how to operate them as the employees are not allowed to assist as they are supposed to upsell to them doing the work for at an ridiculous upcharge. When asked about the paper and different weights was told that if I bought cardstock from them I could not use it on their machines. To say the least I truly hope this young lady is demoted and forced to take a customer service course as she is sadly lacking.

I have shopped here plenty of times before and have never experienced what I did today. Yes I did purchase what I went there for but I was asked many times if I needed help by one store employee and told him I was looking for a few items plus a chromebook. He persisted he would help when I was ready and it felt like he followed me around the store even questioning me again if I was ready.....so I asked another person to help. Then was offered the protection plan and repair plan; which I declined and then was questioned about my decision and told the benefits AGAIN! I don't like the pressure tactic sales, it was like I was buying a car but I am happy with the Chromebook I purchased. That was my first ever visit to this location. ....and I had really bad experience. ....I just went to scan my one document. ... (2 pages)and the staples employees ..I ask one of them to help me out there. ...b'cause I was getting late for my job.....and I didn't know how to scan and attach documents to my email. ....but this guy instead of helping me just start giving me instructions. ..but that instructions doesn't works properly.......b'cause ...time was running out I was being charged by time....and I called that guy 5-7 times but he didn't help me ....and in the end I hardly managed to complete my scan ....but I had to do it twice...spent 8 dollars and lost 15 dollars from my job.... (around an hour late...)so it cost me 23 dollars to scan one document of two pages....I lost money doesn't matter. ..but only thing matter is such a bad customer service. ....so friends....if anybody reading this post....be prepare to spend a big amount for a small job... and to the staples management. .. Please stop all these..scan or printing .. ..if u guys are unable to manage. ... And I would never recommend to any body to this location. ... So shameful. ..

Giving low rating because the website hours are incorrect and service here is completely terrible.Went there a couple times using this app as reference and the hours on this are wrong. They close 1 hour earlier than it states here and open one hour later than the stated time. Also I bought a laptop here, floor model, and they had to wipe the computer prior too, it took them 2days to do this which is ridiculous. Was thinking of getting them to install some software I bought there but didn’t entertain this if it took them 2 days just to clear out their stuff. ( note: i tried to call several times within these two days to see when I could pick up but no seems to pick up. I literally called about 10 times) when I made a trip there it wasn’t even ready. Had to wait about 30min. When I got the laptop they had no box for it... which is hit and miss as it’s a floor model, but they didn’t even try to put it in a plastic bag or even another box. It was snowing outside. Only when I asked about another box or a bag and gave them a look of disappointment/dissatisfaction I may have eventually got some attention. The guy gave me a free laptop bag. I really could’ve cared less about the laptop bag, anything would have worked. If it wasn’t for that this would have been 0 stars if this was possible. Only reason why I go here is that my company has an account with them, otherwise I wouldn’t bother shopping at this location.

I absolutely love shopping at Staples, they have amazing prices, we went there in search of headphones for my brother, when we got there we found that the headphones was cheaper at an online retailer and then the staff at Staples informed us that they can try to beat any online prices which means got the headphones for the same price as online and we didn't have to wait for delivery. Friendly staff for the most part. Sometimes the copy center has people that aren’t sure how to work the printers so if you need something ASAP know you may have to give them a few moments to sort things out. I recommend sending to print online and just picking up in store that way you aren’t waiting around :) store has never been very full so it’s nice to have workers that are free to help you though you’ll have to go look for them.

I went with my aunt as we both had curbside pick-up orders. She called once we arrived and listened to the recorded messages but then someone picked up and hung up immediately. I managed to get the employees attention when he was bringing items out to another person.
