The month leading up to our wedding, she put together our itinerary and acted as the main point of contact for all our vendors. She was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. On the day of our wedding, she took care of every detail, she was organized and on top of everything. Everything went smoothly because of her. We would highly recommend booking her!!

She ensures you have the quality services (from catering to venue to decor, and much more) for the best prices. I met Elena of Your Effortless Event over the phone, a few months after my engagement. My fiancé and I did lots of leg work and most of our vendors had been found by the time I came across Elena. We needed day-of/month-of-coordination. We live in Western Canada but will be getting married in Toronto in 2021. From our first call Elena and I clicked. She was so easy to talk to, very detailed about her service offerings and understood that as a new bride to be, I was nervous about how my wedding day would actually unfold. She calmed my nerves about all my "big fears" (speeches running too long, vendor no shows, etc.). After that, she diligently and professionally followed up by email with her contract and answered all of our additional questions. We eventually chose to go in a different direction for our wedding; however, we cannot recommend Elena enough. She is a consummate professional who will care about your wedding day like it's her own.
