What a lovely event! Trent lead us through a lovely virtual evening filled with great food, and unusual but perfect wine pairings. I found this event to be fun AND informative. I have a background in wine and I find myself sometimes a bit judgmental when attending tastings. I want to play with flavour and be entertained, and I want to be educated at the same time. Wine Journey delivered on both counts. The bonus was meeting several like minded people and getting to know them as well. It felt like a family dinner with like minded new friends. I will make dinner with Trent part of my regular treat rotation. Cannot wait until the next one.

We recently celebrated my husband’s birthday with a Wine Journeys wine tasting evening with family and close friends. Trent selected five beautiful wines to pair with our five-course meal. He shared his experience and expertise about wine in an approachable and interesting way. Both Trent and Sue made this evening so special. Their warmth and wit left us all feeling grateful that we were able to spend time with them, and excited to discover more about the wines of the world. Looking forward to next time!

We had a wonderful evening of wine, food and friends with Trent this past week. We had a spectrum of wine appreciators at the event - everybody learned something new and enjoyed an experience that also surprised their palate. Trent shared fun stories, history and insights into the samples that he was showcasing. Trent Mayers organized (with Bacio Trattoria) for a virtual Valentine's Dinner. A little skeptical how a virtual Valentine's dinner would work, but those reservations soon fell away as Trent began to host the event. Trent provided details about the wine he selected to complement our very delicious dinner from Bacio, and organized the musical entertainment by Kat Chabot. Looking forward to our next Covid virtual dinner with Trent and Bacio! Well done!
