Phenomenal customer service!! Professional, incredibly prompt reply times and most importantly beautiful high quality products. The team here is all extremely knowledge with their entire inventory and has an experienced eye for pairing items together. They are more than happy to welcome you into their show room to allow you to see everything before you rent. My husband and I used Tiffany's for our outdoor tented wedding this past August and rented chairs, flatware, linens, glassware, cutlery, platers and a bar. Everything was in perfect condition and the linens and cross-back chairs in particular were absolutely beautiful. Thank you Rob, Mike and the rest of the Tiffany's team for making our special day just that much more perfect.

I am one of the daughters of the owners of the venue, "the barn 1906" in Bradford West Gwillimbury, so I have the privilege to know many of Tiffany Party Rentals staff. Each and every one of the workers are kind, courteous and professional. You can see the passion in their work. Every time our staff has worked with this company we have been blown away with their hard work and dedication to their craft. We know without a doubt that if Tiffanys is involved, the rentals (and in turn the wedding) will be utterly perfect. We rented harvest tables, chiavari chairs and napkins from TPR for our wedding this past October. We contacted several companies about delivery of the harvest tables to our venue, and Rob at TPR was the only one that offered a solution due to the stairs at Horseshoe Resort. I had been very discouraged before talking with him, and because of his familiarity with the venue, he was able to deliver what we wanted. He was also flexible with scheduling delivery on either Friday or Saturday morning, depending on when we’d have the venue available to us! On the date of delivery, we were disappointed that the delivery was quite a bit later than he’d said so we were waiting around to be able to decorate. They also came without the cushions as it wasn’t on the order, however they did come a little while later with them. A number of the cushions were dirty so we had to choose the “best side” to have facing up. We were also surprised to learn that the tables didn’t come assembled and we had to do that ourselves. It ended up being very quick and easy (so I wouldn’t recommend paying the extra to have them do it), but it would have been nice to know before and plan for. A lot of tables also had big scratches and gauges out of them, but we were mostly able to strategically place centrepieces, napkins, plates, etc to cover them. I understand they’re rentals and they won’t be in perfect condition, but for the price, I think things should have been in better shape & cleaner. At the end of the day, the reception looked beautiful with the tables & chairs, there were just a few hiccups with communication, delivery and quality that would leave me to give just 4 out of 5 stars.

So I arrived at my brothers Wedding for the rehearsal dinner and backyard setup, as it was a backyard wedding. The guys offloading the equipment started to put it all together and it was noticed that the tables didn't match.....thats wierd I thought. I asked the workers and they said they don't have more because they had just dropped off the rest of the matching set at another location.....couldn't believe a company would accept this type of service from themselves. It's kind of a big deal if your tables aren't all the same especially when you pay for a table that has a certain style. My soon to be sister in law was so upset it totally ruined the rehearsal dinner. I just can't believe a company would do this to a bride on the night before her wedding. I dont usually post reviews but I know how important this day is to a bride and it hurt me to see her so upset, I wouldn't want anyone else to experience this. Overbooking equipment like this is an unacceptable practice that shows either a lack of experience, or a disreguard for customer experience. It's sad really.

This is the worst customers service i have ever had to deal with in a company. We rented a BBQ that had a broken handle, one burner didnt work from the start and then the other one went out shortly after we starting using it. When we complained they did nothing to compensate the rental of the BBQ which should not have very been rented out. Their way of rectifying the situation was for us to come down to the shop they would start it up to show us that it was fine, oh and maybe we needed to know how to use a BBQ. REALLY... I would not recommend this place just on the lack of customers service and the manager.

Due to Covid, we had an outdoor wedding shower with 30 guests. I ordered everything on the Tiffany website. Rob was very helpful and accommodating as I finalized what we required. All the tableware was great quality. We had a picture perfect garden party. Thank you to all the staff at Tiffany Party Rentals. Our beautiful party could not have happened without you.

Well, this was not a plesant experience for me and my wife. At first it was awesome, the employees were friendly and seemed to be VERY (over confidently) accomidating. The fact of the matter is, their contracts mean nothing to them and everything to you. We spent just under 10,000$ on stuff for an outdoor tented wedding that we disnt really get. We were the first wedding on that date that they booked. So they had 100% of their stock avaliable for our day. We upgraded from the basics they had on basically everything. We recieved less then 24hours from our wedding day FOUR differemt types of tables. Four, when we were promised and CONTRACTED signed by us and them 27 of the exact same. Their remedy was to get different darker tables so they would be more similar.It was a joke of a bandaide fix but we had no choice but to make it work. We ended up with 9 tables that were completly different in colour style and size and that was their fix. They were good with that. I then noticed thst our "premium" lighting that we again paid to upgrade to was also wrong. We were given ugly floodlights instead of chandeleir style lighting. In the end of it all, they contacted us saying we had 42$ in missing pieces from the wedding which, I counted myself the morning of and took videos of myself doing so i know was wrong. Their fix was to refund us 50% of the cost of 9 of the tables. Qhen we had 5 different types now. They also still charged us for the lighta. Was a joke to deal with and I would not reccomend them to anyone again. You spend so much money on a wedding that you really want tk be care free and this is the kind of stuff I had to deal with friday morning of a saturday qedding. Absolutle joke. They rent stuff from other suppliers because they cant honor their own contracts. I have contacted a lawyer and will keep everyone updated. Thanks

I rented tables and chairs for an outdoor wedding in August from Tiffany Party rentals. I was originally very happy with the quality of service and the tables and chairs, however, the chairs were picked up before the contract said they would be. I had arranged to rent the tables/chairs from Thursday to Monday, as I was hosting a brunch for wedding guests Sunday morning, after the wedding. The manager ended up showing up at 8:30 am Sunday morning, well the majority of guests were still sleeping and my parents and wedding party had to load the tables and chairs for the manager. Then we had to eat brunch off of our laps. So it was a disappointing / frustrating experience, especially when the delivery option was very expensive. I called the manager after the wedding to discuss the situation and he did not offer any discount for the mix up. Over all was a very disappointing experience and I would not recommend renting from this company.

This company is absolutely horrendous. We rented numerous items including 2 propane patio heaters for our wedding Oct 20 of this year. We confirmed with them that the heaters would last all night prior to rental. An hour into the wedding one heater completely stopped working. It wasnt safety releasing propane causing my brother in law to drive half an hour each way to get new tanks, my elderly grandparents to have to leave due to the lack of heat and essentially ruining my wedding. I emailed them the next day prior to pick up of the items and let them know of the issue(including copies of the receipts for new tanks) they agreed to refund me for ONE heater and the tanks and we decided we would rewolcr it when I got home from my honey moon. Upon my return the customer service rep lied on numerous occasions. He tried to claim there wasn't a refund offered(I had it in writing), he claimed they only accept credit card(surprise we just got an email money xfer refund although tjeyade us pay AGAIN for pick up), he demanded we pay a $75 pick up fee to have them pick up the tanks they were aware of prior to the original pick up.(their pick up fee is $40). This company provides unsafe equipment and tries to scam you after. Avoid at all cost.

My wife and I hired Tiffany’s for our outdoor wedding this September and it was nothing but a disaster on Tiffany’s end. Initially they contacted us and informed us that they didn’t have the forks that we ordered but they would rent a similar set from another company. The tent was set up on the Thursday and it was covered in sand. We were informed that it would blow off once it dried out but this was not the case, I had to have a guest go around and sweep the entire roof and walls of the tent. The walls of the tent were so stained and dirty that we had to keep them down because they would be appalling in our photos. This lead to our guests complaining of being cold because there was a cool breeze that night. Another issue we had with the tent was it rained the day before and the entire tent was leaking, I had to have guests constantly wiping the water off the tables in order to prevent any water damage. I then called Tiffany’s and informed them of the issue and their solution to the problem was to cover them with garbage bags, I guess in their minds the tent is supposed to leak? Due to this issue we were unable to set up our tables or anything in the tent because there was another storm coming in that night. Due to the water leaking in the tent I had labels peeling off of some of the unopened alcohol therefore I was unable to return them. We also had to clean off all of our tables and chairs because they were covered in food from whoever previously rented them. When I called after the wedding and talked with Tiffany’s about it they said their driver set up all the tables and he realized some were dirty, he was apparently going to get a towel to wipe them off but was told not to bother because the sand from the tent was being brushed off and landing on the tables so they would have to be washed anyways. The problem with this is that Tiffany’s never set up the tables; I had to have one of my guests do it. Another issue we had was they sent us the wrong linens. Tiffany’s tried to claim that this was technically an “upgrade” for us because the ones they sent us were more expensive. More expensive or not these are not the ones we ordered or wanted. All the silverware we got had water spots on it, and the plates that they apparently wash using an industrial washer were covered in mashed potatoes. The biggest and most disgusting part of this whole situation was the worm that we found in the stack of plates. When I called and talked to Tiffany’s about this they tried to blame the fact that we were outside on a farm and that’s how the worm got there. I found this rather puzzling since the plates were in a milk crate, on a table, and wrapped in plastic wrap, also where we found the worm was in the middle of a stack of plates. To sum it all up, nearly everything we got from this company was done wrong or just down right disgusting. They stated that they have been around since 1976 and are still learning. Apparently 43 years in the business and they are still learning that people like to receive the things they order cleaned and not covered in food, dirt or worms. In the end we got a small refund which felt more like a slap in the face to us. They essentially ruined one of the most important days of our life and they did not care in the least, in fact they blamed us for the majority of their mistakes.

They must have been having a pretty bad day, but it was more than enough for me to decide to end the call and my inquiry right then and there. Hopefully everone else has a better experience than me

We used Tiffany Party rentals for our small wedding on Nov 12th 2020, we rented two harvest tables, chairs, linens, china and cutlery. Rob was very friendly and extremely easy to work with, I ended up calling back twice to add additional items and he kept track of everything, we got exactly what we ordered. The pick-up was very fast and easy, they had three people who loaded up our trailer which was great because we didn't have to lift a finger. Everything we rented was great quality and exactly as pictured (I couldn't visit in person so had to rely on their online photos). Would highly recommend!
