Julie Flippin owner of Small Business Savvy and I her marketing director have had the distinct pleasure of holding a number of workshops, masterminds and meetings at Suite Success. We can't say enough wonderful things about the excellent customer service and that they go the extra mile with special touches. The space is always set up to our specifications, the equipment always works and if we have had any issues with our equipment they have gone out of their way to help us. The staff is extremely friendly and very professional. The other wonderful bonus to holding an event, meeting, workshop and or private function (baby shower, bridal shower etc.) is that it doesn't break the bank. We highly recommend Suite Success to anyone needing a space.

I have had the pleasure of visiting Suite Success weekly for business meetings. It is by far the best meeting facility in Barrie based on both cost and quality of service. Friends of ours had their family party here and said it was like being at home. You can have Sinda and her team cater with many options to choose from or you can bring in your own food. Facilities are incredibly comfortable and super to take advantage of. Take advantage of this hidden meeting facility centrally located in Barrie.

I have an office at Suite Success and it has been such a wonderful experience. I have access to a terrific receptionist that looks after all of my appointments and bulky packages, I have access to several different sized meeting rooms and there is a full kitchen on site! The "piece du resistance" is definitely the PEOPLE! They are so accommodating and friendly.....the walls are just "bursting" with energy! Since opening my business in 2014, Suite Success at ESS Direct, has been the home for my computer training office but also where I can hold group workshops and events in one of their three board rooms. Their location is centrally located making it easy for my clients to come as well as their great staff are accommodating and friendly. I also have had the opportunity to hold a wedding and baby shower in their large board room with access to a fully functioning kitchen, making setup a breeze. I have been to many meetings at Suite Success, both as attendee and facilitator. Three things stand out the most for me. Without exception, they have the friendliest, most accommodating staff I have ever met. Secondly, their attention to detail is outstanding, right down to decorating for our events and providing refreshments for attendees. Thirdly, is how economic their all-in pricing is. Coffee and cookies served at meetings is standard practice and a pleasant change from those venues that want to charge extra for every little thing. I often use the boardrooms for business meetings and trainings, who would have thought ESS Direct's Suite Success could make our Surprise Party such a Sweet Success!!! Oma's 90th Birthday party was amazing, the corridor allowed us to have a succession line like the queen mother. The IT equipment allowed us to display all her photos of 90 years easily to keep guests entertained, plenty of room for seating and mingling of 50 guests, and there was still room for a choir and accordion to create German ambiance. Balloons and coloured table cloths made it festive. And the gluten free cake topped it all off. Fabulous day! Thank you

Suite Success....a place of business that feels like you are entertaining in your own home. Holding an event at Suite Success is like having a maitre'd following you around. All event needs are provided from parking to meals/breaks with food/projection needs are filled and internet access is solid. The acoustics make it easy to hear and with the 3 board rooms, large, medium and intimate (for a small group or one on ones), all meetings can be accomodated. I've been delighted with the reception and service at Suite Success. I rent office space there on a 'as needed' basis, usually two or three times a week. Each and every time, they handle the billing and receipt quickly and always confirm my office space just as quickly. They even went so far as to make me a name plate for the office I use -- unasked. Suite Success provides tea and coffee for me and my clients. The washrooms are always spotless and the general atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I'm so happy I have this option to see clients in a quiet and confidential space!

Are there other meeting spaces available around Barrie? Yes there are. However, I can GUARANTEE they don't have the fun but still professional atmosphere that Suite success provides. This is because they don't have Sinda! I have had numerous meetings at Suite success and keep going back because the experience always exceeds expectation. From the friendly smiles and warm greetings to swift resolution of problems that may arise. Sinda and the Suite Success Group always gets the job done.
