She ensured the whole day ran smoothly. From the moment I arrived at the hall, she was right by side, comforting me and ensuring me that the whole day would go smoothly. As a photographer, I interact quite a bit with the other vendors at weddings, especially the coordinators, so I had a chance to work closely with Bar and was very impressed. Hiring Bar from Glorious Events was the BEST decision I ever made when we started wedding planning. I had quite a bit of DIY things, but didn't want to task family members to be responsible for setting everything up. Bar came in and was absolutely amazing! She is efficient, highly organized, and so quick to respond to emails. She helped us figure out our timeline, coordinated with vendors, assembled our centerpieces, and even set up our sweetheart table. Our wedding day went off without a hitch and we know that Bar had alot to do with it. She made sure my husband and I weren't doing to much, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our day. She helped us pack everything up the night of the reception so once everything was done, everything was ready to be taken out of the venue. Bar made our wedding stress free! I availed her service for Day of Coordinator in reasonable and affordable price. She’s very professional. She is so calm, focus, detail-oriented, fast, flexible and organize. She has her own system in handling things, simple yet very efficient and effective. This really shows how experienced she is in planning and organizing events. In our first meeting, we discussed what’s included in the packages she offers and we talked about my wedding details and how she’s gonna help me. After closing the deal (short notice from me as my wedding is really close) she guided me by reminding me of things I need to give her and the vendors, and set ideal deadlines. I didn’t feel any pressure from her at all as she is very patient and calm. She communicated to my vendors for all the final details a week or couple of days before my wedding (if remember it right). And, on the day of my wedding, she picked up all my decors, menu cards , thank you cards, etc, and set it up nicely for us. During the wedding she coordinated everything from ceremony to recption, following our timeline. She also took care of our cash box and made sure it’s safe and secure. She stayed until we finish the wedding and made sure all of our things were placed in our car. She’s really amazing! I highly recommend her. Bar is absolutely amazing!!! We are extremely happy with our decision in choosing Bar from Glorious Events as our day of wedding coordinator back in July 2019. She did an amazing job! She was always prompt with all her email responses. She was extremely organized and she worked so hard to make our day go off without a hitch! Prior to the wedding day, she met up with us to visit our reception venue and she was there during our wedding ceremony rehearsal at the church. She knew exactly what to ask at the venue; she kept meticulous notes; and she was very attentive to all of our needs. Highly Reccomend!! From the initial meeting Bar answered all our questions, explained everything Glorious Events offered their clients and no hidden fees or anything. Bar was right there for us when we couldn't wrap ours head around in making a time line up, but she was a life saver! Everything we envisioned came to life! Bar is truly the best wedding coordinator ever!! 10 stars! We say this with utmost confidence as Bar was with us the entire way of our wedding planning journey, before and during the pandemic. She worked with us since 2018, on the planning for 2020, for 200+ guests. Then she helped us replan and manage expectations of many aspects of our wedding, (new location, moving indoor to outdoor, changes to tables, safety protocols, dancing etc) helping us to embrace our 50 person guest count and sticking with us through two changed dates into 2021, while still keeping our vision for our special day. Glorious Events is everything you want in a wedding planner and more. Bar is flexible, detail oriented, superhero organized, understanding, positive, calm and professional in her planning and guidance - also keeping us calm throughout the many stressors and changes we lost count of. On top of that, when you are planning a wedding or any event, you want someone who is kind and has your best interests at heart like a good friend does. We felt that Bar genuinely cared about our wedding day vision coming to life and it was just as important to her as it was to us. What drew us to Bar is that she remembered me and my name a year after meeting her briefly at an event she was coordinating for my workplace. She was so warm and friendly when she approached me at the Canada Bridal Show. It is clear that Bar really takes the time to know people in her work. I knew right away that she was the perfect planner for us because of the feeling she gave me. I am SO glad we went with her, my husband and I agree it was the best decision we made for our wedding!! Bar made the process a lot easier and more organized than we could have done on our own. Once the Covid-19 pandemic began, we were concerned how the pandemic would affect our wedding. Bar not only helped ease ALL the concerns we had, but she also helped us navigate through the uncertain landscape as well as helped us visualize what our new event would look like. She truly went above and beyond for us, and was very quick to respond to us via email or hop on a call with us to answer any questions we had. Bar was extremely valuable in helping plan and execute my daughter's wonderful Bat Mitzvah. She was flexible when we had to change the date twice due to the pandemic. Before the event, she was in contact with all the vendors to ensure they would be prepared and on time and ran an onsite meeting with the venue twice. She had good suggestions ensuring the flow and timing of the party. She was extremely detail oriented in setting up all the small details. She allowed our family to truly enjoy the party as she was in control of making sure the day went smoothly. She was calm and always pleasant to deal with.
