Twice I had government checks and you sent a representative to help me with them that day, at my home, and both times the results gave me more of a refund than originally set . . What I like the best is that you come to my home and at age 88 now, I find that so handy . With all the new methods for your work, the visit is short and easy. I am a small business owner, started out of college and have saved my pennies to get a business location. Being a young entrepreneur, I have been faced with many hardships and people trying to take advantage of my good nature. With this all said I was contacted by FBC and did a few meetings to make sure their business is a good fit. Understanding that taxes and tax law is not my strong suit i wanted to make sure i was taken care of properly. I decided to pay the large up front cost and start my first official year off right. I am now stuck with these crooks for one full year, owe an extra $300 MINIMUM for them to take care of my quarterly taxes for me (yes at lease an extra $1200 on top of the couple thousand dollar "membership fee". There are always extra fees for everything and if you don't give them your taxes on a silver platter you will get nailed for it... not to mention the tardiness, got my first quarter taxes done by the time i needed my second quarter filed... way to go guys.... It has been nothing but hardships whenever meeting with these people and i highly recommend looking elsewhere. This has been my largest financial mistake to date.
