Thank you for everything so far!! During the Covid-19, they graciously moved our deposit so we are able to use it to either postpone our wedding, or for ANY party. They even gave us an extension on the date. This is the 4th family event with Elite, obviously, they do a great job, we all use them. My sister's wedding went off without a hitch last year. Kenny, the delivery guy was amazing!

This is hands down the best rental company in Simcoe County! Kari and her team did everything to make sure our wedding was perfectly planned with everything we needed! The quality of the rentals are great and everything came neatly packed and organized. The delivery drivers were nice and very helpful. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We rented chair covers for a wedding and there was more than a handful that either had stains or holes in them. Also on e-mail and the phone I confirmed 78 for pick up and was only supplied 74. When trying to resolve the issue with staff, Keri in particular, told me that it was my fault that I should have told her 78 (which I did and had the phone call audio recorded) and that I should have taken the pressed and folded covers out of their bags and counted them prior to my wedding. She also said that chair covers are normally stained and not guaranteed to be free of such stains. She was extremely difficult to deal and put the blame on me, the client, in every way possible over and over again. I DO NOT recommend this company as their customer service is extremely poor. I asked to be reimbursed for the chair covers that were not included in my order as well as the stained ones, and was offered a refund of only $3.00 along with lengthy e-mails blaming me. Please research other companies in Barrie for your special event. Customer satisfaction clearly isn't a priority to Elite Party Rentals Barrie.

Elite Party Rentals personally launders their party rental share covers, table clothes, napkins, etc. almost every week at Mapleview Laundromat at 515 Bryne Drive in Barrie. I have personally observed Terry meticulously going through each and every item. She spot cleans and disposes of items that are torn or permanently marked. Their plastic bins are cleaned every week and packed with freshly laundered party rental items. They are concerned with every detail. I cannot say that I have ever observed anything that wasn't perfect. Elite Party Rentals is is a business I would definitely use for any special event. They are great!!! Mapleview Laundromat

I had a very positive experience working with Elite Party Rentals for my bridal shower on October 2, 2021. From quickly getting an initial quote, to helping with multiple different changes on items and calling to confirm that an earlier delivery time was okay, Kari and her team were super helpful and responsive. I rented chairs, tables, tableware, glasses and linens. Everything was good quality and well maintained. I would definitely recommend working with Elite Party Rentals and would use them for any future events in the area.

We just had our wedding July 29th of this year, I don't write many reviews, but this one had to be written! Kari from Elite was such a big help to us. She is so friendly and knowledgeable about events. She took the time to help us all through the planning and recommended fantastic vendors as well. The tables and chairs were like new, the linen was absolutely beautiful and everything came 3 days before our event! We couldn't be happier with the service. Kenny who delivered was extremely polite and so helpful as well! Thank you for making our day so special. You were highly recommended by our caterer, I can see why!

Kari was so helpful and patient (even after I asked a million questions and asked her to revise my quote quite a few times). Everything was in perfect condition - the chair cushions didn't even look like they'd ever been used! I would definitely use them again for any future rental needs. Kari and her team are amazing -- they have everything you need rental wise (tables, kitchens, deep fryers, platters, cute serving tongs ... etc) and they treat you like a human being. Delivery was timely and well executed and they went out of their way to make things easy for us. We got lovely personalized service for a very large event we were planning -- Kari helped us choose the right serving ware based on the menu and was available at every step. I can't say enough nice things about this well run, family business. If you need rental Elite is the way to go.

TERRIBLE customer service!!!!! White chairs that we did end up using were not as expected. a cheap plastic that was dirty and in rough shape ( wish I had taken photos, even my wedding planner was shocked by the condition). However we did order BLACK chairs as well that we no longer needed for our reception.. The business refused a refund for the chairs we never even used for our wedding and were not unloaded/dropped off. WORST service ever. I called several times to cancel the order but no one picked up. When I placed my initial order the gentleman I spoke to said theres not always someone in the office so he was glad I called and didn't wait for an emailed response ( hence why I didn't bother emailing to cancel them). I was charged $70 for a delivery fee of 700m........ our reception was across the street. I only got refunded the drop off fee because I insisted I would drop off to be not have to pay another $70 to drop off down the street, I did not realize their location when I initially booked. overall not a happy customer.
