The couple ordered full meal for vendors but obviously the servers don't care about vendors. They skipped salad for our table. We asked for it twice. Didn't bring it. But the main course is good. Above average compared to other veneues.

Bar tenders wouldn't serve shots or doubles during dinner, and refused to restock table wine. Moldy fruit was served to a guest. Management was so rude to staff that it made guests uncomfortable. Best quality is that the grounds are stunningly beautiful and the venue looks great.

We had our wedding at Belcroft Estate Aug 2020. Our day was absolutely fabulous to say the least. The staff were so great, always helpful and very attentive to all our needs. When the news of Covid first came we were so worried that we were not going to be able to even have our wedding at all this year but Belcroft made it all possible for us with the help of Katie at The Event Design Co. This venue is so beautiful, well maintained and just perfect for photos. If you are looking for a beautiful and rustic location to have your wedding this is an excellent choice of venue!!

We just got married at Belcroft August 2019. This venue goes above and beyond to make sure you have the most magical day ever. All the staff was truly amazing and there for our every need!!! I can’t thank Katie enough for seriously going out of her way to make sure EVERY detail was taken care of on our day!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!! We got ready in the bridal suite (so perfect and vintage) and the guys in the man cave (which is a mans dream). My girls and I had a blast, and almost felt too relaxed!! Lol but that’s the vibe Belcroft gives!!! Then getting married under the willow tree was truly so breathtaking, we didn’t even need much decor cause the venue speaks for itself, followed by our reception in the barn and courtyard, and again just so perfect in every way. Girls you can even wear heals cause the barn floors have no spaces!! Lol The food was incredible, we had people telling us all night and even after how great the food was and that this was the first time they were actually full and satisfied at a wedding!!! It’s the best venue for photo opp’s, there’s so many places to take photos you don’t even have enough time to take them all in, a beautiful pond and bridge looking over it, vintage train, willow trees, laneway lined with trees, the barn, the greenery is so breathtaking I couldn’t have dreamed of any place more perfect to celebrate our special day!!! To end the it dancing the night away and having the best party of our lives!!! Thank you to all the staff at Belcroft and all the vendors!!! This was one for the books!!!! ♥️

My husband and I knew that we didn't want to have your typical banquet hall wedding and we are so glad we didn't. Our guest were blown away with how beautiful the grounds surrounding the tent were and also how beautiful the tent was. The Belcroft team (Rebecca) was super helpful, answered all my emails in a timely fashion, nothing ever seemed to be problem. We were extremely touched when we received not only a wedding gift but they also sent us a beautiful Christmas gift. Cabral catering-YOU MUST have them cater your wedding. Every single guest told us how much they loved the food, how they cleaned their plate at every course. This is exactly what my husband and I wanted. We can't thank Randy Cabral enough for everything he did. I gave them four stars only because when our "midnight" buffet was served, the heat had ran out. I felt like our guest couldn't enjoy the delicious buffet due to the fact that they were freezing. It was difficult trying to get our guests back on the dance floor, actually we were unsuccessful at that. A lot of our guests started leaving once they were done eating. We also paid for one extra hour of bar service (5:30pm-12:30am) I was in shock when I saw the bartenders at 12:10 packing everything. TWO BIG DISAPPOINTMENTS. Even with these small issues, I know our wedding will be one our guests will not forget. Thank-you so much Belcroft team and Cabral Catering!!!

Belcroft Estate is a dream venue surrounded by nature, offering countless beautiful and scenic locations for couples and guests to enjoy during a wedding or event. We have provided floral decor for about a half-dozen events here now, and absolutely love going back time and time again! This is a family operated business, and it shows - the staff who assist the vendors during set-up and tear down are always incredibly helpful and kind. The event planners that Belcroft Estate have outsourced to coordinate the events that take place on the property are very organized, helpful, and professional. We can't wait to visit this beautiful property again soon!

I attended a fun and lovely wedding ceremony at Belcroft's tent venue. The service was great and I know the groom and bride were happy with the co-ordinators and staff at Belcroft's during their ceremony. This couple chose this venue because they allowed their dog to be at the ceremony and reception, which few venues allow (a benefit for pet lovers). The tent venue was excellent and decorated well, and when the weather is co-operative this place is great. The estate grounds are excellent for amateur photographers with plenty of attractions for social media posts, some examples include: a lighthouse by a man-made lake, a cabin & dock beside the man-made lake, the caboose of a train (in picture), a bridal path, a electric love sign and even a old Rolls Royce (if available). (Note I blemished the faces in the photos for privacy reasons...ignore the people just pay attention to the nice surroundings).

I have worked at Belcroft Estate as a florist for many events and have only had positive experiences. The staff are all kind, polite and will go out of their way to help you as a guest or vendor. The owners have always been extremely delightful and I always look forward to our exchanges when I arrive. Beautiful venue too, arguably one of the nicest outdoor tents I've seen. They put a lot of thought and consideration into everything they do and I am happy to recommend them as a venue.

My husband and I were recently married at Belcroft Estate in the laneway. From start to finish, even with the global pandemic, Belcroft (& its owners) have been nothing but accommodating! Even though we were only holding our ceremony there, myself, my maid of honour and moms were able to get ready in the bridal suite as originally planned. Katie, the venue coordinator, was quick with returning emails and answering phone calls! Rachel, our day of coordinator was extremely helpful and lovely. Jeff in guest services, actually helped me fix my dress moments before I walked down the aisle. Talk about service! The pictures we were able to get on our late September date were absolutely breath-taking. We would not have changed a thing. We would highly recommend this venue for anyone navigating the wedding scene during this pandemic!

If you are looking for a beautiful and rustic place to have your event or wedding, book here! I went to Belcroft for a friends wedding and quickly fell inlove with ALL it had to offer. Beautiful and unique rooms, the landscape is stunning and perfect for photos and the staff is super friendly. We're actually thinking of booking a day there for our engagement photos and the staff there have been super accommodating.

My husband and I had our dream wedding at Belcroft on July 29th 2017. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. Some of my guests even told me they felt like they were on a beautiful movie set. The staff at Belcroft is just amazing, from the spa ladies, day of coordinator, and the catering staff at Wildwood hospitality. They were so welcoming, friendly and were always happy to answer any question we had. If you are looking a rustic barn setting for your wedding or just a beautiful venue in general, this place is it. My family who flew in from all parts of the country can't stop talking about how amazing this venue is.

I recently had the privilege of being a guest at a wedding at Belcroft Estate. What an amazing venue. The converted barn has unique character and is a wonderful place for a celebration. And with two levels, there is plenty of room for dining, dancing, and socializing. The large grounds are well maintained and picturesque -- terrific for photographs. There is a large pond, covered bridge, lighthouse, a caboose, and more. The food was delicious and plentiful. I found the staff to be polite, friendly, competent and very helpful. Bellcroft Estate added so much to the guests' enjoyment of a very happy occasion.

Katie and her team worked so hard with each and every postponement that we had to deal with and still made our wedding a dream come true. They were very organized, professional, and efficient in all their communication. The venue itself is a while other 5 stars. It's absolutely beautiful. We visited two years ago and it was exactly what I fell in love with the first time. The bridal suite on the tent side is magical, clean, and even had a private bathroom! I can't wait to see what pictures my photographer took of the venue. There are so many parts of it that were absolutely stunning. I hope to host any big events in my life back at Belcroft. I know I'll be treated the best there!

Not only is it stunningly beautiful and very picturesque every step and every turn you take, but the family that owns the property and the staff they hire are all ABSOLUTELY phenomenal. They were all so very accommodating, and we couldn't have asked for a better day and better people to work with. We got VERY lucky with our day and got the most miraculous day even in the midst of COVID. My now husband and I had the greatest day of our lives, thank you for treating us like family. From the very beginning, the staff at Belcroft made us feel completely comfortable and taken care of. Both Rebecca and Becca helped ease a lot of the anxiety and stress that can come with wedding planning and were always available to answer any questions I had. Becca was a true star in helping making our special day run so smoothly, everything felt effortless the day of and it was all thanks to her. Attended an outdoor wedding and it was beautiful with great weather. Remember to wear bug spray if you are in the outdoor area. The food was just average but not bad.

The venue is beautiful, well maintained. If you have smokers in your party this is not the place for you. The staff harassed guests all night, guests were not even allowed to smoke in the parking lot. I am disappointed for the money you pay there are so many rules, your not allowed to touch anything, staff hover over you all day and night killing the good vibes. The bar doesn't give full ounce shots or doubles, the mixed drinks were all soda, no shots before dinner. I have not met the new owners seem like stuck up snobs. I would not recommend this venue to family or friends.

We got married in the Belcroft tent in June and could not have had a better experience! Rebecca was extremely helpful and so quick to respond to every little question. I truly felt she was interested in and excited for our wedding. Her day of coordination was just amazing - above and beyond what I imagined, she's a pro. She thinks of everything, knows a bit about everything and takes care of anything that comes up! Loved our experience and our day at Belcroft. Our guests really enjoyed the venue and the space, I only wish it could have been longer!

My husband and I had our wedding at Belcroft Estates at the barn on June 23 and I honestly can’t say enough good things about them. All the staff, every single one of them, went above and beyond anything I could’ve asked for. Rachel was an absolute gem on our day,making sure everything ran smoothly. It wasnt calling for rain until after 6pm but of course it started pouring at around 4, an hour before the ceremony. I always imagined an outside wedding and they let me wait without rushing me to decide if we were going to move it inside. In the end we had too, and they were so efficient in moving chairs and everything inside. Everything ran smoothly and SO PERFECT. It was better than I imagined. The staff were so organized. Just the little things all through out the day that they did really sets them apart. Thank you Belcroft on a perfect day. My husband and I couldn’t have made a better choice then choosing you! I could honestly go on and on! There’s not one negative thing I could say about the whole experience from booking and planning, to the actual day.

There is no better venue or staff! We got married on Friday October 23, 2020 during the pandemic. The year has been insane with the rapid changes in restrictions and not once did Belcroft let us down. The staff is incredible, especially Katie. Professional is an understatement to describe the team and the venue itself is absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. Every single one of our guests have raving about the entire day and how perfect it was. We got to stream it to just over a hundred people which made it even more perfect. Our wedding was during a very difficult period of the pandemic and the Belcroft team made everyone feel safe. If you want the perfect wedding, incredible food, absolutely stunning venue, the most supportive staff and much more. Belcroft should be first on your list. Thank you for everything Katie and team! My husband and I got married at Belcroft Estate on August 06, 2021 after postponing a year due to COVID-19. We were extremely happy with the way we were treated by Belcroft throughout the whole process (from picking the venue in 2019, to changing our date in 2020, and to finally marrying this year). We dealt with Katie throughout the whole process and she was truly amazing. Katie kept us informed on all the changes that she was able to, she was very responsive to emails and inquiries, and overall was very pleasant to deal with during such a confusing and difficult time. We were so pleased that we were able to finally get married here. This venue is gorgeous and we knew we had to get married here from the first time we toured the property. We had our ceremony in the pavillion area and the reception was in the barn. We were able to use the mancave and the bridal suite to get ready and both were incredible. We received compliments from all our guests about how amazing the food was and about how nice the catering staff was. We also received many compliments about how nice the bartenders were as well. Overall, every staff member that we encountered that day was very pleasant and helpful. We also used a few vendors (flowers, hair & makeup, photobooth) from their recommended list which was perfect because they were familiar with the venue and knew exactly what to do/where to go on the day. Overall, Belcroft Estate is a beautiful place to get married and we would highly recommend this venue. T & M

Katie was extremely professional and responsive. Rachael who was our on-site coordinator was the sweetest and so amazing! The catering and bar staff were very professional and prompt. Dining tables were always cleared promptly. There was zero line up at the bar bc the bar staff were so quick. The venue is absolutely beautiful… photos do not do it justice!! We received so many compliments from our guests. We strongly recommend Belcroft Estate! Thank you for making our day so special.

Attended a wedding there, nice outdoor area for the ceremony and the grounds are pretty. The venue inside is all wood, very nice with bar area downstairs for cocktails. Dinner is served upstairs where there is another bar and dance floor. Washrooms are located upstairs only, theres quite a few steps to get up the stairs, not good if you have people with mobility issues no elevator , but otherwise a very nice venue.

As a local wedding vendor and business owner, I have had the pleasure of visiting Belcroft Estate on several occasions to participate in the celebrations of local couples, as well as co-host a community market on the grounds. There is something so undeniably charming about standing on the site of a historic family farm, full of stories and memories, as you prepare for a new adventure as a married couple. This peaceful venue has such a diverse background for photography -- from the historic barn to the quiet pond, the shady lane and the ornate historic train car. Belcroft is like a two-for-one -- venue and decor, done and ready for your celebration! On top of this, I have always found the staff very friendly and accommodating, and they even allowed my dog to be onsite for the market I co-hosted! Highly, highly recommend!

We booked the venue over a year in advance and throughout the entire wedding planning process everyone was so helpful and amazing! Katie was our onsite coordinator and we also hired her to do our decor set up through her own company. She did such an amazing job with everything and was always available to answer my numerous emails throughout the year. Thank you so much Katie! Kristen and Chris with Wildwood Hospitality were also amazing! We had so many great comments on our food at the wedding and they did such an amazing job! I also cannot say enough about our DJ's Gabor and Greg with Keep Them Dancing. They played everything that we wanted to hear and did such a great job. Literally we had the best wedding ever and everyone that helped out from Belcroft was incredible! I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a rustic yet classy venue! There are so many amazing places for photos as well!

Got married in 2018. The venue and staff are amazing. The wedding was perfect. I would have given 5 stars, but if you get married here use your on DJ. First he f’d up our intro song. We had a detailed list of songs to play and told him to only play from the list, however, he played his own songs and refused to play songs when someone went up and requested one that was on our must play list. One of the best parts of the night is getting on the dance floor after the long day. Don’t ruin the night with these DJs
