Sara’s expertise and execution skills are second to none. We were really impressed with her attention to detail and ability to make what we imagined a reality. Everyone that celebrated our wedding with us have said they loved the evening and how amazing Sara was. We had a very unpleasant experience with our previous wedding planner and Sara stepped in last minute for our wedding (one week before!) We were under so much stress and worried that our wedding would be destroyed by the previous wedding planner. Sara not only nailed everything and was so sweet, easy to work with and always willing to go out of her way to help! She made us feel so comfortable leaving everything in her hands. Mallory was our day of coordinator. She did an exceptional job. Of all our vendors, we were the most satisfied with her services. During the last critical month before the wedding, she will do all the hounding for you to make sure every vendor is contacted and confirmed for the day of. She will ensure that all family members and friends know their roles and positions so you don’t have to stress. And believe me, there will be a confused uncle or a lost cousin on the day of. The only regret we had was not pulling the trigger and hiring Mallory from the beginning. There is so much stress in wedding planning that can be avoided if you involve someone to help you plan from the start. We thought we would be saving money by doing the work ourselves, but frankly, it wasn’t worth it. Don’t be cute. Hire her from the get go. Charlotte and Josh

We used August in Bloom for our wedding this past weekend and I'm so glad we did! My husband and I were both starting to fade from the wedding planning in the last few weeks but Mallory really kicked things into gear and got everything pulled together perfectly. On the wedding day, we had a jam packed schedule and tight timing and Mallory was very professional and made sure everyone knew where they were going and that we stayed on schedule. She was very helpful to me and my bridesmaids and was amazing at keeping us laughing and calm amidst all the commotion. The entire bridal party had a great time throughout the entire day and we really got to enjoy the wedding day because we knew Mallory and Sara had everything under control. These ladies handled every hiccup that inevitably comes along in a wedding and handled it well. We got so many compliments from our family and friends about August in Bloom and everyone was impressed with their work. We had an amazing time on our wedding day and it was all due to these girls - I never had to worry about a single thing and really got to spend time soaking the day in and talking to our guests. I highly recommend them for anyone looking for event planners. Well done, ladies!

Hubby and I tied the knot three weeks ago and it turned out to be perfect regardless of the little hiccups that we've encountered, All thanks to Mallory and her assistant Lena. What a great team! Since the first day we met Mallory, we knew we gotta hire AIB as our wedding coordinator. She presented her self and her company very well and she didn't disappoint us. The girls made sure that everything was running on schedule from beginning to end. She handled some minor issues with grace thus showed her professionalism and saved the day! One of my best decisions throughout wedding planning was having August in Bloom (Sara + assistant) for my day of coordination. They are professional, easy to contact, and you feel like they really get you and care about you and your day. Sara made me feel taken care of throughout the day even as she had a million other things to do/think of to have our day run smoothly.
