She and her assistant did a great job for setting up all my DIY decoration, including all guest tables, head table, receiving table, photo display table, etc. She also managed to keep all activities on track. We are so happy with Jeannie's amazing work on our wedding day. We had gone with the day-of / month-of coordination and she made sure everything went smoothly and was very professional. Things like keeping track of the contracts and outstanding payments, ensuring vendors know where and when they were required, and even just reassuring us as we tried to navigate through the pandemic. It seemed like she was always there at the key points to make sure everything went as perfect as possible. Even our parents were quite impressed with her when they found out that she had went out to the ceremony location the day before to scope it out and make sure everything was good, especially since there is quite a bit of gravel road driving that is required, as well as a short 100m hike to the location. And all this while being from out of town (our wedding was in Canmore, AB). Her attention to detail is commendable; things that we didn't really consider, such as having no cell reception leading up to and including at the ceremony location, were things that she brought to our attention. In addition, she is thoughtful and considerate as she was always there to check in with us and help us with anything we needed to do, such as checking out of our rooms at the hotel the morning of or help pinning on the boutonnieres on everyone, or providing a little day-of necessity bag. We also really loved how she styled our reception room, we were breathless when we first entered the room and saw it. Our only regret is that we didn't go with her full wedding planning service; there is no doubt in my mind that she would have handled our wedding anything less than amazing. Jeannie and her team were fantastic, and handled my wedding with great professionalism. At our first consultation, she was attentive to all of my questions and concerns, and explained every aspect of the planning process that I was unsure of. Planning my wedding with Jeannie felt effortless as she was well-organized and was responsive to all of my emails, texts and phone calls. What was especially helpful was her ability to liaise with all of my vendors effectively, and to troubleshoot all issues leading up to the wedding day. Jeannie also had an unrelenting attitude to deliver every single detail that I had asked for - from scouring the city for very specific and obscure decorative pieces to coordinating a jam-packed evening into one comprehensive and efficient itinerary. Jeannie and her team also made sure that my husband and I were fed and taken care of throughout our wedding day - a small detail in most eyes, but a very important one (I promise). And although our outdoor plans and ceremony were met with a full day of heavy rain, she executed all of our contingency plans beautifully alongside the vendors. Truthfully, I wasn't convinced at first that I needed a wedding planner, but realized almost immediately that having Jeannie would be a blessing. I'm so glad that we worked with her because she brought my vision to life, and made the planning process enjoyable. Upon meeting Jeannie, I was indecisive of whether I needed a planner, because I am a "DO IT HERSELF " person. After interviewing and working with Jeannie, I came to realize that as a couple it wasn't "easy" and that we do need someone to help plan our wedding. Jeannie was an excellent wedding planner because she had a lot of original ideas and she helped our entire wedding come together. Although we lived 2 hours apart she would go out of her way and be there at all the important meetings. She would always find an answer to any problems I would have promptly. She understood my wedding style the entire way and kept me on track with deadlines and along with the bridal party. Jeannie also took care of our photo booth vendor when they didn't show up on time on the wedding day. She is a superstar.

We are so happy to have found a wedding planner like Jeannie and her team! From day one we knew that Jeannie would be able to work with us effortlessly. She was always available when we had questions via phone, email and text, and she met up with us almost every month despite the long commutes into the city. My husband and I hired A Blush Moment as our day-of coordinator. We had been referred to her by our photographer and reflecting back on the day, we definitely think hiring A Blush Moment was one of my best decisions. The day-of coordination package includes the planning of the itinerary (e.g. reviewing contracts, when are payments due, what time vendors need to arrive and stay until, etc) and actually working on the day of to ensure that the day proceeds according to the schedule. Prior to the day-of, Jeannie (head of A Blush Moment) had met with me on several occasions to discuss itineraries and ensure that any outstanding items I had were being closed down so she can finalize the itinerary. The reason I gave A Blush Moment 5 stars really is because I felt I did not have to worry about anything for the wedding -- from my perspective the wedding went super smoothly with absolutely no effort on my part. She worked with the MCs to ensure that they were doing their work on time and only came to talk to me when she wanted to give me a warning about when certain things will happen. The team took care of setting up all of my decorations and worked with the florist to ensure that the florals were properly placed. In addition to this, Jeannie was extremely helpful in asking me things I may have missed during our planning sessions. She's worked on a lot of weddings and I relied on her experiences a lot for advice. I absolutely recommend A Blush Moment to anyone considering a day-of coordinator.

Jeannie was extremely easy to work with and made my day sooooo stress free. I loved working with her!! She went above and beyond what I expected. My wedding was unique in that I had to plan it myself and brought her on for day of coordination. We started working together 6 weeks in advance and she doubled checked everything I had planned, finalized everything with my vendors, and made sure everything was taken into consideration. Jeannie and her team are AMAZING. She was organized, and always quick to respond to my messages and emails. She is detail oriented and remembered all the stuff I told her even if I forgot it myself. She made sure I was not stressed out and kept reassuring me. I worry about everything but on my wedding day, I actually felt like I was calm because I knew we were in good hands. My wedding day came and went and everything was beautiful. I didn't really give direction in terms of how I wanted the lobby space and head table to be set up but when I saw it, it was everything I had wanted and more. If you’re getting married and planning a wedding for the first time, getting a planner is the best way to mitigate the upcoming stress. As someone that is quite organized already but also anxious by nature, I knew I needed to hire someone to help me. We decided to have a micro-wedding due to the current circumstances with the pandemic and hastily booked a venue with only a month and a half to plan and organize everything once restrictions began to ease up. Cue in Jeannie and the Perfectly Petite wedding package that had everything we needed and basically saved us from having to run around and coordinate different vendors in such a short period of time. We ended up having a bridal party and needed to add on extra florals, which Jeannie organized as well. Jeannie and her team at A Blush Moment were phenomenal and really came through for us when we needed help the most. We were able to successfully have our wedding at the Storys Building on Aug. 20, 2021 after postponing it for a year due to Covid and hiring Jeannie to help us was by far the BEST decision we made during the entire wedding planning process. Ontario didn’t enter stage 3 of their reopening plan, which allowed for indoor weddings with certain restrictions, until July 16th, which by then we only had a month to go to navigate the new policies and restrictions, contact all the vendors, source various wedding items and pull everything together. Needless to say, we felt completely exhausted and stressed out. We reached out to Jeannie just 3 weeks prior to our wedding date to try our luck and see if she would be able to help us out as a month-of coordinator, and thankfully she was willing to take us on with such a short notice. She was able to help us get organized right from the start and her attention to detail was impressive, and she thought of things that we did not that really helped elevate the experience for our guests on the day. She is extremely responsive and we felt like we had her full attention the entire time even though we knew she was managing multiple weddings during the month. She is also super thoughtful and was constantly checking in on us to see how we were feeling. With Jeannie managing everything for us, we just felt a sense of calm and were able to really focus on getting ourselves ready for the big day. It should come as no surprise that everything went absolutely perfect on the day and that we, along with all our guests, really enjoyed ourselves. Jeannie just adds so much value to everything that she handles and we would, without a doubt, recommend her and A Blush Moment to anyone who needs help with their wedding planning!

One particular one I appreciate is that she volunteered to come to my makeup trial because she knew I was having difficulty deciding if that MUA was the right one for me.
