We hired Shawna as our month of coordinator for our wedding and we are so glad we did! It was so helpful to have her coordinating the last minute details with our vendors. I had to make so many last minute changes to the itinerary the week before the wedding and it didn't faze her one bit. She is so patient, professional and accomodating. She also impressed me by how organized she was and I'm a pretty organized person! I thought I wouldve liked to have control over everything the day of (since I have a very Type A personality) but I'm so grateful I didn't have to do anything and actually got to enjoy my wedding. It's hard to enjoy the moment if you don't have someone taking care of everything for you on the day of. Shawna was also super friendly and very responsive to email. I highly recommend working with her!

Stephanie from SHE was a dream to work with! From the moment I met her in our consultation I knew I wanted her to be part of my wedding planning experience. I changed my mind 100 times along the way and she was supportive and encouraging of every idea. She was readily available by phone text and email and I felt 100% supported along the way. She was an absolute life saver on the day of my wedding and even found time to go back to my wedding suite and clean it up before we returned later that night. 10/10 would recommend. After meeting with several wedding coordinators I finally met Shawna. It was like love at first sight! Shawna removed all my stress and made planning my wedding a relaxing and exciting experience. She broke all our tasks down and made it very manageable to juggle work, life and planning. Her vast knowledge of amazing vendors made for quick work to select the best companies for our wedding cake, decor and rentals. I loved that I would pitch out an idea to Shawna (no matter how crazy!) and she would get back to me promptly with an A, B and C option. I honestly can not say enough good things about her! I was especially grateful for her when we had some issues with our venue early on in the planning. Shawna contacted me immediately and together we formulated a plan and she put it into action. She dealt directly with the venue and was able to take care of those difficult conversations and negotiate a resolution. I was very impressed with her grace and professionalism during this and I was happy to have her represent me. When our (my) wedding day finally arrived I was a bundle of butterflies and Shawna went above and beyond to make sure I was relaxed and enjoying the moment. When we first began looking for a wedding planner we were struggling with the fact that we were trying to plan a wedding in BC from San Diego and couldn't visit venues in-person and were having a lot of trouble narrowing it down. We wanted a wedding planner that was truly passionate about what they did and would listen to our ideas (of which we had a lot!) and make them a reality. When we first met Stephanie (via skype) we were sure that she was the perfect person to plan our wedding. We are both very hesitant when it come to excitement and we loved our passionate and excited that Stephanie was about wedding planning! Being from outside of BC, so much of our planning had to be done virtually through email and photos and phone calls (of which there were many :)), but of course there are certain things that you can't do over skype which led to a series of whirlwind trips to Vancouver. During these trips we were completely surprised by how much time Stephanie spent with us - from being our chaffeur to leading us down the Sea to Sky in a blizzard - Stephanie was truly our ride or die through the process and made sure that we made to each and every appointment and when we couldn't and got stuck in Whistler that we found a quiet room to hop on skype just in time! We would have never been able to plan the day that we had without Stephanie and all of her time and dedication. Thank you so much Stephanie for making our wedding day the day that we dreamed of! Sweetheart Events goes above and beyond to ensure that your wedding day is perfect. Sweetheart Events really is full-service! Not only are they pros at planning (shout out to the most detailed timeline I have ever seen in my life!), they are invaluable in terms of vendor recommendation, final decor details, and day-of coordination. Day-of coordination was huge for me, as I had 350 guests and was really stressed about corralling everyone into their seats and sticking to the timeline! Stephanie and her team did this seamlessly - we were basically ahead of schedule the whole day! The name "Sweetheart Events" is definitely accurate - I have never met a more sweet, genuine person as Stephanie! She even delivered me a cute flower the night before my wedding day (along with last minute decor details!). I had zero stress on my wedding day, and a major reason for that was the trust I had in Stephanie and her team. I would recommend Sweetheart events to anyone that needs to plan a wedding (or engagement!).

We hired Stephanie from Sweetheart Events for full planning for our wedding on the Sunshine Coast. What an absolute dream!!! From the moment we met her over coffee and we bonded over our mutual love for caffeine and pastries, we knew Stephanie would be a great person to spend time with during the planning process. Stephanie isn't a wedding planner who makes you feel guilted into "things you need to have" at a wedding. She gets to know you as a couple and what elements are important to you versus not. I think this really speaks for itself as we never felt pressured to go over our budget for things we didn't feel was important for us or our guests. Stephanie is the perfect combination of three important traits you want in a wedding planner: 1) That sweet, thoughtful soul who surprises you by capturing your sister's reaction on video for your first dress fitting (yes, she hid in the bridal salon dressing room with her phone and did this!), 2) the wise aunt who honestly will tell you whether something is feasible or not, and 3) the type A planner boss who wields her multi-coloured budget and timeline spreadsheets like a lasso, expertly guiding your hyperactive family through the rehearsal and wedding itself so all you need to do is be present in the moment. Stephanie helped us bring our vision to life from the beginning to the end. We wanted an intimate, fun, elegant, oceanside wedding weekend with our closest friends and family. Stephanie - with her charm, creativity and organizational skills - kept us calm and stress-free. Not only did she allow us and our families to waltz in the day before the wedding without worrying about rentals and dealing with vendors, but she put out fires on the day of the wedding that we didn't even know were happening until after the fact. People around us seemed surprised at how relaxed we were leading up to our wedding and on the day itself. If we couldn't gush enough, there are two specific examples that illustrate how highly we recommend Stephanie. First, our venue increased the prices by 20% after we signed the contract, potentially blowing our budget out of the water by thousands. Stephanie calmly did the groundwork of dozens of back and forth emails and phone calls with the venue and smoothed things over, thereby keeping our relationship with this vendor conflict-free and positive. Other couples were not able to say the same. Second, we were too busy to bother with decor so we gave Stephanie a vision and a budget and she ran with it and surprised us with west coast inspired decor that was more stunning than what we could have imagined. Having spent so much time with Stephanie and her team, we are so grateful for everything she has done to help us get married in the most beautiful, love-filled, and memorable weekend of our life. She treats every couple like they are the only and most important client in the world she is working with, and I never felt like she was too busy for us. To any couple considering hiring Stephanie, do it before someone else does! The only negative thing is no more excited 11pm text messages from Stephanie because she came up with an amazing idea that she can't wait to share! ???? ❤️❤️

We met Stephanie for brunch and had an instant connection. After leaving brunch my husband and I knew we had to hire her. Stephanie was amazing and able to help us get on track and start making decisions on planning our wedding. She made sure to keep us on budget, and she made the planning fun. It gave us so much confidence to have someone with her experience who has seen it all be there throughout the entire process. Stephanie knew not to give me too many options because I had a hard time making decisions, so instead she would narrow the decisions down to three options and I could choose from there. Two months from our wedding date we had to change venues because my husband and I lost confidence in the one we had been planning with. Stephanie was incredibly supportive and had to help us basically replan the entire wedding as the venues were very different. Stephanie is amazing all around! I don't know how I would have gotten through my wedding planning and day without her. We hired her to be our DOC and she was worth every penny. She planned our wedding timeline down to the minute and coordinated with all our vendors in the weeks leading up to the wedding. On the day of instead of having to worry if everything was being set up correctly and running around setting up place cards we could just relax with our respective bridal parties and get ready while Stephanie got everything ready for us at our venue. She stayed through the whole night making sure everything went smoothly and took down everything after we left. The team at Sweetheart Events have every little detail in mind and under control, before the wedding day they arrange all the delivery schedules and timings. When I arrive to set up my cake I know I am coming to a well organized venue, They know where the cake table is, where all the decor (if any) for the cake is and the list goes on to every other details and element in the wedding. To be honest, I thought I didn’t need help with my wedding. I felt very capable of planning my own wedding and actually thoroughly enjoyed it…at first! As I started to realize the realities of a wedding and the added complexities of Covid protocols, I quickly decided I was going to need some superhuman help. In came Beth from Sweetheart Events for the last 2 months before the event, exactly when I needed her. She was always open to chat with me and help me just talk things out. A few times, our conversations would go in circles and we didn’t always get somewhere productive, but our chats always made me feel better. The changing PHOs around organized gatherings definitely did not help things, but Beth was always so optimistic and helped me navigate what it all meant. Then on the actual wedding day was when Beth truly shined. In the morning of the day I found myself with nothing to do and just wanted to help out- “Absolutely not!” said Beth, and she already had it and the next 100 things under control. She was able to think ahead to the next event/task/challenge and handle it immediately. The timeline of the day changed CONSTANTLY but it never phased her. She just went with the flow and made it all work flawlessly! The end of the night was a whirlwind, ending much later than planned. Beth already had it all under control with many things cleaned up, all my things packed into our limo, even including thoughtful touches like our place cards from our head table. Being a huge nerd, I definitely wanted those to add to my scrapbook! If I was looking for a new career, I would want to be a Sweetheart Events girl, and I think that is a true testament to Beth and the Sweetheart Events business. Thank you so much for everything to help make my day so special. If anyone is ever unsure if they need a wedding coordinator, send them my way- I can convince them!

We had hired Stephanie and her crew from SHE to plan our elopement in Whistler back in March and it was absolutely perfect. If you are reading this and are in the process of figuring out a wedding planner, do yourself a favor and look no further. Stephanie was so easy to work with and had so many amazing ideas. Going into wedding planning on our own was totally overwhelming. It was quickly starting to become more and more stressful until we had that first skype call. We had skype'd with a few other wedding planners but once we met Stephanie we knew the second the call was over that she was exactly what we needed. As soon as she was hired, all that stress was gone. Since this was all a new process, we really needed to be able to trust someone to plan our wedding. Neither of us have any experience planning weddings, especially those that are 5000kms away (we are from Newfoundland), so we needed to be able to trust the planner who is essentially crafting one of the most important days of our lives. We are also a couple that are not really big planners for this kind of stuff (my wife works 60-80+ hour weeks and I simply have no sense of wedding planning) so we needed someone to be able to operate on minimal input from us. Not only was she able to create a wedding for us, but she did it exactly to our tastes from getting to know us through maybe about 4 or 5 skype calls. I don't know how she did it, but she did, and with perfection. Meeting with Stephanie from SHE was always a lot of fun. Every time we connected we felt like ours was the only wedding that was being planned. Stephanies time and devotion was unquestioned and it truly felt like we were her only focus. Because of this, she was really able to get to know us individually and as a result our wedding was exactly how we envisioned. The result was very personnally tailored to us. Another thing that stood out was the fact that we connected with her so well. We could carry on and joke about things outside of all the wedding talk which was a nice balance. Stephanie was all around easy to get along with and made the whole process of planning a wedding probably one of the easiest things we've ever experienced, so thank you for keeping us a few years younger! All in all, if we had a list of all the things of what/how a wedding planner should be and we would tick every box as a 10 out of 10. Now that we've experienced working with a wedding planner we are confident we would recommend it to anyone we know that is getting married. We have learnt that you cannot just hire any wedding planner, you need to find one that connects with you and shows a genuine interest in your big day. It was immediately clear that Stephanie is cut out for this kind of thing. Her passion and excitement for our own wedding really caught our attention since we've never received that kind of response anywhere else. Right away she already had great ideas on what to do and where to go which was a nice breath of fresh air. There was no contemplation on hiring Stephanie after our first meeting, we pretty much high-fived each other that night since we could relax again. Although this review is a bit long, if anyone needs a TL;DR it is this: save yourself some stress and hire from SHE!

When we saw that Sweetheart Events was offering a "Valentines Elopement Package" partnered with the amazing Maru Photography, and Da Fiori Floral Design, it just made sense! I saw the beauty in the simplicity and entered the contest! I NEVER imagined that one day I would find myself eloping, I always pictured a traditional ceremony and large reception until it hit me after corresponding with the lovely Stephanie of Sweetheart Designs that this love story was ours, and we did not have to have an elaborate wedding to celebrate the beauty our love holds. Stephanie was extremely accommodating and was incredible at communicating with us! We felt an immediate connection with her, she was so excited to marry us and we felt safe knowing she was the one organizing our special day! The West Coast Elopement Package was perfect! There we stood, on Acadia Beach, facing the beautiful Pacific Ocean, mountains in the background and smiles on our faces. It was the most beautiful moment of our entire lives! Maru Photography is amazing! The way she is so incredibly genuine and captures the most intimate, real, and raw images truly took our breath away. Her work will be with us for the rest of our lives and we couldn't be more thrilled to have been able to work with such talent. Da Fiori Design is a miracle worker with florals. My bouquet fit the scene so well and was beautifully unique. She is a true artist and brings so much value to this package! From planning, to decor, to officiating, to photography, and to florals this package does it ALL! I HIGHLY recommend the West Coast Elopement Package to any and all couples that want to feel the magic and not have to endure the stress of planning a wedding. My advice to all couples considering to elope is to just remember how you arrived to where you are, unconditional love between TWO people. I like to think I'm pretty organised but Sweethearts had spreadsheets, timetables and recommended contacts all ready for us to work through Stephanie also had some great suggestions for the ceremony itself and also functioned as our officiant. On the day/evening, the team made the main event of the reception at the Vancouver Club seamless and allowed us to actual enjoy the evening without all the operational and logistical hassle that comes with any large social event. Our wedding was split between a small group of 16 for the ceremony and intimate dinner and then 120 for the Reception. I strongly endorse Stephanie and her team at Sweethearts!

When it came to planning our wedding I was confident in my vision and the experience I wanted to create for us and our guests, but I was completely overwhelmed with understanding how everything would come together and get executed on the actual day. I knew I’d need a coordinator to lead the organization and day-of logistics. I talked to a few wedding coordinators over the phone but was drawn to Stephanie’s response and invitation for a meet up over coffee. After we met Stephanie I felt sooo relieved and knew right away I wanted to work with her. She was super down to earth and honest with us and was able to sense some of my hesitations right away. She talked us through options and ideas that would work for our needs and I found her really relatable, caring and genuine. Steph equipped me with tons of resources and guidance. I could always rely on her to give me a straightforward and quick reply to any of my questions. It was so helpful knowing she was a call or email away during the planning year. She was fantastic to bounce ideas off with and was my go-to source for whenever I was second guessing something or feeling unsure. The weeks leading up to the big day are when things get real. For us, we wholeheartedly trusted Steph and at this point everything had been passed off to her and her team. Because of this, were able to let go and focus on our family and the upcoming excitement. When we met with the caterer to go over some final reception details I was reminded of how happy I was we made the decision to work with Steph. There were so many extra details that I would never have considered, but Steph, being the pro she is, had everything accounted for and under control. I didn’t have to worry about a thing and instead she and I were able to share a fun meal and some laughs which was a welcomed break in a typically busy time. Our wedding day was seriously absolutely perfect. I had so many guests and family members comment to me on how wonderful Steph was and how impressed they were with how smoothly the day’s events flowed. She and her team enhanced our decor with extra special touches and surprised us the following morning by sending a cute video they’d sneaked of us immediately after the ceremony! Our day would not have been the same without Stephanie. I absolutely recommend that regardless of how organized you are or how simple you think you are keeping your wedding that you invest in coordination or planning help. Stephanie is such a joy and amazing person. I Would highly recommend SHE to all future brides. Elizabeth ensured we kept our timeline in check. She had great suggestions for vendors which made the process easier. Elizabeth also did all our signs. She exceeded in capturing exactly what I had envisioned. Calligraphy was used for our seating chart, favours, table numbers, & aisle. Since the wedding we've been getting so many compliments on our seating chart. They are perfection and incredible to work with. Again, communication with them was delightful.

I cannot say enough about Stephanie and the other girls from Sweetheart Events! It was worth every penny and was the easily the best money we spent in planning our big day! I interviewed several wedding planners from different companies, but when I met Stephanie it was immediately clear that she was exactly the person we wanted! Stephanie is knowledgeable, energetic, reliable and detail oriented. We hired her for the comprehensive planning package in mid October for our wedding in July. Once we had our budget set, she asked us about our priorities for the big day. With this in mind, she organized our budget and sent us vendors and recommendations for everything from venues, to s'mores dessert caterers. Each month she sent an practical list of tasks to help us stay organized and we met to discuss details. She made this process fun and manageable as she guided us through what needed to be accomplished each month. She provided guidance when preparations felt stressful, energy when tasks felt tedious, and expertise when we were just plain lost. She unflinchingly navigated trick family dynamics so that our day remained just that - our day. She created an extensive timeline for the day, then gave this information to the people who needed it. She coordinated timing for everything from hair and makeup, to set-up of the ceremony and reception, photographers, cake pick-up, rentals pick up, bar details, and reception clean up. Talking to our officiant the day before the wedding, she remarked that I sounded remarkably calm and collected. I was able to relax because I was confident that Stephanie had taken care of everything. On the big day, she and her girls we indispensible. The detailed timeline that had been created was now given to the key people - best man, maid of honour, and vendors. As the bride and groom we knew our main times, but did not have to look at the timeline for anything else. It was so liberating to be able to let Stephanie and her staff take care of everything and just focus on enjoying the day! When I first met Stephanie, I had told her I was envious of the groom in planning a wedding. I wanted to buy a dress, get my hair and makeup done, and show up for photos and the ceremony, then enjoy the reception with our close family and friends. She helped make this wish a reality. Stephanie, thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving my husband and I the most beautiful day we could imagine, and for helping me be the bride I wanted to be!

My husband and I hired Stephanie a year ago to be our wedding planner and let me tell you, it was the BEST. DECISION. EVER. My husband and I are from Chicago and we were planning a destination wedding in Squamish, British Columbia. We needed someone who was experienced with destination wedding couples, and that person was Stephanie. To say Stephanie is amazing is an understatement. Stephanie goes above and beyond for her couples. She really cared for us and listened to us to create the wedding we dreamed of. When I got engaged, I expected to be stressed out, but that was not the case since we hired Stephanie. She was truly a great investment to our wedding. Stephanie worked with us month by month to ensure we were on schedule with our wedding planning timeline. She was incredibly detail oriented. She found us options everywhere to help us stick to our budget. Whenever some unexpected crisis came up, she was available to lend her ear and advice, and she always kept cool and provided us with options for resolution. I can't even imagine all of the behind-the-scenes work that was involved with our vendors to prepare for our wedding day. Wedding planning was minimally stressful on our end and we thank her for that. And she was quick on her feet too! A few details didn't go as planned so she improvised something, and it turned out incredibly well, impressing both us and all our guests who were none the wiser. Because of Stephanie, my husband and I got to spend time with our family and friends days before our wedding in Squamish and Vancouver instead of dedicating all of our time to wedding planning. Our wedding was the best day ever! We did not stress about things not going as planned. Because of Stephanie, we were able truly appreciate and enjoy being in the moment on our wedding day. It went by so quickly, but not once were we worried that something would go wrong because we had her by our side. We are so grateful we had Stephanie as our planner. Shawna is a gifted, super organized, professional, and most of all, one of the loveliest ladies you’ll ever meet in this business!! Let me tell you why. My husband and I live outside of BC (unfortunately) and we weren’t sure how to organize a wedding from our location (Saskatchewan). So we found Sweetheart events on google, sent them an email and received a prompt response from boss lady, Stephanie. We scheduled a met (in Vancouver of course, because that’s where I’m from) where she introduced us to wedding planner extraordinaire, Shawna. After this meeting, magic and fireworks exploded everywhere! Shawna would correspond with us via email, phone, FaceTime, owl mail and smoke signals (ok, I’m kidding about the last 2. point is, she got a hold of us!) and advised us of what her research and inquires resulted in and what our options are and if that fit within the budget. When we found something we liked, we’d give her the confirmation of approval, paperwork would get signed, money sent to whomever and voila, vendors were secured! Shawna would act on our behalf when speaking with vendors and would follow-up with us after these meetings. This was a constant back and forth over the months and we were always advised on what those conversations entailed. Any questions we had with the vendor, Shawna had answers, or email addresses or phone numbers to find those answers. Shawna also worked with a spread sheet that was constantly updated from our end and from her. This was how we all kept track of what else needed to be dealt with, resolved, if we were within budget, etc. As wedding day approached, phone calls, emails and the spreadsheet were utilized a great deal to create the dream wedding we hoped for. When wedding weekend/day arrived and Shawna and her crew were effortless. So much so that the wedding went off without a hitch, to the point where I forgot they were there and forgot to thank her for everything (I’m sooo sorry, hopefully this review makes up for it)!!! My point is, once wedding day came and we saw the venue, the signs, the decorations, and how smoothly everything was run, I hardly noticed that there was one super hard working lady in the background. This is a testament to Shawna’s work ethic and organizational skills. As I briefly noted in this essay, I forgot to thank this wonderful person because the wedding went off with so much ease and effortlessness. Although we only booked for a day of coordinator package, she was available for emails and questions throughout the planning process. During some points in planning, I felt like no one understood what I was stressed about when certain issues came up and I cannot begin to express how thankful I was to turn to Beth with my questions. My (now) husband and I first reached out to Stephanie at Sweetheart Events when we were trying to find a venue for our wedding. We didn't know where to start when it came to planning our wedding or what was considered reasonable in terms of costs and terms for the whole wedding shebang which was extremely frustrating and overwhelming. Before hiring a wedding planner, we were most hesitant about the costs and the level of involvement we were looking for from a wedding planner. Then we met Stephanie. We had talked to a couple of other wedding planners over the phone before meeting with Stephanie and we weren't sure about their services and how they could help us with our wedding vision. Stephanie was the first coordinator that we met with in person (we were planning on meeting a couple of others but she made such a great first impression so we hired her that day). When we met with her, she gave us a variety of different packages that worked for us and our budget. When looking at spending a small fortune on a wedding it's difficult to imagine spending more money on what may not seem like a crucial expense. However, hiring Stephanie was hands down the best decision that we made during the wedding planning process. Not only did she far surpass any expectations we had for a wedding planner but she also provided her services at an incredible value. Both my husband and I had a really good feeling from day one that she would be able to help us create our dream wedding and we knew she were right for us. Knowing that all her expertise was a short text, email, phone call or coffee away really helped us get through the wedding craze while keeping our sanity. Plus, you really can't go wrong with coffee and donuts! During the beginning of wedding planning Stephanie provided invaluable vendor recommendations to meet our vision and our budget. Our photographer and videographer that Stephanie recommended were awesome and we absolutely loved working with them and being able to use Stephanie’s connections. Another amazing part of Stephanie’s services was how often she was able to come meet with us to hash out ideas and her willingness to go to the venue with us in person. If we were super stressed out or something went wrong, she was always available and provided suggestions to help get us past the hurdle. She was always prompt in answering emails and would always find time to speak with us on the phone regardless of how many weddings she had on the go. As we got closer to the date, having Stephanie take over coordination with the vendors and create a timeline of how the day would unfold gave us great peace of mind and helped us focus on other wedding priorities. The bottom line is that hiring Sweetheart Events to help coordinate our wedding was the smartest wedding decision that we made. From the first meeting with Stephanie, my husband and I couldn't wait to work with her. She is very friendly and positive, which was awesome for all the times I was nervous/stressed/worried. We booked a venue which didn't require much changing (i.e. linens and chairs included, catering in-house, etc) and therefore we only really needed a Day-of Coordinator. We also booked Stephanie's services to help with set-up and take-down of décor. I had not been a part of, or even attended many weddings before planning my own so I had a LOT of questions. Stephanie helped me through all of my (sometimes stupid) questions and gave lots of amazing suggestions. She prepared a great timeline for us and included all my requests. Stephanie also confirmed a number of my vendors and made me feel really calm going into the big day. On the wedding day her team was outstanding helping with set up and take down. Stephanie also helped our MCs throughout the night, although events did get behind schedule quite a bit. Although this was probably more on our MCs, or I should have been more clear on who should take the lead and if we wanted to follow the exact timeline. Other than that, there is nothing I would have changed and I would highly recommend Sweetheart Events to any bride.

We are way over due for this review, and mostly because this is one review we did not want to rush. Stephanie went above and beyond with the intimacy, realness, and passion she brought officiating our wedding. Now before we go on, it is important to note that we are located in Calgary, and our wedding was in Vancouver and we were able to only have one official zoom meeting with Stephanie to go through our "love story" and for her to get a sense of who we are as a couple. During the zoom call she made us feel excited, comfortable and at ease, it felt like we had known her for years. Fast forward to our wedding day, Stephanie was prompt and organized and she even set up her phone to record our ceremony! To be honest we don't like to be recorded, however we were so thankful & greatful that she did this for us as my husbands parents could not attend the wedding due to COVID, and it allowed us to share our special day with them. Our ceremony was small with less than fifteen people, and every single person came up to us after the ceremony making sure to let us know how beautiful, intimate, and real it was...even strangers who stopped to watch the ceremony! I am positive that a lot of these compliments were due to the way Stephanie officiated our ceremony. She brought enthusiasm and excitement, and made us feel so at ease the entire time. She shared our story as though she was a friend and really brought to life our story that encapsulated us. I don't think there are enough words to truly express how thankful we were to have Stephanie part of our big day, and could not imagine any one else officiating us. If you are hesitant or thinking if you should go with Stephanie wether it is for officiating or wedding planning i highly recommend Stephanie. If we had a larger wedding there is no doubt we would have hired Stephanie and her team to plan our special day as well. Oh! Important to note, COVID is crazy and our venues and regulations are changing at all times...Stephanie can officiate all over the lower mainland which is a huge bonus! Sweetheart Events are absolutely fantastic! Stephanie and Shawna were amazing from the moment we made our first enquiries to our wedding day and beyond. They created our dreamed intimate wedding while keeping our budget and personalities in mind. For that, they were the best investment. Shawna was our planner, she was a dream come true! If you're looking for a lovely, good energy, flexible and down to earth Officiant, Stephanie is your gal! We loved working with her. She provided a premium service; including fast and precise communications. We only gave her a month to coordinate our intimate signing ceremony and she was able to tailor it to exactly how we envisioned it. We had a couple of hiccups during our ceremony due to mother nature, and she still remained professional and calm. I would highly recommend her!

HIRE SHE! I had Kathlene as my 8 weeks take over coordinator but she meant SO MUCH MORE. She went above and beyond answering all my emails and texts ever since we met in February. She had plans A-Z (and probably even lower case a-z). We had so many changes and uncertainties due to Covid but she had answers for all my questions and concerns and made the whole intense and stressful process super stress-free. She is extremely organized and had everything colour coordinated. My bridesmaids and parents were in awe during our rehearsal just watching SHE Team taking the lead. Kathelen also designed my signs and stationary and arranged my florals with Celsia. SHE Team is simply kind, professional, talented and passionate. JUST HIRE SHE AND YOU’LL BE THE HAPPIEST BRIDE!
