I am the Events Director at Arta Gallery and recently had the privilege of working with Trevor to host a private event for one of his clients. He is creative, exceptionally organized, quirky with a great sense of humor and overall an excellent planner to work with. His level of professionalism, integrity and efficiency are unparalleled. In working with many planners over the span of my career, Trevor exceeded my expectations and did a wonderful job executing this event. Not only were his clients more than pleased with his hard work, but everyone in collaboration with the party was grateful for his accommodating manner. We loved working with Trevor at our gallery and hope to do so again in the future.

Where should I start? Trevor was more than we could ever have hoped for in a wedding planner. He worked with us tirelessly to create our perfect day, and all his efforts showed in the results. We had the best day! And it was largely because of him. To begin with, we were planning our wedding in Toronto, while living in Budapest, and coordinating with family in Israel, Sweden, Greece, the US... It was quite the endeavour. Trevor didn't even bat an eye. He worked with the time differences and found ways for us to communicate whenever we needed to. I was in Toronto for one week, and Trevor managed to cram in the vast majority of the meetings that we needed to have and did it all without breaking a sweat. In fact, he made it so much fun and so entertaining. The stress really just melted away. Trevor really has a network of amazing vendors that he works with, and he rigorously tests their quality. Because of this, we had so many options to choose from in terms of decor, photography, videography, etc. We ended up with vendors that fit not just our vision, but our personalities. It made the day so much more fun! In fact, the one vendor we didn’t have a choice with was the caterer. The venue signed with him after we signed with the venue, and we had to use them. They were the only ones who caused us trouble (and they tried hard to be as difficult as possible!) but Trevor handled them both diplomatically and effectively. It was such a relief to have Trevor in our corner. We would have spent a lot more time, energy, and money if he weren’t there to fight for us. The day of the wedding came together seamlessly. If there was any problem, we don't know about it. Our ceremony was beautiful, the party was a blast, and everyone still talks about it. We couldn't have done it without Trevor. We wish we had another party to hire him for! We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a hands-on, quality-oriented planner, who is willing to go the extra mile (or 4,000!) to make your day extra special.

Trevor was amazing! We had been looking for about a month at venues in Toronto and had not been able to find somewhere unique that was affordable to us. We finally called Trevor and he helped us get all the details pinned down quickly! We did go over budget, but he always warned us if we were booking something that would push us over. He also gave us plenty of options for all the vendors at various price points to show us a range of services out there. The day of the wedding we weren't stressed at all as we knew Trevor would take care of everything (which he did)! Our wedding was on August 25 and we hired Trevor as our Month-Of Coordinator – one of the best decisions we made during the whole planning process. I’ve planned events professionally before, so it was really nice to have someone else take care of the details for once. He helped us think of things we hadn’t thought of, worked to make the venue look beautiful in the span of an allotted two hours (a tremendous feat!), and he has an infinite amount of patience. If I had a piece of advice for others, it would be to hire him for the whole process. You will save yourself a lot of unnecessary grief and be able to focus on what matters most – a beautiful wedding.

If you think you don't need a wedding planner, think again. That was us, until I realized that the wedding co-ordinator at our event was not going to keep track of all the vendors we had for the day to run smoothly. My hubby-to-be still didn't think we needed Trevor...until we had the rehearsal night, and he saw exactly what Trevor did in the background. The only thing I insisted on having was Trevor and he was worth every penny! We highly recommend Trevor to handle any event you are having because you will not regret it! Everything you read here about how amazing of a job he does is true. We have not one single complaint at all. We worked with Trevor for about a year leading up to our wedding. I thought the process may be overwhelming or stressful at times given my husband and I are both career-driven and keep busy schedules, however Trevor did an excellent job giving us the right guidance to make it an enjoyable experience. He spread out tasks over the course of the year so that as we approached our wedding date there wasn’t much left to do. He was fun to work with, direct, and organized. I work in events and for the majority of our engagement I thought I didn't need to hire a coordinator to assist ... I was wrong. Hiring Trevor was probably the best choice we made for our wedding (including our choice of spouse..? We'll get back to you on that one). We opted for his full wedding planning package and we're glad we did. He kept us on track throughout the whole planning process, and made the actual wedding day work so smoothly. Things just happened, without us even having to think about them. Best of all, Trevor took the time to really "get" us, so our wedding reflected who we are, instead of what the "average" couple tends to want. Trevor is also hilarious, with a fierce and freakishly good encyclopedic knowledge of useless movie trivia.

You know how James Bond always pulls off these amazing moves while looking badass, but really Q, M, and Moneypenny are behind the scenes making him look so good? Well, like them, Trevor is the unseen and unsung hero of weddings. We hired him for month of coordination. Being a Type-A personality, and also a television producer, I knew that I did not want to slip into my producer brain on my wedding day. As soon as he came on board, Trevor took over all of the communications with vendors, and I had nothing to worry about. If I had any questions, he would get the answer as soon as he could. He was also a very valuable resource to have in brainstorming the logistics of a wedding day. If it was left up to me, things might have been skipped, we would have ordered way too much food, and the bar would have run out. Trevor knows all of the realistic intricacies about wedding day expectations, and was patient in explaining them to us, which was a godsend. Plus, he never tried to up-sell us on any vendors that were out of our budget range. On the big day, Trevor was like this wizard who already had everything done before I could even think to ask about it. We were so relaxed, and we never were confused about what was happening next in the order of events. Plus, he's hilarious and charming! I think our entire family fell in love with his wit and sense of humour. The whole day was smooth sailing. Going into our wedding planning, I said that people only remember the food and the music, so that's where our money should go. Now that the wedding is over, I will now amend that to include investing in a wedding planner... but not just any planner. Trevor and the Trevents team will go above and beyond any demand. BOOK THEM!

First off, Trevor was terrific. I am an extremely organized person and love planning (events, trips, you name it), so I didn't think I needed a wedding planner. However, after going to a friend’s wedding and seeing how stressed she was the month leading up to the wedding and the day of, I thought a wedding planner could be a good idea after all. So, I started looking for a month of/day of wedding planner. My then fiancé and I met with Trevor over Zoom, and immediately decided that we needed him. Trevor was not only very organized, knowledgeable and professional, but had such a positive and fun energy. We knew he was someone we’d want to spend the day with on our wedding day. We decided to go with the Wedding Month Management package. A month before the wedding, Trevor and I had a very thorough planning meeting and carefully reviewed all the vendor contracts. Throughout the rest of the month, Trevor liaised with all the vendors and sent me kind reminders anytime he needed an answer from me. He was very responsive and noted every little detail I mentioned. That’s when I really started to realize how grateful I was that we had decided to hire him. I was even more grateful on the day of! As someone who is extremely Type A and wants to control everything, I was able to just let go and enjoy the day; because I knew Trevor was taking care of it. Trevor had prepared a very comprehensive and detailed schedule to ensure things ran smoothly and everyone knew where to be and when. If there was an issue, he took care of it right away and we barely had time to notice. On top of all that, we also just genuinely enjoyed Trevor’s presence! If you’re looking for an amazing wedding planner (or not looking yet because you still think you don’t need one), I would highly recommend Trevor. To this day, it’s one of the best wedding decisions we made.

Trevor saw our time as valuable. Looking back, there was so much to do and so many vendors needing answers. Having Trevor to assist and take on whatever we needed was truly priceless. The BIG Day: All I can say about our wedding day is that from our vantage point nothing went wrong. It was a perfect day and whatever issues did arise...they were not ours to deal with. You spend so much time, energy and money on this one day...you need to make sure you put yourself in a position where you can enjoy all of the hard work you have done. This is where Trevor shines and we are still receiving comments from guests about how helpful he was that day. We honestly cannot say enough about Trevor. It was a delight working with him and the amount of great feedback we have received from our wedding is definitely in parts because of his ability to execute a plan beautifully. If you are on the fence about whether or not you need a wedding coordinator, from one bride to another bride/groom, Trevor and his team will be the best money you will spend on your big day.

We booked Trevor for the whole wedding process, which was a year before our wedding. We had him for the year and he was worth every penny. I would not change anything about the way Trevor handled our wedding. He was professional, organized and I could of not done it without him throughout the wedding process and especially on the day of. Everyone at my wedding commented on how organized my wedding was and how it ran on schedule perfectly. Trevor made sure everything ran on schedule and provided us with a detailed itinerary, which he followed right up to the last detail. I hired Trevor for wedding planning because on first impression he seemed well organized, showed us all these timetables and notes along with his emergency kit. I would give him 0 stars (if possible) because the below was written in our contract which he failed: - Support unlimited via telephone, email and text to be returned within 48 hours or sooner (FALSE- he was not responsive within 48 hours) - 2 Vendor recommendations per category (FALSE, he only pushed one and then if you push for another to compare he would give you someone who does not meet your criteria) - Assisting with choosing the right vendors for you and your budget (False- he knows limited vendors and recommended Vista Print for my invitations when we were more of a high end wedding not DIY) - Act as liaison between your vendors and you (TRUE if you don't mind an unprofessional individual representing you). Trevor was rude to a highly reputable make-up artist studio in Toronto that I asked to get quoted. He became frustrated with their receptionist and hung up on her. They advised me of his behavior. Trevor also advised me that things such as make-up was not a "rush" to book for the wedding and then when the vendors of my choice were booked up, he got frustrated and took it out on the vendor. Trevor in my opinion lacks professionalism, customer service, organization and above all experience. When I communicated my disappointment his response was "I agree that this is the best course of action. Good luck with your wedding! " ....point proven that he lacks customer service. True customer service means making your client happy and making it right even though you may not always agree. I truly felt disappointed with Trevor. He ended up costing us not only money but time.

I am so grateful we decided to use the services of Trevents for my daughter's wedding. I am the MOB (mother of the bride) and can say having Trevents at my daughter's wedding allowed me to completely enjoy the day. The last thing you want to do at your child's wedding is worry about making sure the photographer, the florist, the venue, etc. are all doing what they are supposed to - you should be enjoying the day worry free. Trevor absolutely makes your day worry free. He is professional and experienced. Trevor, our wedding planner extraordinaire, helped us get the wedding of our dreams. When my husband and I got engaged back in Jan 2016, I first reached out to Trevor to help me plan our wedding. But, it wasn't until Sept 2017 that we finally seriously considered hiring Trevor, because we thought we could do this all on our own (Not! LoL). When we signed the contract and hired Trevor for the "Full Wedding Management Services", Trevor set-up a meeting with us right away and drafted a time-line to ensure that we get the ball to start rolling. Trevor is amazing and very detail-oriented. He is efficient and always think 2-3 steps ahead. He kept us grounded and within our budget, while allowing us the freedom to splurge on certain things that really matter to us for the wedding. Somehow, Trevor found ways so we can save more money and spend less. He even volunteered to become our iPod DJ for the night and folded napkins for us. Trevor is always easily reachable and gives notices when he will be busy with other weddings. We like that Trevor gives you his utmost attention whenever you need him. Trevor is very knowledgeable of the wedding industry and he will connect you with all the wedding vendors that fits your budget and your vision. On our big day, Trevor made sure that everything was in place. He made sure that everyone in our wedding party was prepared and adjusted and ready to go before they step down the aisle. He is very experienced working with children, dogs and even family dramas. He adapted very well and remained calm whenever sudden changes occur. Most of all, Trevor is very genuine with his actions. He really cares about you and want to ensure that you and everyone else around you are happy. He took several moments of alone time with me and my husband before we step down the aisle. For a loud and chaotic large group of friends and families with different personalities, Trevor is able to unite everyone and take in-charge of the situation. I initially wasn’t planning on hiring a month-of-coordinator, thinking I could save some money and take on that role myself. Am I ever glad I came to my senses!!! We had to bring in essentially everything into our venue - from lighting, to tables, to supplying our own bar.
