My husband and I are so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Caitlin O'Malley from Love is Love Weddings. Cait and her assistant were extremely professional, very well organized, proactive and provided quality customer service. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Elaine provided prompt response throughout the wedding planning process. Due to the venue location (Aviation museum), we could not set-up the décor the evening prior to our wedding day. Cait had to coordinate all the details with the caterer, décor specialist, florist, DJ, Limo and even set-up our DIY décor etc. The list went on and on. Our wedding day went seamless in the exception of our Limo service. The limo never showed up to pick-up the groom and groomsmen. However, Cait was ready for a situation like this and took matters into her own hands. Most importantly, Cait made us feel like her number one priority and always kept us in the loop. On the wedding day, we were blissfully unaware of last minute problems as Cait effectively managed all issues which is exactly what we wanted :). We highly recommend Cait, as there is no task too small or too large that she cannot do! All and all the day of the event everything fell into place and everyone had an amazing time.

My husband Paul and I just got married on August 20, 2016 and we had an outdoor wedding in the country an hour away from Ottawa in Low, QC. We were a little intimidated as our guest list was close to 200 people and we didn't realize how much goes into an outdoor wedding. We decided to hire a wedding coordinator for the day as we knew how busy we will be. We went on Facebook and found Cait O'Malley from Love is Love. We had our first meeting with her a little more than a month before the wedding and I think she could tell how nervous I was. She was very attentive and kind. She listened to everything we wanted and went through all of our contracts to make sure we were on the right track. She was very accommodating and patient and she kept in touch almost daily, making sure that everything was being done through the vendors. The day of the wedding, she made sure that everything was executed. She had our schedule and followed it through to the very end! From the table setting (Which was done beautifully and exactly how I imagined) to making sure that the midnight snack was put out on time.....She even bustled my dress for me :) She had an assistant who was also very helpful. She had juice and granola bars ready on hand and was always at my side making sure everything was going smoothly. I highly recommend hiring the staff at Love is Love as our wedding probably wouldn't have gone so smoothly and perfectly. Not only did we enjoy working with her, we also gained a friend. We hired Cait as our coordinator and she was absolutely incredible. I never intended to get a coordinator or day of planner. I started inquiring and when I met Cait, I knew I needed her. She was the best money spent on our wedding. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, she coordinated with all my vendors to arrange a day of timeline and final details/deliveries etc. And on the day of, she was amazing. She made sure everything went off without a hitch, she dealt with a few issues that came up and even arranged some of my DIY decor to better suit the room. Cait O'Malley is the person you go to when you want to get things done, and done well. We first came to her in 2017 with a vision for an elegant and tasteful Harry Potter-inspired wedding, and over the last two years we worked with her to execute an absolutely flawless event which will be talked about by our guests for years to come! With a wedding of around 230 people, it's absolutely incredible that almost nothing went wrong, and that is all due to her efforts. Honestly, we gave her a tough job. This was a big wedding which fused two different cultures; it was themed, but while we wanted that theme to be highlighted we didn't want it to feel tacky or overdone; we had a specific vision for certain aspects of the wedding that resulted in a number of different vendors; we also initially had a relatively small budget -- especially for the number of guests. But Cait was realistic from day one. She was honest and forthright about how some of our expectations would have to be adjusted to fit our needs, and was able to help us gauge a more realistic budget for what we wanted to have done. She was also able to coordinate all of the various vendors so that we got exactly what we needed from them without us having to be the ones to contact/manage them, and the result was beyond stunning with minimal effort on our part. It was a truly magical day, and though we went in to the venue not really sure what to expect, we came out blown away by the magic she was able to work to bring our vision to life. Everything looked perfect. Her efforts in coordinating vendors, managing contracts, and accommodating our various requests resulted in everything going off without a hitch. This was especially apparent on the day, as her coordination efforts kept the machine well oiled and running smoothly without us having to lift a finger. We were free to get lost in the experience and build memories that will last a lifetime. Cait and her team worked efficiently, were well organized, and ran the show like nobody's business.

Bourbon and Bloom absolutely brought our “English Royals” wedding theme to life - from design to implementation. I was brought to tears when Cait showed me our ballroom (pics below). Cait’s relaxed attitude was super helpful throughout the wedding planning process, and she kept us on time and making decisions. I really liked that she got to know my husband and I so she could make design and vendor recommendations that fit. My favourite advice from Cait as we were planning our wedding was: any time we start saying “we should” is when we know we’re catering to other people’s tastes/expectations - this made sure our wedding day so “us.”

When we were initially meeting with potential wedding planners, Cait was the first and only one we met with. We knew right from the beginning that she was the right person to plan our wedding. She was relaxed but very detail oriented. She was very thorough with getting to know us, our style, preferences, etc. The fact that she wanted to make our wedding completely reflect us was very important. When we were presented with her initial plan, we were blown away with her creativity and stunning design. Through the entire process Cait was very supportive, informative, and attentive to our needs. The entire process was quite stress-free on my part. On the big day, unfortunately Cait couldn't be there as she was having a baby! Holly stepped in to ensure our day went according to plan. When we walked in to see everything set up, I was absolutely floored by how well everything came together and how beautiful it was! Holly executed everything perfectly and I was left to enjoy every second of my wedding day stress-free. I can't recommend Bourbon & Bloom enough!!!

Cait was awesome throughout the whole process!! I hired her to decorate the venue and since she already had a full wedding execution that day she had one of her collegues, Julie, do the decorating for me. I met with Cait prior to the wedding and sent her pictures describing my vision. She relayed every detail to Julie. I met with Julie the day of the wedding and gave her creative freedom if she felt some of my ideas needed to be tweaked!! I was amazed at how she brought my vision to life! I got married at Stonefields which is an amazing venue to begin with but having my own personal touches was really important to me! We were having issues trying to find a spot to store all the decorations after the wedding but Cait quickly found a solution.

I met Cait from Bourbon & Bloom for a quick meet and greet because I was looking for someone to design our wedding, and I ended up hiring her immediately for design and day-of execution. After several discussions to get to know us, she created a custom design that outlined everything from the florals to the table settings. Cait and the B&B team were highly recommended to me by a friend who had used her services for her own wedding. I could never have pictured in the beginning of 2019 when I started to plan my wedding what an a amazing professional Cait is. BC (Before Covid) Cait reached out to and coordinated with all vendors, offering insight and suggestions when I was on the fence about different choices. She understood and built on my vision in ways that were creative and practical (budget conscious). AC (After Covid) we faced 3 consecutive postponements before deciding to scrap the wedding all together and doing a smaller legal affair. Each time Cait coordinated with every vendor to determine their postponement policy and re-book them for our new date. The amount of coordination she took on was unbelievable and I would never have been able to do it myself.
