I used these services for my wedding and found the manager very helpful, quick to reply, and super professional. Thebhave a great selection if party items at good prices. The items I rented saved me a lot of money and space considering after my wedding I didnt have to figure out what I was going to do with 20 lanterns. My only tip is make sure you check every item on your order when things are picked up/delivered. Thank you!

I could not believe the response from this company when our wedding tent reservation was mixed-up. I had asked for and also had invoice stating I had reserved a 40x60 tent, but their system showed 2 20x30 tents were booked for my wedding. This would have been half the square footage of what I actually asked for. When the problem was discovered, they were only able to offer a set-up with less square footage than what I originally wanted. We couldn't accept this option, so booked a tent with another company and had to pay a lot of extra $$. I was very calm and polite throughout the entire debacle, and asked only if they could throw in a few free decorations to offset the extra cost and inconvenience of the experience. Their response to this was basically "Get lost, we're not going to do anything for you. We didn't make a mistake, you did by not realizing that 2 20x30 tents don't equal a 40x 60." Well, excuse me for not understanding how your tents fit together. I only asked for the square footage I needed, not the individual pieces that would be required. Absolutely terrible customer service and terrible response by blaming the customer for their mistake.

Mercedes and her team were awesome and went the extra mile to ensure our wedding day went off without a hitch; from her expertise helping with décor to bringing last minute items we forgot about. Her set up crew was phenomenal, they were so helpful answering every question we had and worked tirelessly to ensure everything was perfect. Would give 10 stars if we could. Use them for any event!
