I had an amazing experience with Neha & her team. As a wedding photographer who's shot over 100+ weddings thus far, I have experienced the difference between a good and bad wedding coordinator/planner as well as weddings that have no professional coordinator at all. I can say that Neha and her team is BEYOND good; they are the BEST in the GTA. From the first day I reached out to Neha, she was all hands on deck insuring that any fine details I may have missed was completely tuned. She contacted all my vendors and handled all the administrative and very important tasks from day 1 even before the wedding day ensuring that I was organized and felt good about all of it. Neha offered a listening ear when I needed to vent and made sure that she found a solution to any wedding planning related items right away. On the day of my wedding, I didn't even move a finger. I had Neha's assistant with me from morning and she stuck by me until the reception constantly making sure that I had everything I needed or wanted. I literally felt like a princess on my wedding day because of Neha and her team. AND I wasn't the only one who noticed the hard work, dedication and professionalism. Till this day, I still get complimented on how smooth the transition was on my wedding. It was one of the more challenging timelines having getting ready at 3am, photos at 8am, hindu ceremony at 2pm followed by reception at 6pm; all on the same day - having everything run on time and having vendors show up & managing 350+ guests and get everything done on time was a task that had to be monitored and Neha and her team executed it all profoundly and to the T. I would highly recommend SAWC planners for any wedding planning and coordination. Their attention to detail, experience and professionalism had me and all my guests in awe and I was able to enjoy my day to its entirety knowing that I had such a reliable team.

Hiring Neha and her team at SAWC Wedding planners was the best thing we did at our wedding. We got engaged in March and the wedding was planned for September so time was of the essence. We knew it was going to be a fairly large wedding covering five days and that we needed to get a good handle on our budget and to try and be smart about our spending. Initially we thought we could do it on our own but very quickly we realized that with our busy work schedules we wouldn’t have time to find all the vendors we needed nor would we have time to do all the online research. We decided to hire Neha and the complete package to handle all the details and vendors and we are so glad we did. She had a wealth of experience with all the recommended vendors. All we had to do was choose one from each handful that she recommended. Anytime we had an issue with anything, Neha took care of it. All the vendors we spoke to knew Neha right away and we knew we were on the right path. The week of wedding went absolutely flawlessly. Nothing was missed and nothing went wrong. Neha was always there for us and we never felt stressed at any point during the wedding planning or during the week of our wedding. I’m writing this review for Neha from SWAC to share the great experiences I had while planning my proposal for my finance for Dec 31. It’ll be amiss on my part if I don’t mention the fact that it was in the height of COVID and we literally were in lockdown until 3 days from the day of proposal. I reached out to top wedding planners in the GTA area and spoke to 8 different planners only to go with Neha as I was very impressed with her vision and how she was willing to make my idea and thoughts happen come what may. I was really impressed with the way Neha provided me plans B/C/D etc. given that restrictions in GTA area were evolving. Once I signed on with Neha 2 months before the proposal, I had regular conversations with Neha, bouncing ideas about the vision and plan for the proposal. We were able to finalize the plan and vision within a couple of weeks and then figured out our top options for venues and vendors for decor, props, videographer, photographer and other plans for proposal. The proposal plan was very complex as it was a scavenger hunt themed to capture things that were close to both, my fiancée and I but Neha and her team ensured that everything was taken care of in the best possible manner. My decision to go with Neha was further vindicated when 2 days before the proposal, my photographer tested positive for COVID but before telling me about this news, Neha made sure to finalize another photographer within a few hours and shared that with me. I was very impressed by her dedication to make sure everything went per the original plans. She made sure to have regular check ins with me to provide me updates as well as let me know if she had new information from the vendors. Finally, she also helped me execute everything as planned by working with the decor team, hotel and photographer/videographer. I can whole heartedly recommend her services for planning your life’s most important events and rest assured her team will make sure the events turn into lifelong memories to cherish. We hired SAWC planners 1 month before our wedding. They were one of the few vendors we didn't realize we needed, but greatly appreciated after our event was done. Our wedding was roughly 650 people and its a huge challenge to organize and plan for a group of this size. These guys are extremely professional and effective. We met with Neha during our initial consultation and she assigned Bisma to our wedding for the day of. What really helped us was that they themselves were very organized. Before the wedding, they made the things they needed from us very clear and we didn't have to go back and forth to finish our planning. Because of SAWC, my wife and I were finished with wedding planning 5 days before the actual date, which was huge for us because we were able to simply enjoy our day. During the day of, Bisma and her team were crucial in ensuring that everything happened on time. From getting out of our respective homes for the wedding ceremony in the morning till the end of our reception program, Bisma and her team were with us all along the way. I highly recommend these guys to anyone wanting to hire a wedding planner!! They know what they're doing!!

We hired Neha and her team at SAWC Planners to help coordinate our Mehndi & Sangeet Night, Wedding Day and Reception in the Summer of 2019. We had a fusion Hindu/Sikh ceremony on the same day followed one after the other. The Wedding day venue being Guild Inn Estate and Guild Inn Park made the setup and execution paramount. From the initial phone consultation, to the timeline meetings, to the venue visits, the big days and days following the events, Neha and her team worked extremely hard to make sure everything was done in accordance with our guidelines, timeline and wishes. They did so with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a warm smile to all our guests, family and vendors. As a couple we knew that we required a coordinator but this truly hit home during the weeks leading up to the big day as Neha was constantly on the phone with various Vendors making sure that the timelines for each day were clear, making any adjustments and providing her invaluable experience on potential or possible pitfalls during execution of the various events. For us Neha was a phone call away, no matter whether it was day or night to answer any questions and to take care of any last-minute things we overlooked. Neha and her team truly went over and beyond for us. Not only did she provide the reassurances that she had everything under control but we witnessed that first hand with her flawless execution. Our guests complimented us on how elegant and seamlessly the events flowed without any issues. Weddings are expensive, couples will certainly spend a significant amount on the venue, décor, entertainment, food, etc but will overlook the most critical part being the execution and how all of these all come together. This can only be done with the assistance of a coordinator/planner. Without a coordinator/planner you could honestly spend a significant amount without your guests noticing it or appreciating it; unless, everything flows on the big day. The only way to have that is to hire someone like Neha and her team who have more than a decade’s worth of experience. We certainly made a wise decision to hire Neha and her team and truly can’t thank them enough. They made the process less stressful for us, so that we could actually enjoy each and every event. They paid attention to the fine detail – they made a timeline for each day and stuck to it. They get it done – when it matters the most! My husband and I would like to acknowledge how incredible Neha and her team are! They helped us plan our covid-19 micro wedding last year and provided day of coordination services for our Indian wedding ceremony on Oct 17, 2020. Neha and her team ensured the arrangements were excellent and our families didn’t have to stress about the small things on our special day. As a bride, I can actually say that I enjoyed my wedding day so much because Neha made sure she took care of everything and there was nothing for me and my husband to get anxious about leading up to our big day! We both actually enjoyed the day laughing and mingling with our friends, family & guests and just taking in how blessed we were to still be able to get married during a global pandemic! All our guests felt safe to attend our outdoor wedding in Vaughan, were engaged in the activities and commented on how the day was so organized because of the "tiny boss lady" who made sure the ceremony and other bridal party activities occurred as per schedule. In fact, thanks to Neha’s attention to plan details we were ahead of schedule which is quite unheard of for Indian weddings! Unfortunately, our wedding plans got impacted by the global pandemic in 2020 causing us to reschedule our original wedding day. Neha was the saving grace who I got introduced to through another vendor and boy did I get lucky!!! She was up to date on all the provincial restrictions impacting wedding industry and presented with "out of the box" solutions to tackle all our challenges while keeping everyone's safety as the utmost priority. It was truly a very confusing and stressful time for many wedding vendors in the summer of 2020 and most of the planning leading up to our wedding day had to happen then. Neha was extremely professional and handled all communication with the venue beautifully. She understood our needs as well as the budget and could negotiate with the venue staff to ensure we don’t lose our event rental deposit and are still able to host a wedding dinner and a safe experience for our family. As first timers, we had no idea how much work goes into wedding planning. Neha provided us a handy dandy checklist which essentially became a very easy to follow to-do list for us to make progress. Neha is magical with her words and was my go to person whenever I needed a pick me up from the wedding planning stress! Honestly, working with Neha was a fantastic experience. As a fairly organized bride, I was happy to find a planner who could help me put all of the pieces together. She also did a great job of leading our meetings with our venues to help us fill in gaps that my husband and I hadn’t thought of. From the first meeting, Neha set the expectation for how things would go, and what they would be responsible for. They delivered on their promises and exceeded all expectations. In Toronto weddings are expensive considering all of the vendors required, but the best investment we had made was in the SAWC team. They provided so much value. From the moment we met Neha and Kulsoom, we knew we were in good hands. BUT… what we were really blown away by, is their execution on the day off the events! Kulsoom was coordinating the day off, and she did a phenomenal job in ensuring everything goes as per planned, providing guidance and direction to our friends and family and really just making sure things flow! We don’t even know what went on behind the scenes any of days because Kulsoom and the team were just focused on making sure we enjoy our time, attend our needs and they took care of the other stuff. Even our families just had to SHOW UP to the event half hour before and not worry much about logistical matters! Besides just the logistical support, their emotional support was so heart-warming as well. They even made sure we got to EAT at our own wedding!!!! Furthermore, what we particularly appreciated about them is that made the effort to build a relationship with our parents too. And, although our families didn’t quite understand why we needed a planner at first, they all admit the only reason things went as smoothly as they did and the reason we were able to enjoy the events and spend quality time with friends and family was because we had the SAWC team taking care of everything for us! Honestly, we cannot say this enough but hiring you guys was hands down the best decision we made! If you want yourselves and your families to be stress-free on the day off, you guys need to hire them!

During our ceremony and reception, they was one person with the bride, groom and at the venue to ensure everything was going smoothly. Even when some things were missing or fell out of place, they were quick to think on their feet and come up with a solution without having to stress us out. We worked with Neha Chopra from South Asian Wedding Centre and I must say what a delight she is to work with! She comes extremely organized and is full of creativity and innovative ideas. We spent few very late nights planning the wedding and reception details and she basically took off a huge load off our back. She was present at the wedding event early morning to look over décor, sound and other details. Neha took full charge during the wedding and made sure all events are executed in a timely manner. She coordinated the bride groom entrance songs and bridesmaids entry as well. Since our wedding and reception was the same day, she had to run around coordinating the reception details as well. It seems like you would be able to handle everything but its best to let friends and family enjoy and let professional wedding planning assistance take over. We got married last year and I cant say enough good things about Neha and her team. Our day was absolutely flawless because of her coordination of the wedding. All the decisions regarding how the ceremony was to take place was made between the family and the Gurudwara. The wedding planners don’t have anything to do with it.

Flawless planning and execution! We booked Neha 8 months before our wedding. Ever since our first meeting, Neha was extremely enthusiastic about planning our big day. What impressed us the most was Neha’s prompt communication and attention to detail (we loved the personalized welcome sign at her office). She created a google drive where we shared contracts, budgets and itineraries. This made the whole process extremely efficient and allowed us to focus on all the details. Neha did all the due diligence with all our vendors leading up to the events so they were all the same page. Booking Neha from SAWC planners was hands down the best decision we made. My husband and I had a jam packed 3 day wedding which Neha helped plan and execute perfectly. I was worried about undertaking such a large project given that my wedding was the first in the family and that I had limited family around to help me organize. Neha was the sister I never had.
