I live in Central NL, and my Mom lives in the city. I have ordered arrangements to be delivered to her a number of times over the years by telephone and website. We have NEVER been disappointed by the fast, professional, beautifully creative, fresh floral arrangements. Not once. ???? Quality is second to none, true artists. I would never order from anywhere else. The Valentine's (2021) NL Chocolate Co. add-on option was such a great treat. Made my Moms day! ???? See you for Easter! Cheers!

The best high end flower shop in town. Pricey tho. Also seemed to have noticeably higher prices of arraignments during flower intensive dates like mothers day, valentines etc. Use your own discretion.

Recently received a very floppy arrangement that was certainly not "award-winning", "modern", or "bespoke" as per their Studio description on IG. I voiced my concerns to a salesperson who said manager was not available at that time and was guided to one of their senior designers who was belittling and seemingly offended his ego may have been hurt. Overall, a very disappointing experience. 2 stars because salesperson (Laurie?) was nice and helpful initially when placing my order in studio a few days prior.

Fantastic! This flower shop is very close to my parents home. When my father passed they were extremely pleasant and very helpful. We had no idea what my father wanted in terms of flowers, nor much knowledge of what was available. The young man who attempted to serve us, ultimately gave us to another associate as he was understandably uncomfortable and taken aback by funeral flowers; They allowed me into there cooler to pick and choose the flowers I liked and even made note so that other family members and friends could get matching bouquets to ours regardless of price range. They where wonderful and I cannot thank them enough for how easy they made that difficult time feel. We ended up with a beautiful flower arrangement and lovely, smaller, arrangements that matched from family and friends. It made the room look absolutely beautiful and provided and wonderful topic conversation outside of the symphonies and condolences. Thank you.

We had great feedback from the recipients of the sympathy arrangement sent just before Christmas. They said it was so beautiful. And when we spoke to them a couple of weeks later they said it was still lovely. We now live in Valley, NS but used Flower Studio when we lived in St. John's for flower delivery! Delighted to know Flower Studio continues to impress with their creativity and customer service.

Not very impressed with my first experience shopping at your flower shop. Did attempt to order and pay for a corsage for my son's Graduation but was told because it was the Friday of Mother's day weekend they could not take my order. I could not understand how you would turn down actual business for possible business,. I did contact another business afterwards and was able to place my order even though it is Mother's Day weekend for them also. Will not ever go to this business again!

I recently ordered the "Dreams from the Heart" arrangement for a Wake. On top of excellent customer service, the flowers were absolutely beautiful. There weren't any cheaper substitutions added and they looked identical to the picture from their website. From their branding I expect the Flower studio to be more creative and high-end in their delivery and that's exactly what I got. They are now my "go to" for special occasions.

Very disappointed with my order on ThursdayJune 13 for my granddaughter is dance re cital. I asked that the flowers be pink and purple to be suited for a nine year old to be believers between 3:30 and 5 pm on Friday .I was told I would be very "please with my order " . Will it was delivered on Thursday with the wrong message in a tin can. . I have used this flower shop in the pass but this will be my last time . The next time I will used the super market or a big box store .I'm sure that they will get the message right and deliver on the right date . ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????.

I used to always support this shop, however it had been a while since I had been in due to COVID. I picked up flowers recently, and they did not look like typical Flower Studio (was not refined, and was just thrown together in a messy assortment, every which way). I spoke to a young lady who said she was brand new (she seemed quite frazzled and didn't really offer much to help or resolve my dissatisfaction), so I went on my way disappointed, leaving my contact information. Since I have still not been contacted, I briefly mentioned to a colleague today who said they had similar experience recently, but it was under new ownership and staffing. I was sad to hear this, but not surprised, as the floral arrangement did not meet the style/elegance Flower Studio is known for, nor is the customer service living up to previous expectations. I will still wait to be contacted for a follow-up as the young lady promised that day....

Arrangement was delivered without a special enclosure that I had called twice about to get right. They said it must have fallen off in the delivery van. Their delivery guy also called and tipped off the recipient to the "surprise" delivery. When I called to ask about the errors they said it's their policy to call the recipient ahead of time to confirm availability for delivery. That is a ridiculous policy when the purchaser is very specific about delivery time and is trying to arrange a surprise. My girlfriend didn't answer and they left a message asking her when was a good time to deliver the flowers and then delivered them without speaking to her anyways so I don't understand the point. $177 for a dozen roses! Girlfriend working out of province temporarily and they want to give me a $50 credit to make amends.. which buys next to nothing and I can't imagine I'll be sending flowers to anyone in Newfoundland again.

flower studio is definitely the best in St John's! I recently received several gifts of flowers and each was unique and beautiful in it's own way. Even in winter the flower delivery went perfectly with each arrangement arriving safely. I use this florist all the time and have not ever been disappointed!

I live in Ontario and was ordering flowers and no idea of a good florist in St John’s. I called Flower Studio and explained that I wanted amaryllis bulbs for delivery. Over a day or two they tried to find them but couldn’t because I was too late in the season. They suggested other places I could call or a cut amaryllis bouquet that would open over time. The bouquet that arrived for my aunt was (in her words) “the nicest bouquet she had ever received”. She emailed me three times about it! Great service and beautiful flowers.

I have been sitting on this for the last couple of weeks, and now am very confused as I tried calling yesterday evening and again today to discuss the matter but it goes to a voicemail for Carolyn at another business ? I am very confused as the number does match the one listed on Google as well as on the website. I do see now in previous reviews that the Studio is under new ownership, but is the company still in operation? Nonetheless, I recently placed an online order for pickup the week before Christmas but my elderly parents were not comfortable picking up or having flowers delivered due to the increase in COVID cases around that time. I wanted to pause my order to deliver at a later date, however called several times with no answer so just decided to cancel outright to make sure it would not be fulfilled. I e-mailed over 2 days awaiting a response and eventually got a very cold, unfriendly e-mail in response asking "did you not get a confirmation?" with no follow up, or apology. This hasn't sat well with me, and in realizing Christmas is generally a very busy time, any customer (especially one who has been a client of the Flower Studio for many years) should receive a little more professionalism and proper customer service. It is certainly not the great customer service this business has been known for, and just want to make the management team aware.

Paid over 99.99 plus tax for flowers that never even filled a small vase ???? would not recommend them to anyone and a total rip off
