Erin is a dream to work with. We are based in NYC and were getting married in Whistler. Planning a wedding from afar can be challenging but working with Erin made it seamless. She is organized, creative, flexible, quick to respond, and a clear communicator. We felt she went above and beyond and we would choose her time and again. The process was amazing but just as important was the final product. The weekend was amazing and so perfect and Erin absolutely delivered. We would absolutely recommend her!

You MUST hire Erin, she is incredible! Our wedding in March 2019 was a fabulous event and we were SO thrilled to see how everything turned out. My husband and I live on the East Coast of the U.S. and only visited Whistler one time before choosing a venue and hiring Erin. She made everything so easy and really knows her community. She was such a blast to work with and I really appreciate her willingness to talk things through with me, be honest, practical, and flexible! She was a true delight to work with and made everything so easy. I was not the only one who loved what Erin created, all of our guests commented on how beautiful the space was and how seamless the ceremony went. I cannot thank her enough for making our wedding experience something we truly enjoyed and didn't feel as though it passed us by. Also, her vendor recommendations were fabulous! Where do I begin?! First and Foremost-- because of Erin Kincaid and the Bliss Event's team, our destination wedding vision went from a "never in a million years" dream to "I am actually on cloud nine" reality! Perfection, Detail, Artistic, Connected, Professional, Committed... just a few words that come to mind when describing Erin and her staff. From making the most of our budget down to color selection of the hand dyed ribbon around my hand-crafted (by Erin) bouquet, Bliss Events had my back! Plain and Simple. Worried about a problem with a vendor you booked a year in advance because you live thousands of miles away from Whistler? Don't sweat. Erin managed every detail... down to a replacement and full reimbursement from a vendor we had who cancelled the DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING... she fought tooth and nail even after my husband and I were long gone back to Atlanta, GA. Worried about planning an interracial ceremony that really connects your family to one another, the moment, and the uniqueness of both culture/backgrounds? No need for a freak out with Bliss. Our Christian-Muslim fusion wedding was a dream. My mother-in-law thanked me for representing her family's culture on our Big Day more times than I can remember... now THAT I could not have pulled off single handedly. As you can tell if you've made it to this point in the review, I am a very very happy bride. I walked away from our Big Day truly a changed person. Now how many wedding planners in the Vancouver area are capable of orchestrating all this magic? ... my bet is not too many.

Erin and her team are incredible. I reached out to her in March 2020 about planning a March 2021 wedding. COVID happened and we had to push our March 2021 wedding to September 2021 because the Canada / US border was closed and my now-husband and I live in the US. We didn't know until August 2021 whether the wedding would actually happen and Erin was seemingly happily along for the ride. Once we knew that the border would open up, she went into full planning mode and essentially planned the whole wedding for 125+ people in just over a month. Her decorating and florals were simply perfect and above all her communication with all vendors to coordinate any last minute changes we threw her way (there were many) was unparalleled. I could not recommend her enough. Thank you, Erin, for the most memorable night of my life.

With less than 6 weeks of planning, Erin pulled off an extraordinary event, which ran smoothly, and felt so special, despite it only being for 20 of us. I can't recommend Erin more and am still on cloud 9 thinking back at how incredible her, her vision, her team and the day went.

Erin was amazing. We needed plenty of help planning our wedding in Squamish as we were based in the Cayman Islands at the time. Erin kept us on track, following our ideas and making knowledgeable recommendations based on what we wanted. Our ceremony and after party at the Sea to Sky Gondola was so much fun. The venue, music, food, drinks, flowers, cake and atmosphere were all fantastic. Erin organized the reception back in Whistler for us too, which was also perfect. Everything from initial contact, calls to make plans and discuss options, right through to meeting up in Whistler for our rehearsal and then of course the wedding day itself was so much fun. Most people I know stress about organizing a wedding; but we had fun throughout the whole process. This was in large part due to Erin's knowledgeable approach, friendly and kind personality and ability to plan so perfectly. We would recommend Bliss Event + Floral Design 100%.

She was organized, accommodating, listen to what I want, she took care of everything and it was stress free for me. We had a great time, we love her decoration and the flowers were so beautiful. Living in Toronto, and given the current Covid situation, I unfortunately was not able to travel to Whistler prior to my wedding to meet with Erin and my vendors. Erin and Bliss Event + Design are awesome! We went with the Part & Parcel package for our outdoor wedding in Squamish. Erin guided us through the planning process and also did our design/flowers. She is truly a pleasure to work with. At the outset of wedding planning, we were totally overwhelmed and didn't know where to start. Erin put us at ease immediately and so easily turned daunting tasks into a few doable steps. She is personable, flexible and cool as a cucumber. Erin provided us with the resources we needed to get organized and wrap our heads around all of the pieces. She also provided recommendations for vendors/services, which saved us so much time, stress and uncertainty. We were so happy with every one that we went with. She also created a beautiful design, hitting all the right notes. My partner and I didn't really have much of a vision going into it, just that we wanted to keep things simple, but also special. She made it easy for us to choose a direction and we couldn't have been more thrilled with what she put together. On the wedding day, Erin and her team kept things running smoothly while attentively making sure that we were taken care of in the whirlwind. She had our backs from start to finish. We live in Australia and wanted to get married in Whistler, where we met when we were both living there. Whistler Blackcomb recommended a few wedding planners to us and they just didn’t feel right until we met Erin. We had a Face Time call with Erin (who always worked around our Australian time) and we loved her from the beginning. We told her our vision (which didn’t really exist because we didn’t know what we wanted) and from that, Erin planned a day for us that we couldn’t even have imagined! We told Erin some of our visions which made sense in our head but didn’t when we said them out loud, and Erin made them into reality. Nothing was too much for her. For us it was the small things that Erin did like coming to our house the morning of the wedding to see how we were doing (which we didn’t expect) and her kindness towards our families who were both from out of town/country. Erin arranged biweekly phone calls for us and stayed up late if it suited the Australian time zone better. Every vendor we spoke to always asked who our Event Planner was and always quickly said “OMG I LOVE ERIN, HOW LUCKY ARE YOU!!” – and they truly meant it! Erin has a great reputation in the industry and had so many contacts for music, cake, photographer, etc. I also couldn't believe how many compliments we had on our decor and my flowers - when choosing flowers we said to Erin we wanted it to look like we were getting married in the forest with a super foresty bouquet & WOW - we certainly got it! We can’t say enough amazing things about Erin – she truly made our day more than we ever expected and is such a beautiful person inside and out. We will forever be grateful for Erin.

Erin dealt with our many e-mails and the changes we wanted with complete professionalism and expertise. The wedding itself couldn’t have been more perfect and Erin and her team played an instrumental role in making the happen. Headline: Erin of Bliss Event + Floral Design is absolutely amazing. We were planning a wedding just outside Whistler for July 2021, and we reached out to a number of planners for consultations. From the moment we met Erin, both my partner and I knew she was our dream planner! She immediately comes off as incredibly warm, organized, knowledgable, and just plain likeable! We also saw the other incredible reviews online. We worked with Erin to plan our wedding, and we were continuously blown away by her amazingness. She presented the design to us, which we LOVED - she totally nailed the vision! She also did a bunch of research and managed to find us an AMAZING deal on a tent. All communications were prompt, professional, and warm. In short, Erin is a force! We felt truly cared for and highly confident in her skills as a planner and creative. When the pandemic started, Erin was amazing in offering multiple meetings with us to brainstorm how we could make it work in spite of the various restrictions. She restored our optimism while remaining practical and realistic. As our wedding drew nearer, it became clear we wouldn't be able to have the wedding we'd hoped for due to the pandemic. We made the difficult decision to cancel our large Whistler wedding and do an elopement in Alberta. Erin was incredibly understanding and even suggested she could pivot and help us plan the NEW wedding! We were thrilled!!! Unfortunately, we later learned Erin was not available for our new date, due to circumstances completely beyond her control. So: while I am not able to attest to how the wedding Erin was planning for us would have come together in the end, I have no doubt it would have been amazing. My partner and I feel so lucky to have been able to navigate planning a wedding in a pandemic with Erin by our side. We are just so incredibly fond of her! THANK YOU, ERIN!!! xx

Erin rescued our wedding!! We were 4 months away from our destination wedding date when the country we were hosting in had a civil war. We contacted her and told her our situation. She took us on last min and within 24 hours had a backup plan for us, a venue and a band. And well all that was amazing it was her attention to detail, responsiveness and incredible effort on the day of to make everything run smooth that really blew us away. Highly recommend her, she is a very talented lady who has an amazing presence of calmness and efficiency.
