The Trixstar team has always conducted themselves in the most professional manner possible. Our band has had the pleasure and opportunity to work with them on a number of occasions, and on every occasion, we are blown away by the attention to detail and level of care put into every aspect of what they do. With the recent introduction of Covid to the live-music sphere, Trixstar has been ahead of the curve in every way possible in the realm of addressing public health concerns. The level of safety they ensure for their staff, their artists and the patrons of the event is beyond anything we have ever encountered. If ever asked to play a Trixstar event, we jump at the opportunity. Associating our band’s brand with theirs has next-levelled our band’s trajectory on every occasion.

We were at a couple of these outdoor concerts this summer - it was so amazing! The service was great and it was so nice to sit and visit with friends around a table instead of side by side in a row. Loved it! Trixstar did a fantastic job moving people through, with the drink service, keeping the grounds clean and of course putting on a couple great shows! I hope this table trend becomes a 'thing'!

They refuse to refund after a policy change announced well after the 30 day refund period. Sad I'll be out ~$450!

Emailed numerous times about a request for a refund for a event that keeps getting pushed to find zero contact responses from them. Starting to think this company are just some scam artists. Never will go through to to a trixstar event in the future Update, got a generic response from Trixstar from this original review. Funny they have no problem taking customers money but can't respond to customer emails.....only respond when a negative review is given. Sorry Trixstar your company ethics and policies are garbage. When will Ice Cube be here?

Together again was the best way to go to an outdoor concert ever! Every single outdoor event should be run like this! Loved the tables. The merchandise and drinks right to the table was brilliant. My only want would be a food option done the same way, or a few more food trucks. I really hope they continue with this well into the future.

Do not let this company take your money. They are very unclear with their refunds and will not offer refunds. They say there is a 30 day period, which I was not informed about once the event was postponed. There should've been an email stating it to everyone who bought those tickets but of course not. This should be something that a company makes very clear to their customers.

Love loved loved this event. I love the table aspect I love how it's set up spread out and it's ran so smoothly with the staff and the volunteers. I wish this was a yearly thing it's nice to be able to sit down and enjoy a concert once in awhile. Side note a coffee truck would be completely cool ????.

Had a great time at the Gary Vaynerchuk event put on by Trixstar... so grateful to have such an awesome home grown company bringing Top A list talent to our city... big thank you to Mike and his team for putting on such a well run event during these challenging COVID times... got to attend with my Son and we had some great takeaways from Gary's talk... like the importance of gaining perspective... and how you can action that immediately by spending time with 90 year olds... many many more nuggets of wisdom were acquired by those of us in attendance... make sure you check out their event and speakers list... thanks again to the Trixstar Team for hitting his one out of the park!!!

This was a top notch event through and through. Right from when walked into the gate it felt very inviting. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. The table set up was awesome. Having your own little space with our close friends while listening to our favourite bands was perfect. Also to have merchandise and drinks sent right to your table. You didn’t have to miss any of the action. Next to no lines at the washroom facilities and Great food trucks to satisfy any craving, made it such an easy enjoyable night.

We went to two different days of the Together Again Concert series. Our group was really impressed with how well this event was planned. We always felt safe being socially distanced from everyone else and having our own table made it feel like you were in the VIP. Great event and great team!

I have been lucky enough to attend a few of Trixstars events over the past few months and each one was a 5* experience. Everything was so well thought out. Amazing talent, socially distanced tables, ordering your beverages and have them delivered right to your table from a QR code on our phones, amazing food choices, friendly event staff were just a few of the things that made these events so great! Hello,My friend and I had the pleasure of attending the show on August 21st,featuring one of my favorite bands , Blue Rodeo. along with many other great acts. The Together again concert series has been so well done. Hats off to Trixstar. The shows I've seen have been the highlight of my summer. All the musicians are so happy to be playing. It's so nice to have live music again.
