The customer service here in Red Deer is very unprofessional and not at all helpful. They were not at all offering of information. Also lulu leggings in a supposedly business setting. A big letdown from last owners who were very welcoming to their customers.

We ordered a 40 x 80 tent, tables, chairs, plates, wine glasses, etc from Special Event Rentals in Red Deer for our wedding. The communication was great and they were even able to set up a day early which worked well for us. The guys that came out to set up the tent knew what they were doing and were able to put it right were we wanted despite some obstacles. Everything looked fantastic - I couldn't be more pleased.

We rented chair, tables, a bbq and a large 20'x40' tent from Parkland for a family reunion. Their prices were much better than their competitors but more importantly they were extremely pleasant and helpful through the 15 or so iterations of the contract. Highly recommend the cow milking game for kids.

Orin and his team were very supportive and accommodating to our team and our event, providing suggestions and contact information of vendors he had dealt with in the past. When we came to look at our rental décor, Orin and Karen both welcomed us into the store. Providing us with a tour, both were knowledgeable about their inventory and questions I had were answered promptly. They even made suggestions to help complete our designs! Overall the experience was excellent!

Amazing - We had a wedding recently and had rented a giant party tent, chairs and many other items. Parkland was more then on time, it took them no time at all for setup and take down. Chris was great, always a pleasure to talk to and made sure we would have everything! He gave us great diagrams of the tent and it really helped us with visuals and setup. Highly recommend!

Utterly and thouroughly dissatisfied with this company. My family purchased over $700.00 worth in balloons and helium for a Celebration of Life for my little sister. Parkland Party Rentals garunteed their product and assured us that we would have no issues with our intentions for the balloons. 300 balloons were bought for a giant 'balloon release' to send little messages/Good-byes to my baby sister, and for decoration. After 9 hours, only 20% of the balloons stayed afloat, and only 30 ballooms floated into the air for the 'balloon release. It was both heart breaking and down right embarrassing to see all of our hard work, time and money be wasted. I do NOT recommend nor support this company.

Our tent got delivered and set up a day early which was AWESOME. Every rental was in excellent condition and all our guests loved the tent. I would highly recommend them for your wedding rentals!
