Ashley & Erica were absolutely incredible! After planing a Covid wedding (and like THREE weddings) she was beyond patient and understanding throughout the entire process. I would be lying to say I wasn’t a bridezilla at times and she brought me down to a more manageable level which I appreciate. She is so knowledgeable and experienced, which was so reassuring to me and made decisions a long the way quite easy. I without a doubt, highly recommend her services as you will not be disappointed. She's always very organized and thorough, and the detailed information and timelines she provides to vendors like myself tells me that she spends a great deal of pre-planning time with her couples. During weddings she's always on her feet and hands-on making sure all the details are perfect before guests arrive, and working behind the scenes during the event to ensure it goes off without a hitch. When my new husband suggests a door mat that would read 'Hi, dont mention the wedding planner' for our front door, that should give you an idea of our experience with Ashley. She gave ME grief for approaching flowers and cake vendors 2 1/2 months before our wedding. We hired her a year before the date. Alright, pardon me, wont happen again. 6 weeks prior: I asked her what she needs from me for wedding decisions or forms as I'm not available in the 2 weeks prior to the wedding because my work is demanding during that time. She assures me everything is great and she doesn't need anything. We also talked budget and we were all paid up for the wedding. Great!! Approx 2 weeks before our wedding: I speak to Ashley on THURSDAY because she insists I need to give her our buffet choices(could have sworn we did that months ago, but sure). I didnt have time to write them down so she took my choices over the phone. On SUNDAY the reception venue called me for the exact same answers because she didnt relay the info... what the f@#$ am I paying her for... sure whatever... 2 days later we recieved a $21,000 bill even though Ashley assured me we were done with payments. This is 9 days before the wedding. I just went around Ashley and straight to the reception venue to work out a payment plan and they were wonderful! So we go for our final walk thru of the hall, 2 days before the wedding. Ashley is supposed to meet us there. We havent seen her in a year and as she strolled by us and didnt say anything, my now husband asked if that was Ashley, 'yup and theres no way she could have missed us'. So we walk into a room with the reception venue staff(Who are fantastic, amazing and so helpful!! I honestly couldnt say a bad word about them if I tried!!) and Ashley jumps to her feet to greet us... whatever lady... I have never left a bad review for anyone, I prefer a kind approach to local business reviews. Although we had no idea what chaos she would wreak on our lives. AVOID THIS WEDDING PLANNER !!! I have dozens of more reasons but I don't want to overwhelm the readers of my rant, so heres my favorites: - I asked multiple times for cost of hair and makeup trial, she waited until I was 30 mins from the ladies house for the appintment to tell me it was $250. (We live 4 hours away and would have never agreed to a makeup trial for that amount... so happy we didnt make the trip specifically for that!) - Taking 3-4 days on average to answer a simple text or email, this happened right up to wedding day. - She charged us an extra $1000 over the contract amount, still not sure why... - 2 days before the wedding she notices that the photographer was only paid for 7hours but her itinerary has him for 11 hours and we need to pay him asap! Cool.... - After multiple requests to include my fiance on emails she still wouldnt. Even if I forwarded the emails to him and HE replied to her, she would reply only to me. Wedding day went off without a hitch, because my very wondeful bridal party went around Ashley to the vendors to get the answers I had been asking for ages. I'm so blessed and grateful for them! We could have planned the wedding without Ashley and gotten it done months before without any stress. TLDR; I overpaid Ashley to ignore me... I could have gotten my sister to do that for free. I'm a very patient and probably naive person, but this woman managed to completely stress out my entire bridal party to the point of exhaustion. She was supposed to remove the wedding stress and instead she caused it. We got married March 14, 2020.

Highly recommended!!!! Ashley planned our wedding, she is very reliable, due to COVID 19, our wedding be finalized all the detail a week before the big day, Ashley keeps help us the coordinate with all people and provides her professional suggestion to help us resolve the problem. We appreciate all her hard work! She helped us settled all the décor in the ceremony and after the ceremony was done, she took all decors to our room and settled nicely. Without Ashley's help we would have been SO lost! She helped us plan our simple & intimate wedding this summer (July 2021). She gave us our options for vendors and locations to look at and choose from, once we made the decisions she took care of the rest. We had an intimate ceremony at Rundleview parkette and a dinner at Murrieta's (also highly recommend). We were able to fully enjoy our day while Ashley ran around all day taking care of all the details. We really couldn't have done it without you Ashley! She made our reception space beautiful even with our minimal decor. She went above and beyond by letting us borrow her speaker for the night. Ashley was amazing and I can't thank her enough! We had a small ceremony at Tunnel Mountain Reservoir and a private dinner reception at Silvertip Resort and Ashley handled all the details and running around from start to finish. She organized all the vendors, did all the decorating and pick ups, and made sure everyone had a detailed itinerary of when and where everything was going to be. Planning a wedding in Alberta from Ontario would not have been possible without her and she was a calm reassuring voice for us through all the ever changing regulations due to Covid. I highly recommend Ashley for anyone looking for a beautiful and stress free wedding day, I am so glad we found her!

We had a lot of changes with COVID throwing wrenches in our plans and Ashley was also willing to work with us to make our wedding happen! Our actual wedding day went smoothly because of Ashley, she kept us on time, made sure that our venue was perfect, and took care of any small issues that arose. She was responsible for it being the best day of our lives. We are glad we hired a day-of coordinator, and are also glad Ashley was with us.

I tried planning a wedding (pre COVID) without a wedding planner then COVID happened and I got an amazing deal that included her services and wow what a world of difference she made! It was less stressful, she helped me plan things that were within my budget and she got stuff done, which I can appreciate! She was a tad bit hard to get in touch with at times but she honestly came through for me every single time! She even helped me after the wedding with some follow up questions! 10/10 recommend her! She even kept me calm and stress free during a pandemic! ????
